Lovely welcome at reception. Really helpful with parking. The room was large, lovely and warm and had every thing we needed. The most beautiful setting for breakfast again with friendly and helpful staff. Loved the decorated Christmas trees. The hotel was in an ideal location for Bettys and the shops.

Un hôtel absolument magnifique dans un excellent emplacement, à 5 minutes à pied de la ville. L'intérieur de l'hôtel est incroyable et assez grand. Nous avons choisi une chambre avec vue sur le jardin qui était un peu petite mais la vue était incroyable, jusqu'à la cathédrale. Le petit-déjeuner peut être un peu chargé car le quartier est petit mais c'était agréable. Le spa était charmant mais encore une fois petit et peut être très fréquenté. Dans l'ensemble, un bel hôtel dans un emplacement idéal.

La location de l'hôtel est excellente et le personnel très bon. Les chambres sont très date et notre n'était pas très propre. Dans notre 2ème jour, nous sommes sortis à 9.30am et nous sommes revenus à l'hôtel à 16.30pm seulement pour trouver notre chambre n'a pas été construite. Le personnel a frappé à environ 5h pour dresser la chambre. Les repas de soir étaient très bons. Le petit déjeuner était bon, mais il avait longtemps attendu pour arriver.

Overall, everything is very good. the room is clean, the environment is nice, and free coffee is provided every day. The only small issue is that the exhaust fan in the bathroom is a bit loud. However, I had one unpleasant experience with a female staff member (curly long hair), her customer service attitude was very poor, and she didn’t apologize for her mistake. On the other hand, another male staff member was very friendly and helpful, which I really appreciated.

J'ai réservé cet hôtel en raison du design et j'en suis très satisfait ! C'est très Yorkiste (on a l'impression que le Yorkshire ** peut aller et venir à tout moment) Si vous prenez l'ascenseur, il fera le tour, complètement démodé. La clé de la chambre est une grosse clé🔑, pas une carte de chambre, ce qui est unique ! ! La chambre n'est pas grande non plus. Il y a une machine à café et une bouilloire d'eau chaude. Il n'y a pas de climatisation mais il y a un petit ventilateur (il n'y a pas besoin d'allumer la climatisation, il fait frais la nuit). également un tourne-disque vinyle et une enceinte Bluetooth ! ! ! amour Il n'y a pas beaucoup d'endroits où faire du shopping. Prendre un taxi jusqu'à Butcher Shop Street ne coûte que 5 à 6 livres, ce qui est assez pratique~.

L'hôtel est situé à proximité de la gare de train avec l'autobus 840 ou 843, ce qui a permis d'y arriver assez facilement. La chambre était propre et le lit était très confortable, offrant un endroit relaxant pour se dégager après un jour de visite. Le seul désavantage est la distance au point de pick-up de l'autobus Hop On Hop Off. Globalement, l'hôtel offre un bon confort et une bonne propreté, mais les voyageurs qui comptent sur les bus de visite devraient planifier un peu de temps supplémentaire de voyage.

Le séjour de l'hôtel était vraiment calme et tranquille, très propre et spacieux grande chambre et espace. La nourriture était délicieuse et les gardiens étaient si aidants et aimables. Le personnel nous a aidé et nous a donné une boîte de chocolat gratuite pour la fête de naissance de mon ami.

No toothpaste, toothbrush, hair dryer. Wifi is only free for 30 min/day and you have to pay or wait until the exact time next day to have wifi available again (imagine you logged in for wifi at 11pm, have it for only 30 minutes, then can only have the next wifi service 11pm the next day but guess what, you check out at 11am already so there's no use! I've never seen a hotel offer just 30min of free wifi, even hostels). 5G mobile data cannot work in the room, so it's very annoying with such terrible wifi service. Tea spoons are dirty, got black old tea/coffee mark on it (which can be clean if you just wash them 1 minute with water at the sink, but it seems the staff didn't even bother to clean them even just for 1 minute rinsing under water). Overall my first time with this hotel brand and I'm so disappointed!

We were pleasantly surprised at how cute the Moxy was. The room was clean, well designed, has a smart TV, good mister view, close to the important places like the Shambles, and the ghost walks, and the minster. The reception/ dining area was very well maintained with a lot of entertainment options like games, books, etc. The buffet breakfast was fresh, high quality and a lot and we enjoyed every bit of our stay. 100% recommendation for a York stay!
