Ce que j'ai apprécié lors de mon séjour de deux jours, et j'espère que cela vous sera utile : - Les photos de l'hôtel sur le site web sont quasiment identiques (d'après le personnel, elles datent de 6 mois). - Aucun frais caché à l'enregistrement. - Prix abordable. - Proche de l'aéroport (15 minutes maximum). - Grande chambre spacieuse avec équipements de base. - Personnel très sympathique et honnête. - Service de navette depuis et vers l'aéroport. - Wi-Fi de très bonne qualité. - Endroit calme (à 200 mètres de la route principale). - Parking privé de qualité. - Ascenseur disponible. Points à améliorer : - Ajouter des équipements supplémentaires. - Les routes sont inondées en cas de pluie (tout Delhi est inondé). - La réception est au rez-de-chaussée, ce qui n'est pas adapté aux personnes à mobilité réduite.

L'hôtel est le plus proche de l'aéroport, à seulement 10 minutes en voiture, donc très pratique pour les longues escales. Le personnel est amical et efficace. La piscine est propre, agréable et charmante, la chambre est lumineuse, calme et propre Cet hôtel est également utilisé par les hôtesses de l'air et le personnel des compagnies aériennes comme Indigo.

L'hôtel est très proche de l'aéroport. Le personnel était accueillant et sympathique à l'arrivée. La propreté de l'hôtel n'était pas très bonne. Il y a une odeur désagréable dans la pièce (ça sent le pipi par terre). Je ne pouvais pas dormir à cause de l'odeur. J'ai payé pour un lit King size et j'ai reçu des lits doubles.

I booked a two night stay at Pullman Delhi Aerocity and was not quite happy with the room provided. The view was disgusting enough to not open the curtain. There was a message on their television notifying that they were painting the building and some work was ongoing, however there were other vacant rooms with a clean view which was not provided to me from the very start. I had reached at around 3:00 pm in the evening and had to leave for a function the same day so did not really notice the glass until next morning. I went downstairs to advise the staff at reception in the afternoon after returning from another function that morning but the only thing they could offer was change of room which was difficult given my dad is a senior citizen as well as my mom who was very tired to wind up and move another room as were checking out early morning the next day for our flight. No vouchers were provided or compensation offered. The room service was fine as they provided us with tea and milk pouches when asked but bathroom tissue box also was empty when we checked in which was only filled upon asking. Overall I did not enjoy my stay. We were siting most of the evening of the second day in the reception area as the view outside of the room was disgusting and did not want to open the curtains. Also the rooms were not well lit.

Had a fabulous one night stay at the Ambassador. British character and Indian hospitality at its best. Great location. Large rooms. Great breakfast. Handy to shopping area. Would stay again.
