Le bar n'a pas fonctionné, il est difficile de trouver des installations décentes pour manger. Les petits-déjeuners ont été apportés dans la chambre, il était nécessaire de choisir le type de plats et de café chaque jour sur le menu. Le petit déjeuner était de 3 fois, l'un des jours a simplement dit que le chef n'était pas allé au travail. La chambre de décembre était très froide, l'air conditionné était vieux et bruyant. L'eau dans la cabine de douche n'est pas allée, le deuxième jour il y avait un centime de décharge. Nous avons proposé de changer la chambre en ”mieux”, nous sommes allés la voir et la vérité la chambre était spacieuse, plus nouvelle et plus agréable. Ce qui était peu différent de celui qui nous étions passés. En général, tout était quelque peu inorganisé et sombre. Dans le Wotap ils communiquaient très poliment. Pour aller au centre-ville loin, par taxi dans les jambes de trafic, vous passez beaucoup de temps. La ville n'était pas dans d'autres hôtels, ne comparez pas à quoi. Dans cet hôtel vous pouvez rester quelques jours. Dans l'ensemble, pas mal, mais il y a quelque chose à faire.

Decided to book the same hotel for our return leg after trekking in Karakol. First stay at Novotel was excellent (see my other review) but the second stay was horrible. Check in time was 3pm so we went out for lunch and got back at 3.20pm only to be told that one of the two rooms was not available. Reception staff, Zania, was rude and unapologetic and didn't even bothered to provide an estimated time. Another receptionist told us it would be about 30 mins and they would send the keys to the room. We went into the room and at 4.15pm we called the reception desk and they told us they will deliver the key in 5 mins. 10 mins have passed before the key was delivered. 5-star hotel with poor time management and bad service - no follow up on room key. Other areas were good though EXCEPT front desk staff. Staff at massage/pool were polite, so were the restaurant staff. Please educate your front desk staff especially Ms Zania, as they are the first line of service.

가성비의 아침이 맛있는 호텔 재방문할 의사있음 가까운 곳에 PUP이 있어 간단하게 즐길수 있었고 슈퍼마켓도 근처에 있어서 ATM도 이용하고 키르유심도 구입하였습니다. 조식은 간단하지만 정갈하고 맛있었어요.

During our stay with family, the front desk staff provided warm and thoughtful service. They even took the initiative to help hold the door open when they saw we were traveling with the elderly and children. The guest room was clean, tidy and spacious, with a wet-dry separated bathroom that was convenient and comfortable to use. The room had ample heating, ensuring a cozy stay for both the elderly and kids. The hotel is located close to the museum and the square, making it easy to go out and visit scenic spots. Our child absolutely loved the hotel swimming pool. We were very satisfied with the overall stay experience.

Best hotel in Bishkek. If you’d wish to have a nice and quiet weekend, definitely choose Hyatt! We enjoyed spa, great service room and the vibe of the hotel. Also, I would like to highlight receptionist Dastan and Ruslan for making our stay easier and more comfortable. If we needed anything, they were delighted to help in any situation! 100% recommendation!!!

We stayed at the hotel for 9 nights. The room was clean and cozy, equipped with all the amenities needed for a pleasant stay. The water pressure in the shower was so strong it felt like a great massage. The hotel staff are young, friendly and very attractive, always ready to help. Special thanks to the lady working as the head chef in the kitchen for the delicious breakfasts. She always smiled, which created a wonderful atmosphere in the dining room. We can definitely recommend this hotel. And if we ever find ourselves in Bishkek again, we'll stay at this hotel once more.

호스텔이 정말 좋았습니다. 깨끗했고, 정수기-수건 등 있었고 코워킹플레이스까지 있었습니다. 다음날 이동시간이 늦어 체크아웃한 이후에 잠깐 돌아와서 있었는데도 친절하게 괜찮다고 해주셨어요. 다음에도 비슈케크에 오게 된다면 또 오고 싶은 곳이에요
