Lorsque je fais une réservation à Trip.com, je vois le mode de paiement pour la carte de crédit. Après tout, j'ai dit que le service clientèle de Trip.com était en argent liquide. Je contactais Trip.com. Le service clientèle de Trip.com était en argent et que le représentant contactait l'hôtel. Personne n'avait répondu au téléphone de la réception de l'hôtel. Pendant cette période, Trip.com était toujours un agent qui ne pouvait pas contacter l'hôtel. Puis, je me suis rencontre avec mon frère à moto de l'hôtel, je me suis emmenée à une autre maison, me suis livré une carte pour payer la chambre, réagi à Trip.com, Trip.com m'a dit de me rembourser 150 yuan de renminbi. Ceci est vrai, je suis sûr que je vais expliquer les faits. L'hôtel est bon, il est recommandé d'aller.

This hostel is really unique. I loved feeling like I was staying in the bush as I looked out at the trees through my window in the morning. It was pretty cold and there's no heating in the room, so I struggled to get out of bed, but the bedding kept me warm enough throughout the night. Unfortunately, they didn't have a kettle in the room to help keep me warm with a little hot water, but they did give me a thermos of hot water from the restaurant when I asked about it. The shower also never remained warm for long. These shortcomings were made up for by the unique environment and the wonderful views up at the restaurant/communal area. On the last day, I could see the Himalayas clearly from there. It was beautiful. There is also a great variety of reasonably priced food at the restaurant. The hotel is also about 10 minutes walk from the centre of town and 10 minutes walk in the other direction is a great place to view the sunrise. The staff were happy to help out and give directions when I asked. Of course, it would have been even nicer if they had offered some of that information on my arrival rather than waiting for me to ask. Overall, a great place to stay!

The mattress and pillows had very bad smell like they had not been replaced for a couple of years. The food in Zing cafe at the lobby was just so so. The plastic table covers generally full of food debris without frequent changing. During the 7-day stay, the service at front desk, restaurant and for our room however was overall up to the standard of a 5-star hotel.

とにかくスタッフの素晴らしさと、眺望が最高なホテルでした。 滞在中ずーっと、気持ちよく過ごせました。 ナガルコットにはマウンテンビューのホテルは沢山ありますが、近くの山が見えるという意味のマウンテンビューです。 ですが、こちらのホテルは全室がヒマラヤ山脈に向いてるヒマラヤビューです。 この差は大きいです‼️ 私が見た限り、完全に前に抜け感のあるヒマラヤビューは、ここのホテルと、両隣りくらいなものでした。 もちろん、他のホテルも、屋上に上がったりすればヒマラヤビューになるのでしょうが、部屋のベランダにあるイスに座り、コーヒーを飲みながらヒマラヤを眺められるというのは、他にはそうそうない環境だと思います😊 本当に最高の滞在でした❣️ レストランも美味しかったです🍀 好みもあるとは思いますが、味付けも、辛すぎず、強すぎず、ちょうどいいと思いました。好みをちゃんと聞いて下さるので、キチンと伝えたら、尚好みに近づくと思います。 朝食は、満室でない限りコンチネンタルブレックファストです。 満室の時のみビュッフェスタイルになるそうです。 お湯のパワーは問題なし。 エアコン設置なので、寒くても暑くても問題なし。 冷蔵庫はありませんが、キッチンで預かってくれます。 以下、少し気になる点はありますが、そんなこと大したことじゃないと感じるくらい、他の要素が素晴らしかったです❣️ ホスピタリティに溢れたスタッフの皆さんに心から感謝します😊 ＜短所＞ ･ベッドが柔らかいので、ダブルだと、相手の寝返りが気になるかも。 The staff were wonderful and the view was amazing. I had a comfortable stay throughout. There are many hotels in Nagarkot with mountain views, but this most ”mountain view” mean ”a view of the nearby mountains”. However, this hotel has Himalayan views, with all rooms facing the Himalayas. The difference is huge! As far as I've seen around Nagarkot, only this hotel and the two on either side offer a completely open Himalayan view. Of course, other hotels also offer Himalayan views if you go up to the rooftop, but being able to sit on a chair on your room's balcony and gaze out at the Himalayas while sipping coffee is a rare experience. It was truly a wonderful stay! The restaurant was also delicious. I understand that tastes vary, but I thought the seasoning was just right—not too spicy or too strong. They really listened to our preferences, so if you let them know, they'll be able to tailor it to your taste. Breakfast is continental unless the hotel is fully booked. Only then does it switch to buffet style. There are no problems with the hot water power. There is air conditioning, so it doesn't matter if it's cold or hot. There is no refrigerator, but they will store it in the kitchen. The following are some minor concerns, but they were so great that these didn't seem like a big deal! I'd like to express my sincere gratitude to the hospitable staff. ＜Cons＞ - The bed is soft, so if you're staying in a double room, you might notice your partner turning over in your sleep.

I had an amazing experience staying at Bag Packers Lodge. From the moment I arrived, the staff was incredibly welcoming and attentive, making sure I felt at home. The check-in process was smooth, and my room was spotless, spacious, and beautifully decorated with all the amenities I needed

C'était ma première fois à l'hôtel, j'aimais tout, mais je dois dire que l'eau chaude ne fonctionne pas toujours et a parfois dû être tournée pendant un certain temps avant de travailler. Mais à côté de ce que mon ami et moi aiment vraiment les attitudes des personnels, ils étaient si gentils et à l'hébergement.

Excellent location with many eateries right at doorstep. There is a Chinese restaurant in the hotel and serves excellent and delicious food. There is also a cafe at the lobby The room was superb I slept through the night especially after a long week of trekking The only downside is there is no smart TV and everything on the screen is Chinese. Best part is there is a washing machine at higher floor where guest can washed their dirty hiking laundry. Cleanliness of hotel:8/10

Le lit individuel est de 1 mètre 35, trop épais, il y a un jardin très beau, il est trop épais pour parler d'affaires pour boire du thé et boire, J'ai demandé à un client d'aller à l'hôtel, il se sentait très bien de parler dans la chambre. Il est beaucoup mieux maintenant. Le jardin est très calme, il est très confortable de parler, Le propriétaire de l'hôtel est également très bon, l'eau chaude est très puissante, la pression de l'eau est très élevée, le bain d'eau chaude est très confortable, l'eau chaude de l'hôtel qui habitait principalement est trop malade, Le WiFi de l'hôtel est également très puissant, a demandé au patron, dit qu'il s'agissait d'un tarif de réseau de 2000 Dormmb,

J'ai réservé via Makemytrip et conformément à mes attentes, je l'ai obtenu, bon comportement du personnel et nourriture de bonne qualité également.
