We stayed in a room for 3 people. It had everything we needed. The location could not have been better, we hardly used the car. The staff were amazing anything we needed was taken care of quickly. We used the compound gym which we really enjoyed the man there was also really nice. The gentleman in reception, as everyone has said, was really great and could not have been more helpful. I was even able to use their office space for a period after we had checked out which I was so grateful for. I would highly recommend them and would stay there again no question.

Expérience horrible. Lors de notre arrivée, on nous avait assuré que nous pouvions garer notre voiture n'importe où sur la propriété, ce que nous avons fait après notre retour tardif, vers 23h. À 2h du matin, un employé de Pinewood a frappé à notre porte pour nous demander de déplacer notre voiture, car elle était garée sur un parking « privé ». Si tout le parking est commun, comment un seul parking peut-il être considéré comme privé ? De piètres excuses ne suffisent pas à réparer les dégâts causés à notre sommeil. Je ne recommanderais jamais cet endroit.

Kitchen supplies could be improved, because there was no dishwasher and no range hood installed for ventilation, plus there was a scary sign ordering travelers not to cook fragrant food. Travelers arrive from all over the world with different food habits, so not sure what's considered unacceptable to cook. The electric cooking stove was old and kind of broken. The windows have no screens so it was difficult to leave them open without insects crawling in and we got multiple mosquito bites. Room on the small side for families as there was no separation. We appreciated the free washing machine and dryer, and detergent cost NZ$2.

Everything is new, bed is new too. Very friendly staff and lovely place for someone to chill for the night
