At first they gave us old room, which the smell of room was really off so I asked them if we can get the first room that we experienced 2 weeks ago, receptionist ask me to give additional 500php to upgrade our room and yes we’ve got the first room we experienced. We will keep on coming back as long as we will get the new rooms hehe

CR commune mais propre. Les coussins et les feuilles sont propres j'ai juste 1 préoccupation. Nous avons réservé le type de plafond. Lorsque je me déplace dans le lit, le cadre en bois a un bruit de creusement. Je ne peux pas revenir à CR et revenir sans le bruit de creusement. Mais dans l'ensemble, c'était un bon séjour. Je réserverai encore mais peut-être un autre type de chambre.

This is the 2nd time I booked my stay at Prime Asia Hotel and they are consistent - clean rooms and a comfortable place to stay indeed. You get your money’s worth. I know that for every visit I will be doing in Pampanga, I will book my hotel here and I would recommend this to my relatives and friends. One thing I appreciate is the guards check and confirm what room the guests go to. They call the room and confirm if we expect a visitor. Even as they leave, they confirm it. The room was a bit small, but it was located in a quiet environment, which allowed me to relax and unwind. Please note that there are no places to buy food or water, but there is a restaurant on site which is convenient. However, when it's crowded, it takes a long time for the food to come out, so it's best to allow plenty of time.

An excellent modern hotel in a prime location in central Subic opposite Ayala Mall where plenty of shops and eateries may be found. It’s new so there were some teething problems with the soft opening but we can attest to the first-rate courtesy and professionalism of its lovely staff. Probably best to wait a while longer for the full range of amenities (pool is not yet ready etc). The rooms are excellent for the price and beds comfy, showers modern, excellent Wi-Fi and TV options. Will certainly stay here again. Far and away the best place to stay in Subic Bay Area.

The room is clean and spacious for its price. Food is great in the restaurant. Though the room we got is not soundproof, we hear vehicle engines at closed doors. The only issue our group had was the blankets are not like blankets at all. They are thin and doesn't provide warmth at all when the AC is set to a low temp. We had to set the AC at high temp when we sleep so we could sleep a bit bitter. En tant que voyageur solo, j'ai apprécié l'accès facile à tout ce dont j'avais besoin et l'emplacement m'a permis d'explorer la région sans tracas. Dans l'ensemble, cela valait vraiment le prix. Je reviendrais avec plaisir ici !

Our experience with this beach resort is really far from what we were expecting. First of all, the staff there did not even show a single sign of hospitality. The moment we got there, we were standing for almost a minute looking for the person in charge, only to find them sitting at the table watching us with no expression and then just asked us the name on the booking, which I found rude and really not the right way of welcoming a guest. Second of all, we originally booked a family room with two double decks, but what was given to us was two double decks and one single bed. They could've informed us of the sudden change and we would surely understand, but no—we just knew it the moment we got inside the room. There are other things that were not informed to us, like the usage of the refrigerator. We were not informed that the refrigerator is for sharing. The ref was already full and they still wanted us to share it. They could've informed us in the first place so we would leave room. We paid 250 per night for ref usage, which I found outrageous. There are things I want to add that I did not like, like the rope they set up to put your wet clothes near where the table is placed, and it is not really ideal since clothes are dripping everywhere, especially on the table. The faucet is something they did not even give time to replace, and I found it disgusting. Every time I have to touch the faucet, I feel a greasy feeling and an unpleasant smell. Nevertheless, the price is quite cheap and affordable, and the beach is only a few steps away. I just hope they train their staff to be more hospitable and teach them proper manners, because even until the time we left the resort, no one showed up to say goodbye or thank us for our stay. We simply left as if nothing had happened.
