We recently stayed at the Sheraton Hotel in Vitória, ES for a romantic getaway. As a couple with a bit of an age difference (I’m 21 and my boyfriend is 45), we’re always looking for a mix of fun, comfort, and sophistication—and this hotel mostly delivered! Positives: The location is fantastic! Right by the beach with beautiful ocean views from our room. My boyfriend especially appreciated the calm, elegant vibe of the hotel. The breakfast spread was impressive—lots of variety, fresh fruits, and delicious pastries. I loved the pool area! Great spot to relax and get some sun. Room: The room was spacious and modern, with a comfy bed and a lovely balcony. However, we did notice that some areas looked a bit outdated for a Sheraton standard. My boyfriend travels a lot for work and expected a little more in terms of maintenance. Service: Staff was friendly and attentive, but there were a few hiccups. Check-in was slower than expected, and we had an issue with our room key not working one night. However, they resolved it quickly. We also appreciated the concierge’s local recommendations for restaurants and activities. Overall Experience: We enjoyed our stay, but there’s room for improvement. It’s a great choice for couples looking for a mix of relaxation and city vibes. My boyfriend found it a bit pricey for what was offered, but for me, it was worth it for the view and the pool! Would we come back? Probably, but we’d love to see a few upgrades to make it feel more luxurious. Recommendation: Ideal for couples looking for a peaceful stay in Vitória, but if you’re after a super high-end experience, there’s a bit of room to grow.

O hotel é bem localizado, perto de tudo e principalmente da praia. O atendimento é excelente, o quarto é perfeito,. Só deixo minha crítica quanto ao estacionamento que é um pouco confuso e apertado e o café da manhã que poderia ter mais opções.

I really enjoyed my stay, the rooms are quite big and spacious, awesome view of the bay. The breakfast was delicious and has a lot of variety. I would recommend to anyone traveling to Vitória

Excelente atendimento tanto na recepção como no restaurante, que aliás oferece comida de muita qualidade. Quarto amplio, espaçoso, confortável e com belas vistas. Andar silencioso e com elevador muito acessível. O melhor local para uma estadia agradável na belíssima cidade de Vitória. Voltarei em breve

hôtel bien situé, près de l'aéroport. Bon café. Bon taille. Restaurant répond dans la chambre.. Tout ce que vous devez détecter pour la mousse et améliorer la force de la décharge.

Tudo muito limpo e organizado. A piscina é excelente. Uma boa infraestrutura. E o pessoal do atendimento é bastante cordial e solícito. Café da manhã sensacional.

L'hôtel est bon, la nettoyage était aussi ok, et la prise en charge était excellente. La nourriture est agréable et j'ai eu une bonne expérience en général. Mais ce qui m'a pas plaisir était l'ascenseur il est bien ancien, il fait beaucoup de bruit et ne possède pas les spécifications techniques exposées, comme la date de l'inspection finale, ce qui m'a laissé incertain, principalement parce que je suis hôte au 12ème étage. J'ai aimé les services de l'hôtel et les autres services.

酒店由於靠近公路，而我都房間又剛好在靠近公路的一側，因此外面對噪音非常大，影響到正常休息。酒店環境丶條件一般，，吹風機也不能用，衹能滿足基本的住宿要求，更重要的是1000多一晚的酒店沒有享受到任何服務，下次我或許不會選擇再來
