That hotel had The Shining type vibes. It looks like it used to be a Really nice place back in the Day and the people were Really nice, but the place is Dated and has weevils climbing the walls and a lot of wierd stuff going on. All the outside doors, are locked at 7pm -7am and the only way to get in or out of the building is by the front entrance, if you can find it because the hallways are like a maze and there is no elevator. Also at 10pm the stairwells are all locked too you can only use the lobby stairwell (again, once you find it) I had to get something from my car after lockdown and had to walk the mile to the front desk to ask if there was any way I could get to my car that was parked in back of the hotel without having to walk a mile around it outside in the dark. The kid at the desk was kind enough to let me use a service entrance as long as I promised to bolt it after I came back in. If there ever was a fire there and it had to be evacuated at night, they would have major issue because there would only be one way out! The top floors has levels... You have to see it to understand that part. The key fobs are kinda sketchy; I met a couple who were unable to enter their room after finally finding it, because they had gotten lost looking for it (I got lost looking for mine when I first got there too) Everytime they tried to use it the key pad said 'Unauthorized Entry” and when the front desk person came to help, her key didn't work too. The couple and I had a good laugh, but we both said we wouldn't be staying there again, and we had both just got there and they hadn't even seen their room yet. No screens on the windows and don't open them because they are full of bugs and spiders. My sister and her kids found poop in the pool, after they were warned not to use the hot tub because people peed in it. The place looks like it is nice, but the closer you look the weirder it gets. The numbering on the room doors were crazy too, our room was 202 and across the from us was room 249 and go down the hall (up two steps and down one) you have 220 on one side and 300 across the hall ( or close to that) On a positive note, the workers were very friendly, the food at the restaurant was awesome and they really broke the budget on the smart TVs, but I will never staying there again!

Pool was great, beds are comfortable. Rooms clean, except we found ants the next morning and couldn’t shut our door without really slamming it and breakfast was disappointing, eggs, sausages, cereal toast. No fruit or muffins bagels , that usually hotel free breakfast has.

L'emplacement est correct, c'est assez pratique pour sortir et faire demi-tour, mais pas en bord de mer, le parking en bord de route est assez pratique. Cet hôtel est un peu comme un appart hôtel avec un micro-onde dans la chambre et un petit hall

The Room was clean, dated, but clean. The bed was very comfortable and coming from someone with several lifelong injuries, that's a ig deal. I actually was able to sleep decently. The food in the Hotel's restaurant was really good and the staff were friendly and efficient. My only problem was that there was a mouse that was roaming the dining area. The server apologized and tried to assure me that the hotel has pest control coming in weekly. While a good thing, it didn't give me immediate satisfaction. Used to be that a hotel would make compensation of some kind. Non was offered. But again, the food was terrific and reasonably priced given the location... but, the mice issue is a problem for me.

Great location. Nice ambience. It’s very close to my work site, around 2 minute walk with just one block away. Very nice reception and staff who would answer to your requests at their best. One thing I’d say is the cleaning service, where some of members are not the best at being proactive when I put my sign on.

Dans l'ensemble, c'était une excellente expérience d'hôtel! Seul le problème est l'attente longue pour l'ascenseur... 😁

設施：設施很多，而且還有游泳館電梯的話也有，然後整個的話就是一個比較標準的希爾頓酒店。 環境：環境很好，酒店的話舒適的也很整齊，毛巾也不怎麼臟，除了地面的話是有一點臟，但床上用品的話看不出什麼太大的灰塵之類的，而且比較整齊，枕頭也比較多，甚至有電視會寫你的名字，然後説歡迎你進來。隔音也非常好，別人在外面大喊大叫，其實也不怎麼能聽出來房間整體也非常大，很漂亮，廁所也是。離酒店也很近。 服務：服務是很棒的，因為我們當時早來了行李，因為我想去哈法那邊再玩一會兒，然後前台就幫我 們把行李寄存並給我們幾張票，而且前台的話是很客氣的人也非常好 衞生：非常棒。

I stayed at Chateau Bedford, Trademark Collection by Wyndham from April 19–20, 2025, for a family trip to Halifax. Overall, it was a pleasant experience. The staff were friendly and helpful, especially when we needed extra towels, toiletries, and coffee refills, which were initially insufficient in the room. The hotel facilities were generally good, but the TV casting function did not work properly during our stay. Also, the breakfast could offer a bit more variety, and unfortunately, the hot cake machine was out of order, which was a disappointment for my kids. That said, the service team was responsive, and we appreciated their support throughout our stay. With a few improvements, the experience could be even better. Thank you for your hospitality!

Les installations sont complètes, mais plus anciennes et très propres. Le serveur de la réception est très enthousiaste et le client est revenu. Malheureusement, le petit déjeuner semble être un équipement de vente, moins de variétés, le service est général.

La chambre était propre et confortable, et le personnel était très gentil et utile. L'hôtel a servi un petit déjeuner chaud avec des omelettes préfabriquées, des sauces, des pommes de terre, des waffles et des bagels, ainsi qu'une gamme d'options froides. La première chose que je critique est que le petit déjeuner était très dépensé, avec tout servi dans des conteneurs et des tasses en plastique. En général, je resterais certainement ici.
