Beautiful hotel. Grand entrance with chandelier. Easy check in. Warm welcome from staff. Hotel staff Assisted with every request and made the holiday pleasant. Room had beautiful river and city views. Was actually better than the pictures online. Breakfast location: High ceilings and full windows overlooking the city and river. Spacious. Great selection of different cuisines. Highly recommended. Will definitely visit again.

Notre voyage familial à Wanda Jin Resort Changbaishan a été excellent pour la première fois, surtout nous avons reçu l'assistance de Mme Winterme avant nos dates de voyage pour des informations utiles. Le Wanda Jin Resort Changbaishan est un lieu idéal pour vous rendre à The Town Ski Center facilement dans 5 minutes. Nous avons été mis à niveau à la chambre 581 où la vue sur Wanda International Ski Resort peut être facilement vue à partir de cette chambre. Nous reviendrons certainement à Wanda Jin Resort Changbaishan pour skier à Wanda International Ski Resort à la fin de l'année 2026. Je voudrais encore remercier Mme Winterme pour son excellente assistance pendant nos 5 nuits à Wanda Jin Resort Changbaishan. :)

The checking in process is not smooth. The receptionist cannot find my booking after 15mins intermittently switching services to other customers and managed found my booking later. Told me it needed 20mins to clean the room up and issued the room cards to us. After 25mins, we went up to the room, and nothing cleaned, including the quilt covers which were not replaced. Meanwhile we found the yellow spots from sweating on the pillow insert which made me feel uncomfortable. It is a hygiene concern to me. So if asked the hotel to get a clean one for me. The hotel has a very high rating. I seriously doubt this is a fake one. As the treat on the swearing spots on pillow insert does not match this hotel stars rating . Anyway, guys if you book this hotel, Please check your pillow insert next time.

I really enjoy my experience here! 🌻 My room was neat, elegant and very comfortable. The Hot spring was clean, spacious and colorful! I could find dry towels everywhere. And also nice people very open to help. This was my first time stay at Shangri-La Changchun and I was not disappointed. I felt welcomed when checked in. Ella at the front desk is professional and friendly. She introduced about the room facility to us, made the check-in process smooth and gave us free upgrade (Thanks, Ella!). The room we stayed was clean with beautiful view. The facility was nice. The breakfast was delicious and there were so many varieties of great food to choose. The cleaning lady was friendly and had her job well done. The staff also helped us call taxi. The fitness club and pool are great. We had dinner on the 2nd floor. The food was wonderful and the waiter was very friendly. The location of the hotel is central and perfect as a base in the city. We had an early check-out and need to rush to the airport. The gentleman at the front desk made the checkout extremely brief and wasted no time in getting us a taxi. All in all, we had a very pleasant and lovely stay at Shangri-la. We highly recommend this hotel and would love to stay again when visiting Changchun.

L'hôtel est très charmant, situé au sud du lac Park, mais il est un peu difficile de marcher à partir de la métro la plus proche, mais facile d'obtenir un taxi/a fait aussi. Les chambres étaient très propres et l'hôtel avait des restaurants, un petit-déjeuner buffer de nourriture mixte occidentale et chinoise, un gtm et une salle d'affaires.

Notre famille de 4 a eu un séjour de 2 nuits merveilleux à la mi-décembre. Nous avons demandé la connexion des chambres via Trip et Xiao Zhang & nous avons contacté directement via WeChat. Ils nous ont non seulement aidé à obtenir des chambres de connexion, ils ont également donné des conseils et aidés à organiser que nos bagages soient envoyés à l'hôtel alors qu'un conducteur privé (cost supplémentaire) nous a choisis de la gare pour commencer notre tour de Changbaishan immédiatement ainsi. Le service de l'hôtel est très confortable et très confortable. C'était la première fois que notre famille essayait de skier et nous avons demandé à notre concierge personnel de préparer un entraîneur privé (cost supplémentaire). Immédiatement après l'arrivée au salon de ski, l'entraîneur nous attendait et nous a conduits à travers tout le processus chaotique de collecte et de portage des équipements. L'hôtel a un accès direct et illimité au printemps chaud et il a également été une grande expérience de ne pas manquer (N'oubliez pas de mettre votre costume de bain!) Il a même une piscine de poisson où nous plongons notre corps entier. Il y a aussi un beau paradis de bétail avec différents animaux que vous pouvez nourrir.

休息區的沙發軟乎乎的，還有免費的水果和茶供應，工作人員態度也特別好，全程笑臉相迎，有需求都能及時響應，已經列入我的常去清單了！而且位置靠近辦事地點，還能免費停車，太方便了。房間有獨立辦公區，網絡穩定，一次性用品齊全。前台辦理入住退房超快，還能幫忙打印文件，衞生整潔無異味，休息得很好。

Le centre-ville de l'hôtel est situé à proximité de la ville de l'hôtel. Le butler Hero était utile et proactif sans être intrusif. Il a offert des informations utiles sur l'hôtel et des conseils sur les aliments et les lieux pour aller à des distances précises de l'hôtel. L'hôtel est à côté d'une station de métro, à l'opposé d'un centre de grande échelle, à pied à Guilin Rd avec des tonnes de nourriture et généralement assez proche des lieux tout en restant tranquille.
