La chambre de l'hôtel est propre et propre, la surface est super grande, il y a une table sur la balcone. Le goût de la cuisine habituelle faite par le restaurant de l'hôtel est particulièrement délicieux. La cuisine habituelle de la maison nord-est est épaisse, il n'est vraiment pas possible de manger de l'hôtel dehors! Voir le paysage de la nuit pendant le repas, c'est très bon! Le chef et la servitrice sont très bien attitudés. La prochaine fois, ils vont venir avec des amis.

Beautiful hotel. Grand entrance with chandelier. Easy check in. Warm welcome from staff. Hotel staff Assisted with every request and made the holiday pleasant. Room had beautiful river and city views. Was actually better than the pictures online. Breakfast location: High ceilings and full windows overlooking the city and river. Spacious. Great selection of different cuisines. Highly recommended. Will definitely visit again.

La situation géographique est excellente, située à Jilling Street et à l'intersection de la route de la Liberation, où qu'il soit pratique. La chambre est petite, mais les cinq sont complètes. Les conditions sanitaires sont bonnes. Le contact Microsoft répond en temps utile.

I really enjoy my experience here! 🌻 My room was neat, elegant and very comfortable. The Hot spring was clean, spacious and colorful! I could find dry towels everywhere. And also nice people very open to help. The Hotel is very new and everything spotless clean. The location is a bit at the outskirts (but thatfor extremely quiet and peaceful) and the rooms are in small houses (traditional chinese style) spread out in a park-like surrounding. To go to the main house (breakfast) is a lovely walk or a short drive with a small red bus, which you easily can call anytime. The amenities are lovely, just the shower a bit weak. But beneath the very beautiful and spacious rooms and high quality breakfast I want to point out the wonderful staff, mainly Amber and Angel, but also the rest of the staff, who are very friendly, helpful and doing everything, to make the stay a very pleasant experience, which we will love to repeat. Thanks a lot for this beautiful experience!

This was my first time stay at Shangri-La Changchun and I was not disappointed. I felt welcomed when checked in. Ella at the front desk is professional and friendly. She introduced about the room facility to us, made the check-in process smooth and gave us free upgrade (Thanks, Ella!). The room we stayed was clean with beautiful view. The facility was nice. The breakfast was delicious and there were so many varieties of great food to choose. The cleaning lady was friendly and had her job well done. The staff also helped us call taxi. The fitness club and pool are great. We had dinner on the 2nd floor. The food was wonderful and the waiter was very friendly. The location of the hotel is central and perfect as a base in the city. We had an early check-out and need to rush to the airport. The gentleman at the front desk made the checkout extremely brief and wasted no time in getting us a taxi. All in all, we had a very pleasant and lovely stay at Shangri-la. We highly recommend this hotel and would love to stay again when visiting Changchun.

The checking in process is not smooth. The receptionist cannot find my booking after 15mins intermittently switching services to other customers and managed found my booking later. Told me it needed 20mins to clean the room up and issued the room cards to us. After 25mins, we went up to the room, and nothing cleaned, including the quilt covers which were not replaced. Meanwhile we found the yellow spots from sweating on the pillow insert which made me feel uncomfortable. It is a hygiene concern to me. So if asked the hotel to get a clean one for me. The hotel has a very high rating. I seriously doubt this is a fake one. As the treat on the swearing spots on pillow insert does not match this hotel stars rating . Anyway, guys if you book this hotel, Please check your pillow insert next time.

L'hôtel est très propre, mais quand j'étais là avec ma famille, il y a beaucoup de constructions qui se déroulent près de l'hôtel et il pleut chaque jour quand nous sommes à Changchun. Le personnel de l'hôtel est très bon et efficace quand nous n'avons que 30 minutes pour embarquer notre train pour aller à Changbaishan. Nous avons réussi à embarquer notre train grâce à Mme Fu Yang. Les options de petit déjeuner étaient plutôt limitées. Il y avait un signe qui disait que nous pouvions avoir ce que nous voulions nos œufs. Nous avons demandé au chef de la cuisine de la cuisine; le chef nous a réservé sans volonté et nous a donné une attitude. Les avis précédents ont donné de nombreuses évaluations positives sur le buffet, et nous avons donc décidé de payer le petit-déjeuner buffet. En général, nous resterons dans le même hôtel si nous revisions Changchun. :) La station est très loin de l'hôtel, mais DiDi fonctionne aussi bien.

Ma famille a passé un merveilleux séjour ici. L'hôtel nous offre un service de qualité supérieure, en particulier pour nos enfants, leur service de majordome est également exceptionnel, ce qui nous a permis de passer un voyage sans problème, même en cas de mauvaises conditions météorologiques à cause de la fermeture du parc, ils proposent toujours de nombreuses activités. pour que nous puissions garder nos enfants heureux tout le temps. La source chaude ici offre beaucoup de choix, bon pour les petits et les adultes. Dans l'ensemble, nous avons adoré notre séjour ici et le recommandons vraiment à tous ceux qui pourraient être intéressés à visiter la montagne Changbai. . L'hôtel Beipo à Weier offre un accès VIP à la montagne Changbai Tianchi, ce qui permet d'économiser beaucoup de temps et d'énergie. Le service de majordome est excellent et très bien pour les enfants. Les deux enfants l'aiment beaucoup. Le paradis des enfants intérieur et extérieur, le joli paradis des animaux de compagnie, la piscine thermale intégrée et l'aire de jeux aquatiques pour enfants occuperont complètement les enfants lorsqu'ils ne pourront pas se rendre sur le site pittoresque.
