Beautiful hotel. Grand entrance with chandelier. Easy check in. Warm welcome from staff. Hotel staff Assisted with every request and made the holiday pleasant. Room had beautiful river and city views. Was actually better than the pictures online. Breakfast location: High ceilings and full windows overlooking the city and river. Spacious. Great selection of different cuisines. Highly recommended. Will definitely visit again.

Really made a good choice staying here instead of Holiday In Express. As the hotel is just beside the ski resort. No need to wait for any buses just walk to ski resort, ski village and even the hot spring. This hotel is very worth it. As you stay comes with complimentary: 1) Mini Bar in room 2) Hot Spring Access 3) Ski lift access ( 2000rmb deposit) 4) Snow activities 5) Breakfast 6) Shuttle from Changbaishan West Railway Station 7) Water Park At night the whole village really feel like in the alps. One night is too less for us to enjoy everything. Had an amazing sleep. Got bathtub. Room is big and with a wide view of the ski area. Very nice 5 stars.

The checking in process is not smooth. The receptionist cannot find my booking after 15mins intermittently switching services to other customers and managed found my booking later. Told me it needed 20mins to clean the room up and issued the room cards to us. After 25mins, we went up to the room, and nothing cleaned, including the quilt covers which were not replaced. Meanwhile we found the yellow spots from sweating on the pillow insert which made me feel uncomfortable. It is a hygiene concern to me. So if asked the hotel to get a clean one for me. The hotel has a very high rating. I seriously doubt this is a fake one. As the treat on the swearing spots on pillow insert does not match this hotel stars rating . Anyway, guys if you book this hotel, Please check your pillow insert next time.

Installations : La source thermale a dépassé mes attentes. Les chambres avec accès à la source thermale devraient offrir un accès illimité ; cela pourrait être précisé plus clairement lors de la réservation sur Ctrip. La source thermale elle-même est superbe, surpassant de loin les sources thermales intérieures de Pékin. On y trouve de nombreux petits bassins adaptés aux adultes, et les bassins pour enfants sont à une température agréable. La végétation luxuriante est photogénique et l'endroit est peu fréquenté. Il y a également une petite piscine à débordement. Je n'ai pas testé la source thermale extérieure, mais il devrait y avoir un parc aquatique avec un grand toboggan en été. Idéal pour les familles avec des personnes âgées et des enfants. Propreté : Très propre. Les chambres avec baignoire sont peu nombreuses ; les couples doivent en tenir compte. Environnement : À proximité se trouve un parc de dinosaures adapté aux jeunes enfants, et le musée des dinosaures est excellent, idéal pour les élèves du primaire et du secondaire. Il y a également un parc culturel folklorique à proximité, parfait pour prendre des photos. Service : Le restaurant chinois offre un excellent rapport qualité-prix ; j'y ai mangé deux fois pendant mon séjour. Je recommande vivement le porc aigre-doux et le sauté de pommes de terre, d'aubergines et de poivrons verts. Il y a aussi une dame ukrainienne très aimable et responsable dans le hall ; vraiment remarquable.

This was my first time stay at Shangri-La Changchun and I was not disappointed. I felt welcomed when checked in. Ella at the front desk is professional and friendly. She introduced about the room facility to us, made the check-in process smooth and gave us free upgrade (Thanks, Ella!). The room we stayed was clean with beautiful view. The facility was nice. The breakfast was delicious and there were so many varieties of great food to choose. The cleaning lady was friendly and had her job well done. The staff also helped us call taxi. The fitness club and pool are great. We had dinner on the 2nd floor. The food was wonderful and the waiter was very friendly. The location of the hotel is central and perfect as a base in the city. We had an early check-out and need to rush to the airport. The gentleman at the front desk made the checkout extremely brief and wasted no time in getting us a taxi. All in all, we had a very pleasant and lovely stay at Shangri-la. We highly recommend this hotel and would love to stay again when visiting Changchun.

I remember this place being guarded by armed soldiers back in the days when I grew up in Changchun. It hosted many top officials from China and many other countries. It was a surprise to see it open to the public now. We had a great experience staying there. This compound is unique in that it sits on a large piece of land with lakes, walking paths and bridges. This hotel is old but beautifully maintained over the years. It is quiet at night, a nice change from the busy city. The breakfast buffet doesn't have many Western options, but very good regardless. Friendly staff.

Notre famille de 4 a eu un séjour de 2 nuits merveilleux à la mi-décembre. Nous avons demandé la connexion des chambres via Trip et Xiao Zhang & nous avons contacté directement via WeChat. Ils nous ont non seulement aidé à obtenir des chambres de connexion, ils ont également donné des conseils et aidés à organiser que nos bagages soient envoyés à l'hôtel alors qu'un conducteur privé (cost supplémentaire) nous a choisis de la gare pour commencer notre tour de Changbaishan immédiatement ainsi. L'hôtel spa le plus populaire pour nous! Il est dans un endroit calme, très amiable resepshen, demandé quelques demandes personnelles et nous n'avons pas refusé! Merci! Tout le temps très propre et confortable. Les petits-déjeuners sont très chics, tous délicieux et frais, les salades diffèrent chaque jour. Dans le chauffage de l'hôtel, 👍 l'unique, quittant l'hôtel chaque fois que les bracelets fonctionnaient mal, n'a pas ouvert la chambre, il était nécessaire de descendre du 5e étage à nouveau au premier et de les régler, avant que cela n'était pas, cette fois nous avons telle. Si vous ne quittez pas l'hôtel à la ville, vous n'avez pas ça. Un grand bain et des sources chaudes, c'est ce que vous avez besoin en hiver. Cette fois vous avez essayé de massager par les banques et vous êtes resté très heureux! Merci à tous les employés de l'hôtel pour une grande vacance!

Le personnel est très bien et fluide en anglais. Les chambres sont propres et spacieuses; il y avait même un minibar gratuit pour la première nuit à l'hôtel. Le dépôt incident a été libéré juste au moment de la sortie. Le petit déjeuner est à la fois chinois et occidental. Recommend
