Die Lage in Malina/El Poblado ist selbstverständlich für jede Location top. Abgesehen davon hatte ich vom Hotel in dieser Preislage den Eindruck von mehr Schein als Sein. Es ist zwar alles modern eingerichtet und auf elegant gemacht. Insgesamt wirkt alles relativ eng.
Der Pool auf der Dachterrasse z.B. ist sehr eng. Wenn da 10 Leute sind, fängt es an ungemütlich zu werden, es sei denn, man will Party - aber dafür gibt es bessere Hotels.
Das Zimmer war sehr eng, die Ablageflächen waren knapp und es fehlte an Stauraum. Immerhin gab es Warmwasser :-) Es war extrem ringhörig. Man hörte den TV, Musik, Stimmen und Gesang aus den anderen Zimmern. Und im Gang heulte die Belüftung, als würde dauernd jemand mit dem Staubsauger durch die Gänge gehen.

空港からGoogleマップをあてにして駐車場を抜けて歩いていくと、徒歩10から15分、途中道路を横断します。
タクシーやUBERを使わなくて良いのは嬉しい。
設備は古めだが、清潔な方だと思います。
レストランのディナーは、高くなくて美味しかったし、スタッフの態度がとても良かった。
広大な庭を朝散歩していると
たくさんの孔雀たちに遭遇し驚いたが、孔雀たちはまったく驚いてなかった。とても可愛いと思います。
無料空港送迎バスの存在を、フロントで教えてもらえた。
事前に知っていればバスでホテルに行っていた。
チェックアウト後は、空港送迎バスで空港に行きました。

Firstly , the staff are great. Really friendly and helpful with anything you may need. I arrived really early and they were able to accommodate an early check-in for me. The facilities are great, calm shared space downstairs, well equipped gym and free laundry. The room was very clean and the bed was super comfortable.

Au lit à 9 h, la femme qui s'occupe du minibar entre dans ma chambre, me voit au lit et va vérifier le contenu. Je lui dis de revenir plus tard, mais non, elle a du travail à faire et continue. Cela passe avant la vie privée des clients.
Je me suis plainte au directeur, il me dit que c'est de ma faute, en tant que client payant, j'accepte qu'ils aient le droit d'entrer dans ma chambre, même si je suis au lit.
Manière de gérer très inhabituelle.
Bel hôtel.
Évitez d'essayer la radio à 1030 mètres.

It was a great experience staying in the hotel. All staff are so nice and helpful. They really take care of kids. We went swimming with our kids every morning. They even prepared new toys for that! How sweet!
The location of the hotel is excellent and it’s quiet and safe around. It has a large shopping mall next to it that you just need to cross the gate from the 2nd floor from the hotel. So convenient!
We will definitely recommend to our friends of it! Thanks all the staff for a pleasant stay.

The hotel is not a 5 star but the associates are! The bellstaff, the front desk and the breakfast staff are all great!
The location is good, very close to Santa Fe and Oviedo, the El Tesoro is not far away either. Pool is never being used it is a little unwelcoming or not so private I guess.
The hotel could use a refurbishment, like the hallways.
Good budget hotel though with excellent staff. I would go back also because it is a little far from all the craziness of Provenza.

Buena ubicación, aunque no tiene parking. Puedes moverte andando está cerca de todo. Las vistas desde el bar de la terraza son geniales. Cuando estuvimos el jacuzzi estaba sin servicio.

AAna BalcarL'hôtel a été une expérience positive pour ma famille et moi. J'ai séjourné dans la suite triple. Espaces séparés et deux salles de bain pour plus de confort si vous venez avec plusieurs enfants. Idéal pour le plaisir, mais moins pour manger sur place… Les chefs semblent n'être que des apprentis, et la carte ne propose pas tout. Le personnel était à moitié gentil. Deux petits incidents se sont produits : l'un avec un jeune réceptionniste qui travaille de jour jusqu'au soir. Une fois, j'ai oublié ma carte et je suis allée gentiment lui en demander une autre. Il m'a donné la carte sans même me regarder en face, sans même me dire un mot. Au lieu de cela, il a continué à discuter avec son collègue, sans même me regarder dans les yeux ! Il m'a juste tendu la carte… ce qui, à mon avis, était un geste déplacé, sans que je comprenne pourquoi il traitait une cliente de l'hôtel avec mépris ! MDR, c'était un peu indifférent à mon avis. Le deuxième incident amusant, c'est qu'on a appelé tôt, genre, en début d'après-midi, à la réception pour deux brosses à dents… enfin, à minuit, pendant qu'on dormait, quelqu'un a frappé à la porte avec les brosses à dents qu'on devait aller chercher par nos propres moyens, car le service hôtelier mettait des heures à les livrer à l'heure ! On a donc décidé de les acheter à la pharmacie la plus proche. Mais c'était juste pour tester le service, pour voir combien de temps ils mettraient à les recevoir à l'heure ? Lol Lol. Bref… Mais ne vous inquiétez pas, je reviendrais et j'apprécierais quand même l'hôtel… Je pense que la direction devrait mieux former son personnel pour offrir un meilleur service client à tous les clients. 👍🏼 Mon fils était ravi de profiter de la piscine et du jacuzzi. Très bien, je suis prêt à tout pour mon fils !

IInvitéThe view from the hotel was amazing and was definitely the highlight of our stay. Unfortunately, several issues took away from the overall experience. There is no phone in the room, so every time we needed assistance we had to go up and down three flights of stairs to reception. When we went down to get the Wi-Fi code, the handwritten note was so unclear that we couldn’t connect and eventually gave up trying.
The toilet seat was completely loose, which was very uncomfortable and not ideal at all. We also had no hot water for our shower. Breakfast was extremely limited, with virtually no options available. We travel around the world and have stayed in many different places, and in our opinion this hotel is very overpriced for what it offers. The staff did try to make it up to us the next day, but since we were only staying one night, it didn’t really help. For the price we paid, we were expecting a true 5-star experience.

IInvitéVery well appointed aparthotel with almost everything needed for a comfortable stay. Checking in was easy. They could not accommodate early check in but held bags until my apartment was ready. Very spacious and clean apartment with kitchenette, living space, bedroom, large bathroom and closet. The bed and pillows were very firm, could have been a little more softer. No cutlery provided in the kitchen. The fridge and kitchen were stocked with mostly paid bar items. The walk in shower only has a rain head attachment and not a handheld device which I did not find convenient. Most of the staff were very nice. The rooftop bar and pool area were cosy. Easy to get an uber to and from the Medellin hotspots. Overall, I had a good stay but a few things could be improved for an extra comfortable luxury experience. For the price, it was just okay value considering breakfast was not included.

- Extremely loud, doors and walls are super thin, you can hear everything outside your room. In the first night we had a room directly in the lobby, it was so loud that we asked for a change in rooms. This was gladly accommodated; however, the next room was also loud (although not as much)
- To get in and out of the hotel you need staff sitting at the reception, but during the night you have to ring a bell which is super loud and wakes up the whole hotel
- Some rooms don’t have proper windows

SSarahUn beau nouveau hôtel à El Poblado. Un taxi à courte distance de la folie qui est Provenza. Le 3ème étage est fantastique avec la piscine hydrothérapie et la sauna infrarouge. Il y a aussi une salle d'écoute et de yoga.
Le personnel était si attentif et vraiment chaud.
Un café merveilleux.
Ils ont été insensés avec l'option de petit déjeuner.
J'ai apprécié le shakshuka et le benny.
J'avais aussi fait mon lavage et ils ont dit qu'il était prêt pour le lendemain, mais il a été fait le même jour.
Restez ici ! !
