We stayed here because it had a pool and we enjoy a swim and breakfast was part of the deal. Even though we forgot to mention mobility issues the staff changed our room without an issue. The hotel was cool and so was the room, and that was without using the air conditioning. There is no lift so bear that in mind. The breakfast had a good mix of cooked English and you can have your eggs cooked as you want them. I asked for a decaf flat white and one was made for me. A bigger mug too, the usual ones are a bit small. There is fruit, plain yogurt, ham and cheese slices and olives so something for everyone. The staff are friendly and helpful and went to get more pastries for us when they had run out. If a coach tour is in then make sure you don't arrive too late, as a lot will be gone. The food wasn't greasy and we enjoyed the variety. We used the pool and there are men's and women's changing but no disabled facilities or family changing areas. Be aware of that although there is one larger changing room most of the space and showers are open. You will need a pound coin if you want to lock your locker, but we mainly swan in the morning and there were only one or two others in the pool. It's a spa pool so not too deep. There is a gym room too, but I didn't use that. The usual work out equipment was on display. You can also book spa treatments but those are extra. Pool and gym free to guests. We would gave tried an evening meal but there was a hotel power cut and so we left early. We would definitely use this hotel again, we slept well and the bed is comfy with usb charging sockets and proper reading lights near the bed. The bistro-like round table and two chairs were much appreciated. Parking us £5 a day, which us cheaper than some hotels. There is also a hairdryer and iron in the room and the TV has modern with Freeview channels available. The bar area has comfortable seating and was showing the matches as well as the news in the morning. No subtitles though, which would have helped. As I said the only criticism was that our sink was cracked, and didn't hold water well and there is a bath shower, rather than a walk in shower unit.

hôtel absolument brillant, personnel fantastique qui ne pouvait plus faire pour les visiteurs, chambres propres et zones communes propres, beaucoup d'activités pour occuper les enfants pendant le séjour et beaucoup de refroidissements pendant la journée, y compris un bon petit déjeuner et un dîner options. Nous avons utilisé la piscine deux fois par jour pendant notre séjour, nous avons visité l'arcade et les voies de parc et de nature extérieures et la section de jeux extérieurs et aucun de mes enfants ne voulait rentrer chez eux.

Probablement le meilleur hôtel que nous ayons séjourné en travail tous les week-ends et nous sommes dans un hôtel de loisirs tous les week-ends, toute marque nouvelle, jacuzzi était imréaliste, la salle de vapeur aurait pu être plus chaude, la sauna était 100c qui était belle, jamais vu un tel chaud, La chambre a aircondition, le petit déjeuner buffet était magnifique, très propre.

Novotel Reading Centre is located in the heart of Reading, with convenient access to food, accommodation, and transportation. It is a 3-minute walk to the train station and a 3-minute walk to museums, parks, monasteries, and supermarkets. The front desk service is very friendly, and the swimming pool and gym are open normally from 10:00-22:00 every day. We are responsible for cleaning our floors very seriously and clean the rooms on time every day! Everyone gathers together at the bar downstairs every night to watch the World Cup, it's very happy! Le service est très bon, et les installations sont également bonnes. Pendant l'épidémie, vous devez prendre rendez-vous à l'avance. C'est particulièrement réfléchi. Le travail de désinfection de la piscine est très bien fait.

Afin d'emmener les enfants à l'école voisine pour un entretien, je suis resté une nuit, il n'y a donc pas beaucoup de demande pour l'hôtel. Les équipements de la chambre sont généraux, les lits sont rapprochés, pas très confortables, la santé est correcte, le petit déjeuner est trop pauvre, le sentiment général n'est pas acceptable pour les vacances ! La décoration à la réception est correcte, chaleureuse et élégante !

L'hôtel est très confortable, mais le seul élément défavorable pour nous est que, bien qu'ils acceptent des chiens (pour lesquels ils chargent beaucoup) il n'y a pas d'autre endroit à manger que le lobby, qui est assez grand et exposé, si vous avez le chien avec vous. Parmi les politiques du chien, on ne devrait pas les laisser seuls dans la chambre (comme je le conviens), mais on a dû sortir de l'hôtel pour manger dans un pub local qui était plus ami du chien. Les chambres sont très confortables et sont très confortables.

After requesting a quiet room due to having our 11 month old with us we were placed directly above the function suite for a wedding and while testing the sound system the floor below are feet curated and the noise was crazy. The moved us rooms out of the original Manor House we requested and into the furthest room possible from all amenities on offer smaller than our original room, 3rd floor and no lift with a baby in a pram and lots of luggage. The room was also unbearably hot and a crazy sensor/light in the bathroom kept our son (and them us) all night. Not sure if recommended staying here. .

L'hôtel ABC a maintenu des normes de nettoyage, mais la taille de la chambre était inférieure à celle prévue. La belle décoration compensait les limites. Adéquat pour ceux qui apprécient la propreté et l'esthésie, mais envisager des alternatives pour des hébergements plus spacieux et un emplacement central.

Nice location, ample parking, easy to find. Disappointing things were no wifi connectivity in the room no network signal either. The leisure facilities were not looked after as jacuzzi was out of order without a mention on website, steam room was not operational one day out of the two days stay. Not enough lights in the room. Double bed was bit too small. Both The reception guys were excellent very polite and helpful.
