La salle de bain n'a pas été nettoyée correctement et n'avait ni rouleau ni serviettes. La télévision n'a pas fonctionné sur le wifi ou les chaînes de télévision normales. Il semble qu'il y ait eu une fuite et des morceaux de béton ont été laissés sous le bord de la fenêtre. Les plus beaux sont la vue sur la mer et la vue sur la tour de la chambre et la puissance dans la douche était grande. Le parking est bon pour 7 livres et vous pourrez parquer jusqu'à minuit le jour de la sortie. La chambre était en général datée et en besoin d'un ascenseur, mais elle était ok pour une base pour 1 nuit.

Nice service, there is a lot of facilities but I'm going to Blackpool for competition so I have no time to enjoy it. It is quite suitable for family trip. And the tram stop just the walking distance from the hotel it is convenient.

L'hôtel et l'entrée sont super, pas de plaintes là. J'ai été un ordinaire à un autre hôtel dans les 5 kilomètres de là, où les installations sont immaculées et les chambres sont toujours soigneusement propres. En marchant dans ma chambre (250), il était congelé. L'écran numérique a continué à éclaircir et à sortir, il se sentait comme si j'avais une ravage dans ma chambre. Avant le lit, j'ai fait une douche et je suis allé faire des mousses mouillées autour de vous. Je suis allé les éliminer et je peux vous dire maintenant, ils ne sont pas des soupes de soap. C'est absolument détestable. L'occupant précédent manquait clairement d'hygiène de base, et bien que cela ne devait pas être attendu, les nettoyeurs ont vraiment besoin d'un œil plus attentif pour les détails. Ce genre de chose ne devrait jamais être manqué. Photos jointes pour référence.

First time using Holiday Inn Good things are Spacious room with great standard Comfortable and clean bed & pillows , and towels ( a big and a small for one person each ) Has kettle and tea/ coffee with treats ( biscuits) Has a hair dryer and an iron with an iron board inside the wardrobe. It has a round table and a sofa chair on top of a worktop table and chair . It has a small gym , a swimming pool and jacuzzi . Can include breakfast and dinner ( has restaurant) and can order to the room ( room service) I only brought bed and breakfast and breakfast is great choices and plenty. Even for gluten free options! Bad things Hotel lift has broken and put me on 3rd floor but I can request the staff to give me on the ground floor ( said last room / no other choice) twin room . It is better to write the request that in the event of lifts are not working to give ground floor or lower floor. Kettle has no sieve ( may be broken before me. ) The sofa chair has a stain before me . Overall very good service and great room and has good facilities.

We had two rooms booked. 1 room was with elederly parents! The room given was a fair walk and was quite far from the reception area with no assistance only verbal directions. It would've been nice to have had some assistance from staff. When we got to the room the sink plughole was blocked so I rang reception to get it fixed, didn't happen! Questioned reception duty staff and he lied and he said he had it fixed by maintenance when no one even came to look at it! This isn't the service we expected from ‘Mercure’ standard. Leaning over the bath to brush our teeth and everytime we needed to wash our hands after using the toilet we had to use the bathtub. Not sure I read anywhere but to use the swimming facilities the adults have to pay £10 fee. Other than that the hotel is near local shops/motorway as well.

Fab place lovely lodges outside them could do with little clean but suppose it's nature the inside clean an homey all's u need is provided aswel the balcony was amazing way lead onto lake it's self so my son could b up close to ducks without being in water there is watersports shop bar restaurant playarea in an out crazy golf walking around lake is nice and central to go out exploring Windermere 30min drive and had an amazing day there also little chippy 5 min drive on north road think was called was lovely food and ok priced to

Nous avons eu une belle 4 nuits à Thurnham Hall. La personne qui nous a inspectés le dimanche était très agréable et bienvenue. Nous avons marqué les terrains et ils étaient beaux et très bien regardés. Merci d'avoir offert un tel hôtel magnifique pour nous de rester et de passer du temps à visiter nos parents Lancashire.

Hotel staff, facilities, food, swimming pools and entertainment were brilliant. Everything was presented really nicely in the foyer/reception area. The bedroom and carpets were really tired, however, and need a revamp to match the quality hotel foyer. We found the mattresses uncomfortably soft and didn't sleep well, so assume these were old too. A really mixed experience, but on balance the positive outweighed the negatives. The staff could not have been more accommodating or helpful. Highly recommend getting tram passes on app. before you arrive as need proof of children's DOB from passport or birth certificate. The tram stop is really conveniently opposite the hotel. Excellent reliable service :-)

Le service de la chambre est très bien situé, et le service de la chambre est très bien situé. Malheureusement, comme ce n'était pas un voyage prévu, je n'ai pas eu de costume de nager avec moi pour utiliser leurs installations. Le parking est magnifique et proche de l'hôtel. L'hôtel entier sans lit et les lits comfiest que j'ai jamais dormi pendant le voyage. Le petit déjeuner, les charges de choix et bien que le style buffet soit très frais. Personnel très ami et rien de trop de problèmes. Super le bar a servi de nourriture fraîche jusqu'à la fin, puis j'ai été plus tard à la visite toutes les nuits. If I'm in the area I would gladly stay here again & happy recommend to other travelers 😊

We stayed over for a night - late check in and out. The staff were very attentive and accommodating. We have 2 children, a 4 years old and a 5 months old. We arrived quite late and so were the last table in the restaurant for dinner as well as the last to join the breakfast. However, the staff made sure we have all we needed and tried their best to help us. Impressive service and a pleasant stay. We will definitely come back to this hotel in the next visit to Lancaster.
