1. The hotel location is fine. Near the town and nearby cafe. Nice.
2. The room have USB C charging port. Good for my Apple Iphone 16 power up. The lighting control of the room is simple and easy to manage.
3. Breakfast: Good, Much Choices.
4. Staff service: On June 1, I requested the duty staff at the lobby at 7:30 AM to arrange for my room cleaning, including towel replacement. Unfortunately, upon my return at 10:00 PM, the room had not been cleaned. As it was very late, I chose not to call for staff assistance and cleaned the room myself. This is an area where the hotel can improve its service reliability.

The room itself was generally fine, and the heating worked perfectly. However, we experienced a significant issue with the bathroom: the water would not drain properly, leaving the floor flooded. We had to use a wiper to push the water toward the sink and drain (images attached), which was very inconvenient.
Another surprising and disappointing detail was that no towels or soap were provided. These are basic essentials in any hotel, and since we did not bring our own, we were charged extra for them. This felt completely unreasonable.
Finally, the location is far from ideal. The hotel is quite a distance from the town centre, and public transport is infrequent, making it difficult to get around. Would not recommend!!!

L'emplacement de l'hôtel est très bon sur un terrain de golf en banlieue, très proche de l'autoroute mais il faut conduire. Le seul reproche est que le petit déjeuner est vraiment mauvais et tout le reste est plutôt bon

Large and comfortable room, the only problem was the immense heat in the room! The bathroom and shower was perfect for a small family. The opportunity to try the breakfast was missed at service started too late.

Le bagage était presque éclaté quand il n'y avait pas d'élévateur. Le personnel a aidé à se déplacer quand il est parti. Les deux grandes bagages sont enfoncés ensemble, et il est réel. Le chauffage de la chambre est mauvais. Il faut changer de chaleur du ventilateur chaud rapidement.

La chambre est au toit, c'est un typique bâtiment britannique modifié, la vue est très limitée, et c'est OK, surtout le service du restaurant est excellent. Le matin, en raison du temps de presse, les dames du restaurant m'ont aidée à préparer des aliments provisoires, très bien, merci

For two nights we didn't have hot water. We rang reception an spoke to the duty manager - the second time...He told us it was because there was a coach load of people staying who had all taken a shower/bath at the same time on their return, and we would have to wait until it heated up again. That didn't allow for the lack of pressure - a trickle! In the end we gave up - no shower/bath. However, the duty manager assured us that the manager would find us the next morning.... this never happened, On the Saturday night the same thing happened. The excuse given by the receptionist for the manager not having found us that morning was there was a wedding and all managers were needed - they didn't start their shift until 11am. The duty manager couldn't speak to us as he was working at the wedding - Saturday night - but Leanne assured us that she had noted our complaint and that she had written up notes, and our inconvenience (now not having hot water for two nights of a three night stay) would be reflected in our invoice on checking out. This wasn't the point. The stay was supposed to be a relaxing, super special treat, not able to have a shower or a bath at night was NOT okay! She assured us that on the third night the 'tour' party and 'wedding party' would have left. So we would have hot water. Which we did.
On checking out the receptionist had no idea about our complaint, and therefore couldn't help us.
We are in the process of writing a compliant, and a review. The staff and hotel did not let you down - the management did!

On another point, the hotel is described as dog friendly. This might be the case. You can bring your dog for a fee of £25 a night, however, on check in we were told we had to eat in the bar area or outside. Luckily the weather was okay. However, we felt like second class citizens! Not only that but the bar area has no tables at which anyone could eat a meal - the tables are all low and only fit for snacks!

IInvitéWe could t fault the hotel. We stayed there on a night out in Leamington. The price was very reasonable. We didn’t expect much due to the cost but we were pleasantly surprised. Kettle tea/coffee in the room. Toiletries in the bathroom. Fluffy towels. Mattresses very old though. Springs had gone but can’t say we were too uncomfortable. Road not too noisy. It even included breakfast! Would definitely stay again.

JJulianL'hôtel est situé dans un beau milieu, confortable pour Rugby et le M1/M6. Nous avons été ensuite dans une suite dans les Stables, il était fatigué, que je savais des photos en ligne, mais notre salle de bain avait des cheveux dans la baignoire et a été clochée dans le trou. Le petit déjeuner était médiocre au mieux, beaucoup de nourriture chaude avait échappé avec personne ne gardant un oeil, nous devions demander que les articles soient sortis. Le personnel était 50/50 - certains très agréables mais certains désintéressés, l'un des récepteurs ne nous donna même pas les directions à notre chambre correctement suite. Si un peu d'argent était dépensé pour améliorer les chambres et construire, j'aurais été heureux de payer plus, c'est une honte réelle, le potentiel est immense!

IInvitéThis venue was stunning, a beautiful quiet location to catch your breath or walk into Stratford-upon-Avon to enjoy the architecture and see the history.
Wish we could have spent more time there, and we would certainly plan to return and explore further.
Very clean, tidy, and spacious accommodation.
Fittings within the room and in the hotel were excellent. Linen and towels were of superb quality.
The service was excellent throughout, and all the staff were extremely polite and helpful.

La communication du personnel était excellente - pas de parking sur place, mais une explication claire de l'endroit où le parking le plus proche était (très proche) et comment obtenir le meilleur prix. Il n'a pas utilisé la zone du bar, donc je ne peux pas commenter sur la nourriture ou la boisson, mais il était bienvenu et il y avait une agréable zone extérieure. Globalement, vraiment bon prix et il resterait certainement là encore.

IInvitéLove this beautiful hotel, perfect location opposite the Royal Shakespeare Theatre and easy walking distance from the centre of Stratford upon Avon. Very convenient location, large car park, very helpful staff. Special mention to Peter on Reception for warm welcome and helpfulness. Clean, comfortable with everything you need. Only need to be a bit wary of the varying levels, due to its history and location. Rooms are reached by several sets of stairs and there is no lift other than a platform lift from reception to restaurant (which is also street level).
