This was a one-night stay whilst travelling on business so I was really only looking for a clean room with a comfy bed with a decent breakfast in the morning. This hotel delivered well on all three counts. It is also very conveniently located for the M40 with a McDonald's right next door. I booked for a very reasonable price and much preferred it to some of the Premier Inns that I've stayed in recently.

1. The hotel location is fine. Near the town and nearby cafe. Nice. 2. The room have USB C charging port. Good for my Apple Iphone 16 power up. The lighting control of the room is simple and easy to manage. 3. Breakfast: Good, Much Choices. 4. Staff service: On June 1, I requested the duty staff at the lobby at 7:30 AM to arrange for my room cleaning, including towel replacement. Unfortunately, upon my return at 10:00 PM, the room had not been cleaned. As it was very late, I chose not to call for staff assistance and cleaned the room myself. This is an area where the hotel can improve its service reliability.

Nous avons réservé et mon fils et ma fille ont été améliorés, car ils avaient juste fini leurs examens. Il était occupé à la veille, il y avait une promenade sur et une autre fonction et le service était lent au restaurant. J'ai parlé à la supervision à la réception et nous avons expliqué les questions que nous avions et qu'elle ne pouvait pas être plus utile - nous avons été offerts des boissons et du déjeuner comme un excuse, ce qui était un grand geste.

1. L'hôtel se trouve à la périphérie d'une petite ville. Il est très proche des principales attractions à pied. Il dispose d'un grand parking et est très pratique. Les clients paient 10 livres pour 24 heures. 2. L'hôtel maintient les normes cohérentes et les services standardisés du Crowne Plaza. Cependant, comme il y a de nombreuses chambres à chaque étage, certaines chambres peuvent être éloignées.

La chambre est au toit, c'est un typique bâtiment britannique modifié, la vue est très limitée, et c'est OK, surtout le service du restaurant est excellent. Le matin, en raison du temps de presse, les dames du restaurant m'ont aidée à préparer des aliments provisoires, très bien, merci

Lovely hotel. Nice clean rooms, beds were comfortable. Parking availability was good. Perfect for an overnight stay.

In the countryside in Stratford in a beautiful timber beamed building. The room was dark but spacious. We had the family room with a double and two single. Breakfast was included. No menus but the waiter said any English breakfast combination which was great. I had two poached eggs. The only problem was a lack of communication regarding the usual route to find the hotel being closed due to road works. Navigating a one way system in an unfamiliar town with no email or call to let us know how we were to get to the hotel was extremely stressful and put us 1.5 hours behind the schedule to arrive. This could have been sorted if the hotel had contacted trip.com with the landline provided at booking and explained about road works so I could have been forwarned.

L'hôtel est très bien situé... avec dans le centre commercial. Service clientèle le plus gros. Ils nous ont même permis de vérifier tôt! La chambre était très grande et très confortable. Le petit déjeuner est très bon. Une valeur pour l'argent. Très recommandé. - Oui.

An outstanding hotel. It was our first time staying and most definitely will not be our last. We were so impressed with EVERYTHING from the moment we arrived. Thank you.
