Un beau hôtel dans un environnement calme. Le service de bar était un peu lent mais disponible la plupart des fois du jour. Le service de nourriture était ok. Le petit déjeuner était bon... une grande variété... bien que les fruits auraient pu être plus frais, (l'orange était brun). Le dîner à la nuit était ok. Le service de l'hôtel est très confortable et très confortable.
La chambre était confortable et de bonne taille. Cependant, les cortines de la fenêtre de la salle de bains ont besoin d'attention. Une cortine de douche avec des boucles de presse n'était pas appropriée pour la sécurité et la vie privée!
Nous resterions encore.

The double bed was a pathetic mattress. In this day and she comfortable beds are basic.
The lamp shade was broken in our lodge and the carpets need replaced. Room 501 living room
Has a strong bad doggy type smell. We couldn’t relax in the living room. It was either from the rugs or sofas.
These lodges are tired and need updated. The bathrooms are dingy. The bedrooms are dark with poor lighting. Not good!

This venue is really a hidden gem up to a point , the Chef and kitchen ( paticularly the Haddock and Poached Eggs at Breakfast which is Michelin Star level ) the spa and swimming pool are kept to a good standard of hygene , however there is a serious problem with service which is evident from the staff behind the bar ( Saturday 4th May to be specific ) where it was plainly evident for all of the guests seated in the lounge to witness the grief that was being given to the Restaurant Host and other waiting staff by the two individulas behind the bar who were making their life's a misery by poor attitude and unhelpfulness when rightfully they were chasing restaurant drink orders which were painfully slow on deliverance attributed totally to the ineptness of the bar staff . Its about time that Providence Hotels boss Mr Neil Hughes and Blantyre Capital and Fairtree Alternative Real Estate were made aware of this as it is not fair on the efforts made by the other staff who are being dragged down needlessly by the bar staffs under performance , ineptness and demeanour .

This is an amazing historic hotel, it's a beautiful castle on a huge lot. Parking is convenient, and the view is stunning. It's also right next to the Blair Athols distillery, so perfect place to stay if you're visiting the distillery and want to spend some time in the nearby area. The small town is also very accessible from this hotel.
The only issue is it's a very old hotel, so the facilities are not the best, and the renovation is very dated. The other thing is the service is not the best, the waitress doesn't really want to serve customers. Be ready for a little frustration due to that. Otherwise it's a great place to enjoy a weekend.

Very nice scenic, good for couples or family to relax, enjoy the nature and the sun. Restaurant’s food is in good quality. Good selection of drinks. Room was a bit old with old carpet and bed. Probably need renovation. Evaluator not working so we need to take the stairs with our luggage’s.

We enjoyed our stayed as a family but the service and food in the buffet style restaurant at night was very poor as food was cold and we were finished eating before we received our drinks. We eventually managed to speak to a manager about it. However, we have stayed before and ate in other restaurants and they were good. Upgrades to winter garden bar were nice but again service for drinks very slow. Overall a 6.5/10 stay.

Kenmore is a beautiful location and the area is a stunning area of natural beauty in Scotland. That said, having stayed at this resort before, I was disappointed with the cleanliness and maintenance of not only the lodges but the leisure centre. The lodge itself had peeling wall paper and chips around light switches and old frying pans, all things which are easily maintained and/or changed. The pool area is lovely but pool was cold and one of only two showers were out of order due to a cracked base in the ladies. This was a relatively cheap break but despite this I do feel the Kenmore club is looking a little shabby and in much need of an overhaul or at least some renovation to keep up with the neighbouring hotels and lodges which are more modern and well kept

LLamThis is an amazing historic hotel, it's a beautiful castle on a huge lot. Parking is convenient, and the view is stunning. It's also right next to the Blair Athols distillery, so perfect place to stay if you're visiting the distillery and want to spend some time in the nearby area. IInvitéNice hotel in a great location. With good sized and clean rooms. The bar meals in the evening can be busy and they weren't able to accomodate for one night. Also, breakfast starts quite late at 8 am, so can be very busy a hectic when it does begin. A 7 am breakfast start would ease that and be helpful for business travellers and walkers with an early start.
