It was an impressive and pleasant stay. The staff were very helpful and friendly. We had a family room, which was perfect for our trip, very spacious and with great view. The bed mattress is one of the best in all my experience. I had great sleep during the stay. The cleanliness of the room was ok. The location is very convenient if you are driving - 20 mins drive to the walking trails and 10 mons drive to centre of Sheffiled. David from the restaurant provided highly professional and helpful service for our breakfast. All in all, we would consider staying at this hotel again if we visit this area again.

We were surprised how nice the hotel is for the price we paid. I went with an old friend for a mid-week city break in Sheffield. The hotel is pretty close to theb train station and we walked there easily with our wheeled suitcases. The hotel staff were friendly and helpful The bathroom had a bath and a shower; the bedroom itself was a decent size. I don't think the electronic safe was working correctly, or maybe it was used error, not sure about that, lol. There was a fridge in the room which was great and unexpected; the wi-fi was also excellent. The staff were friendly, and we could get more coffee, tea and milk from reception. We didn't go to the gym or spa, we did go swimming and it's a lovely, big, well heated pool. There were also two steam rooms, a sauna, an ice room and a discovery shower (a hot or cold shower with four sprays and red and blue lights). There wasn't a machine to spin the swimwear in, but there were polythene bags for wet swimwear. A lovely touch in the gym reception was a coffee machine, where you could sit down and have a free cappucino or whatever your fancy is. We got the train to Meadowhall which took 5 mins and cost £2.90 return (with our senior rail cards). Some locals said the tram was even easier, but we found the train easy enough and very fast. I would recommend this hotel to anyone wanting a city break in Sheffield.

One day of work related visit. Very decent hotel in the heart of Sheffield with great amenities and good value for the price. Staff were very friendly and helpful, granted a complimentary late check-out with no fuss. Breakfast was really great, apart from not serving hot chocolate drink. Will definitely stay here again next time I visit Sheffield. Highly recommended

Great location in city centre. It has a Gym and a swimming pool which levels up the experience. Worth the stay. Lovely experience.

Nous avons séjourné en mars 2024 a eu une bonne expérience alors, mais cette visite du week-end dernier 11 mai 24 était très décevant nous avons trouvé la chambre sale avec des insectes qui se déroulent sous le lit, nous avons demandé de changer la chambre que nous avons fait mais nous avons trouvé le même problème que je a fait remarquer au récepteur de nuit, il est arrivé avec une 3e chambre propre heureusement à minuit, maintenant très fatigué nous avons bien dormi et parlé à la réception à l'expédition qui nous a offert un petit déjeuner complimentaire qui était joli mais ne vous fait pas vouloir revenir Si les chambres vous sont présentées si sales, veuillez voir des photos que j'ai écrites au gestionnaire de l'hôtel le 13 mai mais n'ont pas encore reçu de réponse.

Emplacement idéal et personnel agréable et attentionné. J'étais déçue car la chambre avait deux lits simples au lieu d'un lit double. J'ai demandé au personnel de changer la chambre, mais l'hôtel était complet. Mis à part cela, tout était parfait.
