Reasonable room rates, room clean , water hot in bath/shower-food was extremely tasty, and excellent value for money for both evening meal and breakfast. Weather was hot and only improvement would have been to keep complimentary water/juice in foyer topped up as no cool water or drinks available in room.

Nice hotel. Booked the superior king room. Nice room with some issues. The ceiling is quite low in the bathroom so when you’re standing in the bathtub, my head was quite close to the ceiling. I’m around 6 ft 2. The shower itself is quite good. There was a crack on the wall in the shower which needs to be fixed. Maybe installing a walk in shower would be better. The room was otherwise clean and spacious. They use two beds and stick it together to make one king size bed. Uncomfortable when sleeping as the beds tended to separate slightly when sleeping so you’re slightly sinking in the middle. They should have made this clearer. It would be much better if they have a proper king size bed. The view was really nice from the room. Breakfast was extra and it was very good. It’s a buffet style breakfast. Staff were friendly and accommodating. Although I did t use it, the spa facilities were included in the price which is nice. Lots of parking available and safe. The hotel close the gates at midnight but you can press the buzzer and they’ll let you in. The hotel itself is a listed building so no lifts, but you can probably ask for help if with bags. Hotel itself is beautiful. Would I visit again? Yes

I stayed at the Arden for the UK Games Expo. Despite being rather pricey, it's very convenient to get to the NEC and Resorts World (10-15 minute walk). The leisure centre staff seemed unprofessional, but the receptionist and restaurant/bar staff seemed nice and friendly enough. Room was nearly spotless, aside from behind the TV that were slightly dusty. Our room didn't have a TV remote but a quick call to reception fixed that, they were very responsive. It was a nice comfortable room. I will say the food for dinner is exceptional and highly recommend it!

I’ve been in this hotel for like 4-5 times, i would recommend, It’s quiet, comfy, the rooms are clean…however there’s been times where i asked to change rooms since the heating wasn’t working and cause one room had a slight broken window and this was during January…would’ve froze to death. There’s rooms with a large bed.. and other rooms have like the standard double size bed. I give this like 4/5.

On arrival we were asked to pay £10 for parking which seems odd. I could understand if you weren’t a guest, but if you’re staying I don’t understand why you have to pay. Reception was easy and hassle free. Room was as expected. Clean and comfortable. Had to ask for extra teabags, milk sugar as only a couple in the room. Slept well. No noise. Breakfast was excellent Lots of choice and not greasy.

The room and bathroom was really smartly styled to a high standard and very clean. Check in was late so did it one the express check in which was easy.. the only two things were that there was a lot of loud doors closing all night with guests coming and going for flights.. and other than the shuttle bus it is quite a trek to actually get to the airport

L'expérience était bonne, j'ai été quelques fois mais la chambre que nous étions n'était pas le meilleur le WiFi était faible, donc nous avons dû connecter à nos données téléphoniques et les curtains de douche étaient vraiment sales besoins de remplacement.

L'hôtel est situé dans le complexe de terrains universitaires - nous ne savons pas qu'il était la semaine de diplôme, donc ils étaient des centaines d'étudiants et leurs parents célébraient leurs réalisations il était un endroit merveilleux à voir. L'hôtel était une pierre jetée du centre-ville, il y avait beaucoup de choses à voir et à manger. Une excellente option

La location est excellente et est entourée d'arbres et loin des zones éclatées et bruyantes. Ils n'avaient pas l'idée que j'avais un enfant de 12 ans ajouté à ma réservation et n'avaient pas reçu les informations que j'avais besoin de 2 chambres adjacentes, mais ils ont réussi à le sortir. Il n'y avait pas de réfrigérateur dans la chambre malgré le fait qu'il y avait un pendant la réservation, mais je n'avais pas besoin de ça, donc je l'ai ignoré. La pire partie était le personnel de la piscine. Ils étaient rudes et irogènes. Globalement, ma famille et moi avons apprécié notre séjour et nous y rejoindrons si nous revisions Birmingham.

Same as other Village Hotel with good service and facilities, and great to have free carpark and swimming pool sauna on weekend
