I stay here once a year as it is not far from the NEC in Birmingham. The location of the hotel is perfect as so close to the motorway but feels like you are in countryside as so quiet and relaxing. It could probably do with a little TLC as the some of the furniture in my room was looking a little tired but still very clean. The staff are lovely and helpful with good service. I have been to this hotel many times over the years and only used the swimming pool once which is the only downside to this place. I would not use again as not the relaxing hotel experience I anticipated as was very busy. Priority appears to be given to the paying public over hotel residents and the changing room was disgusting with used towels piled high on the floor. Staff were stood around having a laugh with their mates and had to interrupt to ask where to get towels then had to ask another member of the public how to open the lockers. I would continue to use this hotel but wouldn’t risk the swimming pool again.

Mercure Birmingham west hotel is easy to locate, easy to check in, I and my husband loves the facilities, the pool, the gym, steam room and sauna, it was my first experience in the steaming room, the jacuzzi spa was amazing, the hotel is neat, I try to change my room but there were lot of guest, I was communicated to about it and it was clear, we love the services including the amazing breakfasts buffet 🥰🥰

I recently stayed at DoubleTree by Hilton Coventry and had a pleasant experience overall. The hotel was clean and well maintained, and the rooms were comfortable with good facilities. The staff were professional and helpful throughout the stay, making check in and general requests smooth and efficient. Overall, a reliable and comfortable option for a short stay.

Excellent stay at the Hyatt Regency Birmingham. The staff were warm, professional, and attentive, the room was spacious, spotless, and very comfortable, and the location was perfect for exploring the city. Breakfast was excellent with a great selection, and the facilities were well maintained. Outstanding service and hospitality throughout—we would gladly stay here again and highly recommend it.

We watched a Liverpool match while eating dinner. Brilliant! Breakfast was amaizing. The kids enjoyed the golf 💯

Where do I begin. The hotel itself is in a nice part of town surrounded by the Aston Uni. Hotel/Conference center shares its space with the Uni Law building, but in itself it’s actually quiet. The issues begin with the room itself. It’s a spacious, but there is no air conditioning… which is not great if you’re baking in this freak heatwave. The windows don’t open too far, and can’t be opened more than 2 inches “due to health and safety”. The cleanliness of the room was practically nonexistent, down to housekeeping flipping the sheets to hide a stain, shower gel marks on the shower from the previous guest wasn’t cleaned, a chocolate stain on a towel in the bathroom and lastly a crusty tissue covered with something I’d rather not touch, that was next to the spare pillows on the storage unit and the fact that our used spoons/cups in the room weren’t replaced with clean ones when housekeeping reset our room while we were out for the day. Dust in the room was also a serious problem, but again this could be due to the lack of good ventilation. These are a few issues which I wouldn’t consider to be common practice, since this is usually taken care of during daily housekeeping when staying more than one night, so I was disappointed with the lack of care taken. The front desk staff were friendly enough though.

Amazing Hotel. from start to finish. Underground carpark included in my room rate which included electrical car charging via pod point. Check on was straight forward. We was allocated level 4 room Patronas which had two double beds we had requested twin room so this was perfect. bathtub with rain shower over. Espa products which where nice. 60 inch TV in the lounge area with separate sofa. breakfast in the Sky lounge on 5th floor which was superb. full traditional buffet with the added bonus of Al a carte. hotel has a brilliant casino on the Saturday evening the had great live singers. Food in the casino was first class and the badmr was responsibly priced. Spa area had outside hot tub. pool saina steam room. all very clean and beautiful. onto of this the hitel is situated on resort world so lots to do from shopping in the outlet. peppa pig world for younger families. tutankhamen and Titanic experiences. The National Exhibition Centre. BP Pulce. music venue. outstanding service, location and service. I will be back.

Mon âge de 12 ans et moi-même, nous avons reçu la chambre 44 le lundi 30 mars, ce que nous n'avons pas réalisé, c'était juste au-dessus du restaurant. Même après avoir appelé la réception pour demander la musique Ed Sheeran qui pouvait être entendue très haut de la télévision dans notre chambre, ils l'ont tourné un peu, mais nous avons entendu la musique toute la nuit jusqu'à 11 heures et il a été réveillé à 6 heures : La chambre semble avoir une nulle ou une bonne qualité sonore, ce qui entraîne un sommeil très mauvais et un séjour sans sens. Les chambres sont très confortables et sont très confortables.

Idéalement situé en centre-ville, avec de nombreuses places de parking (nous avons réservé via yourparkingspace.com et y avons laissé notre voiture pendant toute la durée de notre séjour, depuis l'aéroport de Birmingham), cet hôtel offre un cadre de vie exceptionnel. Les chambres climatisées sont très spacieuses et impeccables. La salle de bain est charmante.
