I stay here once a year as it is not far from the NEC in Birmingham. The location of the hotel is perfect as so close to the motorway but feels like you are in countryside as so quiet and relaxing. It could probably do with a little TLC as the some of the furniture in my room was looking a little tired but still very clean. The staff are lovely and helpful with good service. I have been to this hotel many times over the years and only used the swimming pool once which is the only downside to this place. I would not use again as not the relaxing hotel experience I anticipated as was very busy. Priority appears to be given to the paying public over hotel residents and the changing room was disgusting with used towels piled high on the floor. Staff were stood around having a laugh with their mates and had to interrupt to ask where to get towels then had to ask another member of the public how to open the lockers. I would continue to use this hotel but wouldn’t risk the swimming pool again.

Mercure Birmingham west hotel is easy to locate, easy to check in, I and my husband loves the facilities, the pool, the gym, steam room and sauna, it was my first experience in the steaming room, the jacuzzi spa was amazing, the hotel is neat, I try to change my room but there were lot of guest, I was communicated to about it and it was clear, we love the services including the amazing breakfasts buffet 🥰🥰

I recently stayed at DoubleTree by Hilton Coventry and had a pleasant experience overall. The hotel was clean and well maintained, and the rooms were comfortable with good facilities. The staff were professional and helpful throughout the stay, making check in and general requests smooth and efficient. Overall, a reliable and comfortable option for a short stay.

Excellent stay at the Hyatt Regency Birmingham. The staff were warm, professional, and attentive, the room was spacious, spotless, and very comfortable, and the location was perfect for exploring the city. Breakfast was excellent with a great selection, and the facilities were well maintained. Outstanding service and hospitality throughout—we would gladly stay here again and highly recommend it.

We had a fantastic relaxing one night stay. The rooms were lovely and spacious. The food in the Scotts bar was amazing. And the staff were so friendly. We will definitely be back again. The use of the spa facilities and towels was an added bonus.

Très bon emplacement et services appréciables, notamment l’accès à une salle de sport et au sauna. Des distributeurs d’eau sont également disponibles à plusieurs endroits dans l’hôtel. Le petit-déjeuner, type English breakfast, est assez classique mais convenable. Dommage cependant que la piscine ait été fermée à mon arrivée. Chambre très petite et surtout très chaude en été, avec des fenêtres qui ne peuvent pas être ouvertes suffisamment pour bien aérer.

L'hôtel est très confortable et très confortable. Nous avons été attribués niveau 4 chambre Patronas qui avait deux lits doubles nous avions demandé une chambre double, donc cela était parfait. baignoire avec douche sur. La salle de bains est située à 60 mètres de la télévision dans la salle de bains avec canapé séparé. Le petit déjeuner dans le salle de bains du 5ème étage était superbe. Buffet traditionnel complet avec le bonus ajouté de Al a carte. L'hôtel dispose d'un casino brillant le samedi soir, les grands chanteurs en direct. La nourriture dans le casino était de première classe et le badmr a été prise en charge de manière responsable. La zone spa a été située à l'extérieur du tube chaud. piscine sana saine chambre à vapeur. tout très propre et beau. sur ceci l'hôtel est situé sur le monde de la resort ainsi beaucoup à faire de shopping dans la boutique. monde de porc peppa pour les jeunes familles. tutankhamen et Titanic expériences. Le Centre d'exposition nationale. BP Pulce. lieu de musique. service, location et service excellent. Je serai de retour.

Breakfast was fantastic. Room was lovely but I struggled with the stairs. I didn’t realise that there was no lift. They were able to change our room to the first floor but still to many stairs , the only let down were the bar prices. I requested a large whisky. Was offered JD. I advised not a true whisky, then offered an Irish whiskey, advised no but then offered black label not advised £8.25 per measure with the smallest bottle of coke £4.00 and 1 pint. And was over £28.00 I was mortified. Obviously, I didn’t have anything else from the bar. But was a lovely stay. 

À notre arrivée, on nous a demandé de payer 10 £ pour le parking, ce qui nous a paru étrange. Je comprendrais si nous n'étions pas clients de l'hôtel, mais pour les clients, je ne comprends pas pourquoi il faut payer. L'accueil s'est fait facilement et sans problème. La chambre était conforme à nos attentes : propre et confortable. Nous avons dû demander du thé, du lait et du sucre supplémentaires car nous n'étions que deux. Nous avons bien dormi, dans un calme absolu. Le petit-déjeuner était excellent : un large choix et pas gras du tout.
