I stay here once a year as it is not far from the NEC in Birmingham. The location of the hotel is perfect as so close to the motorway but feels like you are in countryside as so quiet and relaxing. It could probably do with a little TLC as the some of the furniture in my room was looking a little tired but still very clean. The staff are lovely and helpful with good service. I have been to this hotel many times over the years and only used the swimming pool once which is the only downside to this place. I would not use again as not the relaxing hotel experience I anticipated as was very busy. Priority appears to be given to the paying public over hotel residents and the changing room was disgusting with used towels piled high on the floor. Staff were stood around having a laugh with their mates and had to interrupt to ask where to get towels then had to ask another member of the public how to open the lockers. I would continue to use this hotel but wouldn’t risk the swimming pool again.

Mercure Birmingham west hotel is easy to locate, easy to check in, I and my husband loves the facilities, the pool, the gym, steam room and sauna, it was my first experience in the steaming room, the jacuzzi spa was amazing, the hotel is neat, I try to change my room but there were lot of guest, I was communicated to about it and it was clear, we love the services including the amazing breakfasts buffet 🥰🥰

En général, un bon hôtel mais quelques plaquettes étaient dans la piscine qui n'était pas agréable mais le personnel sortait de la façon directe.

This hotel was fabulous, definitely recommend the stay. Staff are friendly, rooms kept clean, lots of things to do if you do not want to travel outside the hotel. Would 100% recommend this hotel for anyone who is looking for the perfect break.

L'hôtel était si bon et propre, une bonne option spéciale pour les étudiants, car vous pouvez librement vous asseoir et étudier en dehors des salles de bas et l'extérieur était si bon les magasins étaient si proches comme 1000/1000

Amazing Hotel. from start to finish. Underground carpark included in my room rate which included electrical car charging via pod point. Check on was straight forward. We was allocated level 4 room Patronas which had two double beds we had requested twin room so this was perfect. bathtub with rain shower over. Espa products which where nice. 60 inch TV in the lounge area with separate sofa. breakfast in the Sky lounge on 5th floor which was superb. full traditional buffet with the added bonus of Al a carte. hotel has a brilliant casino on the Saturday evening the had great live singers. Food in the casino was first class and the badmr was responsibly priced. Spa area had outside hot tub. pool saina steam room. all very clean and beautiful. onto of this the hitel is situated on resort world so lots to do from shopping in the outlet. peppa pig world for younger families. tutankhamen and Titanic experiences. The National Exhibition Centre. BP Pulce. music venue. outstanding service, location and service. I will be back.

Mon âge de 12 ans et moi-même, nous avons reçu la chambre 44 le lundi 30 mars, ce que nous n'avons pas réalisé, c'était juste au-dessus du restaurant. Même après avoir appelé la réception pour demander la musique Ed Sheeran qui pouvait être entendue très haut de la télévision dans notre chambre, ils l'ont tourné un peu, mais nous avons entendu la musique toute la nuit jusqu'à 11 heures et il a été réveillé à 6 heures : La chambre semble avoir une nulle ou une bonne qualité sonore, ce qui entraîne un sommeil très mauvais et un séjour sans sens. Les chambres sont très confortables et sont très confortables.

À notre arrivée, on nous a demandé de payer 10 £ pour le parking, ce qui nous a paru étrange. Je comprendrais si nous n'étions pas clients de l'hôtel, mais pour les clients, je ne comprends pas pourquoi il faut payer. L'accueil s'est fait facilement et sans problème. La chambre était conforme à nos attentes : propre et confortable. Nous avons dû demander du thé, du lait et du sucre supplémentaires car nous n'étions que deux. Nous avons bien dormi, dans un calme absolu. Le petit-déjeuner était excellent : un large choix et pas gras du tout.

C'est un truc très intéressant. Merci beaucoup pour cette visite à Josh, Charlotte et Debs ( regardant fab Debs. Haven't se vu en âge) et à l'ensemble de l'équipe xxx Nous nous relaxons toujours dans le spa, puis profitons du salon et du dîner délicieux plus tard. C'est juste la meilleure, et surtout cette visite spéciale de anniversaire. Merci beaucoup à tous à l'hôtel. Vous avez fait mon anniversaire vraiment spécial xxxxxxxx
