IInvitéWe were given a beautiful room over looking the Circle of Life garden and the sea further on. See photo. Noise from jacuzzi below was bothersome in the morning and I had requested a quiet room, which it was apart from the engines bubbling below. Service in restaurant was incredibly slow for breakfast. Breakfast offering was good; not much pastry wise, but lots of fruits, gorgeous cheese, avocados even, good quality Oj. But the Coffee was sludge and undrinkable. Though the View over Galway bay is beyond compare. Room was comfortable though dated but very clean except at one point in the shower I looked down to see a chunk of long black hair stuck to my foot… 2000% not mine. That was pretty gross. It must have been sitting in the drain as I’d have noticed before getting in. Cockroaches in the shower are a more welcome site than that. Bathroom is modern and shower had good power. Bed was soft but comfortable. Staff throughout the hotel were friendly and helpful. Pool is small, sauna is great. Pool not too clean/ Two discarded plasters on the side. Location is unbeatable.

IInvitéL'hôtel est magnifique. Nous sommes mariés et nous avons dîné là-bas, ainsi que nous avons mis la famille là-bas pour la nuit. Le service, le personnel, la nourriture et les installations étaient excellentes. Je recommanderai certainement cet endroit à tout le monde.

AAndreiOBrienNice hotel, clean room with plenty of space. The breakfast had lots of options and was of decent quality, it would’ve been nice to have a smart TV so we could cast from our phones but it wasn’t a big deal. It’s slightly out of the city and the bus was unfortunately full a few times and past us so we had to get a taxi or walk to the city around 25 mins. I would come back

IInvitéWe stayed on the 5th of September. It's a beautiful hotel.
We enjoyed everything about this place except the unbearable heat in the room. It was impossible to sleep. There was a portable fan but it was very noisy.And even when it's on, it wasn't helpful. No air conditioner. We had a very poor sleep.
And no matter how much we enjoyed the gym, swimming pool, food, friendly staff and the atmosphere of the hotel, we would not stay here next time.

IInvitéÀ moins de 10 minutes en voiture du centre-ville de Galway, l'hôtel dispose de son propre parking. Le petit déjeuner buffet semble être à 12 euros par personne, petit déjeuner typiquement irlandais. La chambre twin est un lit simple + un lit double.

IInvitéHotel ligt prachtig aan de kust. Keuze uit twee restaurants. Het voelt wel allemaal wat gedateerd. Badkamer is erg klein. Kamer met terras was fijn. Voelde het als “executive” aan. Nee. Daarvoor was de kwaliteit van de kamer te matig. Niet geschikt voor mensen slecht ter been.

IInvitéArrived at hotel to ge informed that the pool was out 8f service for a few days, didn't get any prior notification and offered no discount. Bathroom had no amenities, this is rated a four star hotel and they price their rooms as a five star hotel, when it's really a three star at best. My advice...stay in Galway
