Hotel was quite nice. We had a superior room which was fine. Room keeping daily which was fine too. We booked included breakfast and diner. Food was fine but overpriced. Location is in construction area so expect some construction sound. Staff is very kind. Would recommend!

It was a lovely stay at this property. Our main purpose was to visit Neem Karoli Baba, and this property is conveniently located nearby. While Nainital faces a lot of traffic congestion, this place is slightly off the main Nainital road, making it an ideal and peaceful stay. Parking is a big issue in Nainital, but this place had ample parking space, so we faced no problems at all.
Upon arrival, we were offered a welcome drink, and the check-in process was seamless. The staff went out of their way to make us feel at home and ensure our comfort. The room was clean, and overall, we had a great stay. My family and I enjoyed a lot. Highly recommended for a peaceful and comfortable stay!

We had a wonderful stay at Jaypee Manor! The service was excellent and up to the mark. The evening tea and breakfast were both amazing. There are plenty of fun activities for kids, which our children truly enjoyed.
The view from the hotel rooftop is absolutely mesmerizing — it gives you such positive and relaxing vibes with a perfect chill atmosphere.
It was my wife’s birthday during our stay, and the team thoughtfully arranged a small complimentary room decoration ***** with a cake. It was such a lovely gesture and made our experience even more special.
Overall, we had a fantastic stay at Jaypee Manor and would highly recommend it to families looking for a relaxing trip.

Hotel was earlier sarovar, now it was bought by Gateway. So amenities and services are as per Sarovar only but the charges are of gateway.
Most of the hotel is under reservation at the moment so expected it could be better but as of now its average. Plus it is little in outskirts of dehradun in haridwar bypass.
But overall staff is good and food is good but ambiance and quality of rooms can be improved in 7-8K per night hotel.

Le personnel était très agréable, la chambre était spacieuse, propre, un lit très confortable, une douche chaude, des touches belles dans la chambre, les espaces communaux étaient bien entretenus et magnifiques. Ils ont un spa sur le site que je n'ai pas utilisé mais mon ami a dit qu'il était excellent. L'emplacement l'a légèrement laissé tomber, étant sur le bord de Tapovan, mais il n'y a que 10 minutes à pied où il n'y avait aucun problème et l'hôtel était vraiment utile pour vous aider à se rendre. Je recommanderais certainement et restez ici encore. Merci YogVed 🙏🏼

Similarly, Mr. Shubam at the front desk extended a wonderfully warm welcome, setting a positive tone for my entire stay. IInvitéWe stayed at Spellmount Hotel during our family trip to Kausani, and it truly cast a spell on us. The panoramic views of the Trishul, Nanda Devi, and Panchachuli peaks from the room balcony were simply breathtaking, the kind of vista that makes you pause and just take it all in.
The rooms were clean, well-maintained, and comfortably warm for the hill station weather. What really stood out was the staff. Everyone was genuinely warm, attentive, and always willing to go the extra mile. They helped us with fantastic local recommendations that made us feel right at home. They also have interconnected rooms for families and that was a hit for my daughter.
The location is ideal, peaceful and away from the main road bustle, yet close enough to explore Kausani's tea gardens and viewpoints. Mornings here, with a cup of tea and that uninterrupted mountain panorama, are worth the entire trip.
We travelled as a multi-generational family including elderly parents and a young child, and the hotel made it comfortable for everyone. If you're looking for a serene Kumaon getaway with stunning views and heartfelt hospitality, Spellmount is an excellent choice.

RRaviprakash KarcherlaAfter 2 days of work visit to Kashipur, I decided to stay closer to Pantnagar airport only for the night and booked Radisson Blu in Rudrapur town.
And it was a pleasant surprise right from the time I entered the hotel lobby late afternoon. The modern hotel property is maintained extremely clean
and professional by the team. Right from the check in formalities handled by the front desk staff and guiding me to my room and the evening dinner at
the restaurant and finally to arranging a wonderful breakfast at 6.45 AM ( before the actual restaurant opening time of 7 AM) made me feel delighted to have
stayed at Radisson Rudrapur and with a plan to certainly stay here during my future visits.
Thanks to the entire staff and specially to the F&B manager Hapin Sahu for personally guiding through the dinner selection and ensuring my comfort.

IInvitéFrom the moment of arrival, check in at Hyatt Regency Dehradhun and services rendered by staff of housekeeping, food & beverage and front desk, everyone was so so eager to help. Not once they made us feel they were overwhelmed by work given the fact there were so many guests staying at the Hotel. They had a big wedding group too as Hyatt was hosting a wedding at the same time. Well Done!!! IInvitéOverall hotel was good, the experience was more of an airbnb rather than hotel, definitely not value for money considering the cost associated. Also, the restaurant had amazing food but limited menu. Vicinity is poor, its difficult to walk to any nearby places, ganga ghat was very far away and not within hotel, which is a major disappointment, overall a good experience but won’t be interested to book the hotel again because of above said reasons.
