Similarly, Mr. Shubam at the front desk extended a wonderfully warm welcome, setting a positive tone for my entire stay. His friendly demeanor, quick efficiency, and genuine desire to assist made the check-in process seamless and pleasant. He truly made me feel right at home from the moment I stepped through the doors. I left feeling refreshed, rejuvenated, and already looking forward to my next visit.

We stayed at Spellmount Hotel during our family trip to Kausani, and it truly cast a spell on us. The panoramic views of the Trishul, Nanda Devi, and Panchachuli peaks from the room balcony were simply breathtaking, the kind of vista that makes you pause and just take it all in. The rooms were clean, well-maintained, and comfortably warm for the hill station weather. What really stood out was the staff. Everyone was genuinely warm, attentive, and always willing to go the extra mile. They helped us with fantastic local recommendations that made us feel right at home. They also have interconnected rooms for families and that was a hit for my daughter. The location is ideal, peaceful and away from the main road bustle, yet close enough to explore Kausani's tea gardens and viewpoints. Mornings here, with a cup of tea and that uninterrupted mountain panorama, are worth the entire trip. We travelled as a multi-generational family including elderly parents and a young child, and the hotel made it comfortable for everyone. If you're looking for a serene Kumaon getaway with stunning views and heartfelt hospitality, Spellmount is an excellent choice.

After 2 days of work visit to Kashipur, I decided to stay closer to Pantnagar airport only for the night and booked Radisson Blu in Rudrapur town. And it was a pleasant surprise right from the time I entered the hotel lobby late afternoon. The modern hotel property is maintained extremely clean and professional by the team. Right from the check in formalities handled by the front desk staff and guiding me to my room and the evening dinner at the restaurant and finally to arranging a wonderful breakfast at 6.45 AM ( before the actual restaurant opening time of 7 AM) made me feel delighted to have stayed at Radisson Rudrapur and with a plan to certainly stay here during my future visits. Thanks to the entire staff and specially to the F&B manager Hapin Sahu for personally guiding through the dinner selection and ensuring my comfort.

We had a wonderful stay at Jaypee Manor! The service was excellent and up to the mark. The evening tea and breakfast were both amazing. There are plenty of fun activities for kids, which our children truly enjoyed. The view from the hotel rooftop is absolutely mesmerizing — it gives you such positive and relaxing vibes with a perfect chill atmosphere. It was my wife’s birthday during our stay, and the team thoughtfully arranged a small complimentary room decoration ***** with a cake. It was such a lovely gesture and made our experience even more special. Overall, we had a fantastic stay at Jaypee Manor and would highly recommend it to families looking for a relaxing trip.

Le personnel était très agréable, la chambre était spacieuse, propre, un lit très confortable, une douche chaude, des touches belles dans la chambre, les espaces communaux étaient bien entretenus et magnifiques. Ils ont un spa sur le site que je n'ai pas utilisé mais mon ami a dit qu'il était excellent. L'emplacement l'a légèrement laissé tomber, étant sur le bord de Tapovan, mais il n'y a que 10 minutes à pied où il n'y avait aucun problème et l'hôtel était vraiment utile pour vous aider à se rendre. One of the worst Hyatt regency I have stayed. The slow house keeping and inconsistent dining service is bad. Usually took 30-45 mins for bottled water to be delivered or after clean up, they don't put back bottled water until you asked, or the AC may not work or they will take away your bathrobes. All of that were part of the poor house keeping , certainly not up to Hyatt standard. Dining service is also not international and clean enough, I had stomachache after having their salad. Will not stay here again.

Visited this hotel in April 2025, kind of new property only 1 year old, so it was neat and clean. Pros - Neat and clean, one of the big property in Rishikesh, many rooms. CONS - 5 kms outside from city center, Breakfast service is terrible, also food taste is also not good at all, Hot milk kept at buffet was spoil and they changed post we pointed out. pricing is high as property doesn’t look like 4 star.

Nous avons vérifié plus tard après 11 h . Nous avions réservé une chambre avec lit supplémentaire . Mais il a fallu près d'une heure pour placer le lit . Nous étions morts fatigués après une longue route . À part ce incident, tout était bien et nous avons apprécié le petit déjeuner

The hotel is very good. We enjoyed our stay. The staff was very helpful and polite. The food at the restaurant was delicious, we were provided with an extra meal for each day for free. I would definitely recommend the hotel.

Overall hotel was good, the experience was more of an airbnb rather than hotel, definitely not value for money considering the cost associated. Also, the restaurant had amazing food but limited menu. Vicinity is poor, its difficult to walk to any nearby places, ganga ghat was very far away and not within hotel, which is a major disappointment, overall a good experience but won’t be interested to book the hotel again because of above said reasons.
