What a truly amazing stay a Masseria Della Piana! I can’t put into words what a special experience it was to stay at this beautiful Masseria!! Staff - the staff would go above and beyond for you, there was nothing they wouldn’t do for you. All incredibly friendly, warm and welcoming, with even the owner bringing us a traditional Puglian breakfast one morning! Every single staff member we interacted with was so kind and welcoming, special shout out to Seydou and Andre (we didn’t get everyone’s name, but I would be calling them out if we had!) and to all the cute doggos and kitties on site!! The grounds/rooms - a truly truly beautiful location. The main pool is a great size, the area in general is very peaceful and tranquil, makes for a perfect pool day! The rooms are quant and perfect for what we needed, more than enough space for three girls with lots of clothes, bags, shoes and make up! They were kept very clean by the staff, good aircon, refilled water in the fridge. Our room even had a private plunge pool which was very cute and perfect for a slow morning. Food - the breakfast selection is great, with homemade focaccia, croissants, cakes, as well as the usual things (bread, cereal etc). The Masseria also hosted a cooking class/dinner on our last night, almost all of the guests attended and we sat at a long table together, there was pizza, calzones and lots of wine! This was a very special experience and so glad we did it. If you want an intimate family run experience in the beautiful Italian countryside, this really is the place for you. I honestly cannot believe anyone would give this place anything but a 5, I would give it a 10 if I could! Thank you Masseria Della Piana for making our holiday so special ❤️

The hotel is good overall, clean spacious family room with lots of storage space and a balcony with clothes airer that’s handy for us to dry our swimsuits, good enough for family of 4. Bathroom and water pressure was alright but definitely need a little update. We were booked in for full board, food options was ok with fresh local produce, it could be better if the hotel can provide more varieties with meat, seafood and salad bar options. One and a half hour buffet meal time was a bit tight and rush when the restaurant gets busy specially for families with children. Food could run out pretty quickly and staff were keen to wrap up and stop replenishing at the last 20 mins. We have to praise the kids club massively as they cater for all ages with wide range of activities, very friendly and caring young group leaders full of positive energy, they encourage children to participate and make friends with each other, we can see they put lots of effort to keep kids entertained all day long. Our daughters had the best time at the resort and earned some great friendships from this stay. One last thing I would like to mention is, reception staff was quite cold and reluctant when we asked for late check out. We understand that every hotel are different with their policy, but it would be better if we were notified and made clear we need 48 hours notice if we would possibly request a late checkout upon arrival. J'ai passé un séjour vraiment agréable dans cet hôtel. À mon arrivée, j'ai bénéficié d'un surclassement gratuit en chambre supérieure : spacieuse, propre et dotée d'un lit extrêmement confortable. Le petit-déjeuner était un autre point fort : copieux et varié, avec des mets sucrés et salés, et le pasticciotto leccese, toujours présent, qui rendait le matin encore plus agréable. Le personnel était toujours aimable, attentionné et disponible pour répondre à tous nos besoins.

Hôtel exceptionnel ! Le personnel est charmant, attentionné et compétent. Nous avons rencontré des difficultés pour réserver le seul ferry reliant Bari à Dubrovnik, une mission impossible en raison de la forte demande. L'énergie et le temps que le personnel de la réception a consacrés à la résolution de ce problème ont été remarquables. Rosanna a même contacté tous ses amis agents de voyages pour que nous puissions conserver notre chambre deux nuits supplémentaires. Son collègue s'est également investi pour nous proposer plusieurs solutions. L'hôtel est élégant, impeccable et agencé de façon intelligente. Le parking privé est très facile d'accès pour seulement 10 € par jour. La salle de sport répondait à tous mes besoins et la piscine est un atout majeur dans ce quartier paisible de Bari. L'hôtel est à 10 € de taxi de la vieille ville. Boissons sans alcool gratuites dans le minibar de notre chambre et dans le hall. Du café gratuit en Italie ! Du jamais vu ! Le petit-déjeuner inclus dans le prix de la chambre est un buffet copieux et varié offrant de nombreuses options saines.

La piscine était correcte, mais les oiseaux n'arrêtaient pas d'y entrer et d'y boire, alors je suis parti pour éviter la grippe aviaire, ce qui aurait gâché mes vacances. Il faudrait absolument qu'ils éloignent les oiseaux de la piscine. Ils n'ont pas non plus de défroisseur ni de fer à repasser, donc vous devrez peut-être porter vos vêtements froissés ou payer pour qu'ils vous les rendent repassés le lendemain. La pression de l'eau des toilettes était faible, il fallait donc parfois tirer la chasse d'eau entre 3 et 5 fois pour éliminer tout le papier toilette et les excréments. L'hôtel est situé à environ 1 km du centre-ville et un peu plus loin de la gare de Leicester. Le petit-déjeuner était complet et proposait les produits habituels comme du jambon, du fromage, une machine à crêpes et des glaces pour 15 euros. C'est probablement un bon rapport qualité-prix, car un plat de pâtes coûte environ 10 à 13 euros à proximité et en plein centre-ville, taxes comprises. Je ne sais pas si j'y retournerais.

Reception bit unorganized, we were waiting for room more than 1 hour (check-in 5:00 pm, we called in advance around 4.15 pm if possible to check-in earlier, no problem, but than waiting more than 1 hour because they were cleaning the room). They had this calling service once room ready, for us they didn't have even papers ready (needed to search, so more time wasted), wifi was not stable at the room (lack of proper coverage for our part of the area of the resort), breakfast not bad, but seems to me like stuck in 1998 when it come to food choices. Room was clean, but bath could be renovated a bit, there was no minibar and there was cigarette left in the candle glass on the balcony, parking was good, location also good.

The location is right on the waters edge, with the perfect day beds to enjoy the ocean front. The room is very generous in size, although we had ongoing issues with the airconditioning and it may be an Aussie thing - but no iron and only the option to wait 24 hrs for “laundry” if you needed anything pressed as it’s deemed a “health issue” to have one in the room. (Not ideal when you’re living out of a suitcase.) The Hotel prides itself on ‘being green’, but it just felt like that was an excuse to cut corners on the what they offer. The bikes on offer - were more like they were picked up from a thrift shop - but worked for a morning to travel a little further around the corner. Be sure to enjoy the insane sunsets!

My stay at Masseria Tenuta Mosè was truly unforgettable. From the moment I arrived, I felt like I had stepped into an antique shop—in the best possible way. Breakfast was a real highlight—served à la carte, with delicious local options that made each morning a treat. The peaceful surroundings and beautiful gardens create a magical atmosphere that invites you to relax and soak in the history of the place. Splendido week end in una gran bella città che non conoscevo. Hotel praticamente nel piazzale antistante la stazione. Struttura che ha mantenuto gli standard classici ben curati. Hall spaziosissima e con vari ambienti con salottini con arredamenti classici. Stanza spaziosa con ambiente separato guardaroba e bagno ampio e ristrutturato. Colazione continentale ben assortita. La scelta è stata dettata dalla vicinanza con la stazione FS ma dovessi tornare a Lecce è qui che tornerei. Personale cordiale gentile e professionale. Qualità prezzo convenienza: eccellente. Definitely a highlight of our 2 week Puglia family (of 4) trip. Regret we only stayed there for 2 nights - could have been longer so after 11 days of road trip we could just stay there and chill. We had all our meals at the hotel which were excellent (be it poolside or the bar). Breakfast (buffet+a la carte) was beautiful with a wide range of choices. We also went Go-Karting nearby which was another wonderful experience for our children. The hotel was simply beautiful and elegant. Its private beach club was also a huge bonus!!!
