Hôtels avec piscine à Aqaba, Jordanie

L'hôtel était bien et bien entretenu (à l'exception de la salle de sport), et le personnel était très aimable et serviable. Si vous recherchez un hôtel avec piscine, vous trouverez de meilleures options à moins de 20 minutes à pied, car cet hôtel ne disposait que d'une petite piscine. La salle de sport était mal entretenue : les haltères traînaient partout et les équipements laissaient à désirer.

We had a very bad experience during check in. Despite explaining that we were very tired & hungry (as it's already almost 8 in the evening), and we just need to check in immediately & have dinner; the staff at the reception denied our confirmed & paid reservation at trip.com. The staff knew that we were very tired, and we even offered to guarantee reservation with our credit card (just so we get the room & can have dinner); but he insisted to keep us waiting until he can get the response from trip.com. After waiting for so long, he said that still no responses from trip.com and he just asked us to wait forever. I got really upset after a long argument with him; and i have to strongly argue with him to give us room & we paid with our credit card for a new reservation. WE NEED A ROOM! I showed him the amount I paid for the Seaview Room charged in USD. (I just realised the next day that he charged me the wrong amount instead of calculating it to USD amount with the correct convertion). So i was charged a wrong amount as I was too tired to check how much he charged me. After a long argument & waiting, he finally gave me the room key; and said sorry for the waiting. They said that they will upgrade the room as an apologies. Just when we were in the room, I found out that they DID NOT upgrade the room. That's exactly the room I booked at trip.com; just I had to pay again with my credit card with a much higher rate! I was to tired to argue with the staff, so I no longer care after calling them saying they didn't upgrade us! This staff didn't even try to change the room; after we said this is not an upgrade. We PAID for this room category at trip.com. Nobody apologies for these so many mistakes from the staffs or management. When we checked out, the manager asked me how was our stay? He was not even aware that WE HAD ISSUES that they denied our paid & confirmed booking! Trip.com finally settled this issue with the hotel, and the hotel returned our overpaid credit card charged. Trip.com apologies a few times, they made many efforts to call us a few times. But the hotel & the management acting as if nothing happened! Is this really how a 5 stars hotel service? Luxury what? They treated us like a homeless person begging for room! So UNACCEPTABLE! I have never experienced staying in a 5 stars hotel with such a BAD service like this! This is the worst in our history of travel! This place must keep their act together! Learn hospitality BETTER! Overall, we were very disappointed, & this place is far from Luxury Collection, it's a CHEAP collection!

Everything was good and ok except that when I arrived to the hotel around 10:00 pm no body was there I had to go next door to the pharmacy to ask if the reception was open or if I had to call someone to check in , the pharmacy employee had to go inside the hotels office to find someone after 15 minutes someone came in

Arrêté pour une nuit. Bon hôtel de plage. Les touristes sont peu nombreux, probablement en raison de la proximité d'Israël. Votre alcool ne peut pas être transporté, ils ont dans l'hôtel. Pour la comparaison - une bouteille de vin de la bouteille dans le magasin coût 12-15 dinar, dans l'hôtel - 60! Vous pouvez accepter, mais seulement si elles ont quelque chose. Oui, c'est bon. Le petit déjeuner est une bonne chose. Le dîner est sorti de la zone de l'hôtel.

كل شيء على مايرام ولكن واجهة مشكلة بعدم توفير المتطلبات مثلا تواصلت الصباح مع موظف الاستقبال وطلبت تنظيف الغرفة وتبديل الحذاء (تم التنظيف لكن لم يتم توفير الحذاء) في المساء طلبت توفير الحذاء واجاب الموظف ((حالا)) ولم يتم توفير طلبي

L'hôtel est magnifique et vaste, mais les piscines sont très petites et pas agréables, et la plage de la mer est très petite.

This hotel under major renovation, the room is outdated, not clean for sure, I checked in and I was super tired after 12 hours of flight all the sudden falling asleep right away when I wake up to use the bathroom I find out it’s full of urine and the shower full of see sand, I called the room service at 3 morning and I asked them to clean it especially I wasn’t able to use the bathroom, I had to clean it my self, since they ignored me, the breakfast was great has a lot  of different selection, over all I give it 4out of 10 I can’t believe it has the intercontinental franchise.

We had a wonderful stay at Hotel Alena in Aqaba. From the moment we arrived, the staff was incredibly kind and helpful. They allowed us to check in early and even upgraded us to a more spacious room, which was a lovely surprise! The hotel’s location is perfect—everything is within walking distance, including restaurants, shops, and the city’s main attractions. The cleanliness, comfort, and exceptional service made our stay truly enjoyable. We highly recommend this hotel and will definitely stay here again on our next visit to Aqaba!

La chambre était absolument magnifique et très moderne. On s’y sentait comme à la maison. J’ai fait des Hilton et des Kempinski le double du prix de Luxotel et pourtant j’ai plus aimé la chambre du Luxotel que les autres. Le personnel est toujours là pour répondre à vos envies et est à vos petits soins. Le prix du restaurant est raisonnable et la nourriture est d’une excellente qualité. Le seul point négatif que j’ai trouvé c’est le manque d’isolation de la porte de la chambre. Le vent y pénétrait, ainsi que le bruit des personnes dans le couloir.

Le Village du jardin de Bedouin est situé à environ 15 minutes de voiture de Aqaba, à proximité du Berenice Beach Club. Il n'y a que 150 mètres de la mer et de la plage. Dans le quartier proche, vous trouverez quelques autres Guesthouses avec restaurants, ainsi qu'un restaurant/un imbiss sur la plage. La plage elle-même dispose également d'écrans solaires gratuits. Le personnel est très aimable et l'atmosphère du Garden Village est très calme et relaxé. L'environnement offre de nombreux endroits sombres qui invitent à rester et à se détendre dans l'ombre, mais en partie, on pourrait laver ou nettoyer les poils des sièges de la bedouine. Il n'était pas sale, mais pas 100% propre. Le Village du jardin de Bedouin dispose d'une école de plongée avec un personnel agréable, amusant mais aussi compétent et de bons équipements. Les plongées ont été très relaxantes et néanmoins intéressantes, même pour les plongeurs expérimentés. Le petit déjeuner était malheureusement relativement simple : il y avait du pain de plâtre, des fromages frais (mais ils étaient longtemps dans le chauffage), une marmelade et une table avec le homard, œuf, les haricots, un peu de fruits et un peu de légumes. Il a fait saturé. Malheureusement, la carte de déjeuner et de soirée n'est pas aussi complète: il y a beaucoup de congélation (poisson, hamburger, calamari), quelques salades et quelques plats de poulets. On est saturé, pas mal goûté, mais pas particulièrement ”wow” - étant donné la situation différente, le choix des restaurants sur le terrain est limité. Les chambres étaient tout simplement équipées avec climatisation et réfrigérateur. Tout en général, un excellent logement pour fermer quelques jours dans un environnement calme.
