Hôtels avec piscine à Préfecture de Niigata, Japon

Nous avons passé un séjour exceptionnel au NASPA New Otani ! Cet hôtel est un excellent choix si vous visitez Yuzawa, surtout pour une escapade hivernale ! Le personnel était incroyablement chaleureux, accueillant et attentionné tout au long de notre séjour, nous faisant sentir comme chez nous, de notre arrivée à notre départ. Notre chambre était spacieuse, propre et confortable : parfaite pour se détendre après une journée de ski. L’emplacement est idéal pour les amateurs de sports d’hiver, avec un accès direct aux pistes et un service de navette pratique jusqu’à la gare d’Echigo-Yuzawa, ce qui a facilité nos déplacements même par temps de neige. L’onsen et les bains étaient relaxants et exactement ce dont nous avions besoin après une journée passée en plein air. Le petit-déjeuner et le dîner buffets étaient variés et délicieux, avec des options pour tous les goûts. Bien que l’hôtel soit un peu excentré, la navette gratuite nous a permis d’explorer facilement les environs. En résumé, ce fut un parfait mélange de confort, de commodité et d’un service exceptionnel : nous le recommandons vivement !

The hotel is atmosphere with a nice blend of the old and new. It is located not too far from Uonuma no Sato and have a complimentary shuttle service to and fro Hatago Isen opposite Echigo Yuzawa Station. The room is big and there is nice heated table area. The bathroom is nice but as with traditional lodgings such as this, it can be pretty cold especially at the bathroom area in winter. Dinner was served in a bento format at our room. I was a little disappointed that it is a not a proper sit-down meal at the main dining area instead. The bento includes two generously sized onigiri, appetizers, and four main items including a meat patty, grilled fish and braised wagyu. The onsen bath is also quite nice and loved the bath with the snowy landscaped garden. Service is generally good and there are snacks and drinks available at the lounge for guests. In the evening, there is also sake and umeshu available for guests.

The hotel itself was nice, but the staff at the ski resort was horrible, the rentals are also not well maintained. The boards are not waxed, which makes it difficult to work with as there are a lot of flat routes which are difficult to avoid (Pony and village road were the flattest slope Ive ever seen in my life, I had to unstrap and walk and the board just wouldn't move). Ski resort staff were unfriendly and the rental staff was the worst, there was a lady there that was cold and rude. The only reason why the rental shop is surviving is probably because the equipments are salomon branded and that there is no other option.  I would visit again but only because the routes are fun, Myoko long run was the best, but I would never want to rent from the shop again. The food was very very good. For breakfast, you could choose from western or Japanese buffet. Western buffet is highly recommended, the omelette was the best ive eaten in my life and there was a diy risotto which was great as well. For dinner, there were 4 options, either buffet, steak, Japanese or shabushabu. All requiring reservations which is tough if you are checking in the evening as some might not be available. Highly recommend the steak, the food was good and the staff were amazing. Japanese was the hardest to get a reservation for but the food was quite underwhelming. The room was clean and ski lockers are also provided but it's tiny and can barely fit 2 boards. But I wish that in the toilet in the common area, you can adjust the tap temperature as the water is freezing cold. Amenities wise, bottled water are provided daily, also, yukata was provided but you can only wear them to the onsen which was extremely troublesome as I had to change multiple times a day.  The hotel provides shuttle bus services to and fro jyoetsumyoko station which was easy to book. The bus drivers were also friendly and helped out with the luggage. In summary, for a 5 stars hotel, it didn't live up to expectations, ski resort and rental staffs were unwilling to help and unfriendly. Also, some of the staffs could not speak Japanese which is puzzling for a hotel in Japan. If not for the amazing snow and slopes I would never come back.

La gare est aussi à pied, mais je veux savoir si je peux marcher 😌 Le magasin de confort 🏪 est très pratique parce qu'il est au deuxième étage ✨ Cette fois, le riz 🍚 est une station de rhizome, mais vous pouvez manger la poudre de rivière 😊 La nouvelle ligne de séchage 🚄 est arrivée, essayez ✨ Même si vous mangez, ça ne vous regarde pas, n'est-ce pas? ✨ Allez tous ☺️ PHO' MINH Ressort : nouvelle entrée 1

快適に過ごさせていただくことができました！オーナーさんとは、我々の都合により朝早くの出発で 少ししかお話することができなかったのですが、とても優しく、次回もこの辺りにきた際は宿泊させて頂こうと思いました＾＾

La location peut être loin de la station Sakihana, mais ils offrent un transbordeur gratuit si vous en informez à l'avance. Le service était fabuleux. Le beau gestionnaire de la dame était chaud et super amical. Le reste du personnel était également efficace. Leur anglais est limité mais nous avons fini avec GoogleTranslate. . La nourriture était très délicieuse avec de nombreux cours et plats latéraux. L'accent pour nous est la chaude salle de bains de printemps. Le lieu était très propre et propre. Nous avons vraiment aimé notre temps là-bas. Oui, nous avons fortement recommandé à nos amis de visiter le lieu à l'avenir.

L'attitude du personnel est très bonne. Il y a un petit-déjeuner de matin, parce que mon père est trop chaud, ne s'est pas pressé à aller au restaurant avec des trucs. Le personnel est bien chaud, il a pris un petit-déjeuner plus que moi.

絕對推薦自駕人士，酒店在山上是偏遠了一點，但佔地好大好舒適，酒店自己有滑雪吊椅，網球場，哥爾夫球場，桌球等設施，房間大和乾淨，7樓大浴場好好泡，早上邊看戶外美景邊泡溫泉，絕對享受，每層樓電梯口都放上不同尺碼浴衣，方便客人更換合身尺寸，早餐和晚餐都是自助餐形式，款式味道算過得去啦，另房間內牙膚牙刷欠奉，好彩我們自備了

Un très bel hôtel avec des chambres spacieuses et un service impeccable. Nous avons eu la chance d'être assistés, à notre arrivée comme à notre départ, par un membre du personnel parlant cantonais. Le dîner et le petit-déjeuner étaient servis sous forme de buffet avec un large choix de plats. Les onsen (sources thermales) du bâtiment principal et de l'annexe étaient excellents, et le paysage automnal des montagnes environnantes était à couper le souffle.

ゲレンデ直結でスキー・スノーボード旅行に便利なリゾートホテルで、広々した和洋室や源泉温泉、大自然の景色が魅力的でした。温泉やビュッフェ形式の食事は満足度が高く、スタッフの対応も親切で快適に過ごせました。古い建物ながら清潔感があり、家族連れや初心者にも楽しめる雰囲気で、また訪れたいと思えるホテルでした
