L'hôtel est vraiment très agréable. Le personnel est très poli. Pour le prix, c'est parfait ; on y trouve tout le nécessaire, et même un centre commercial accessible à pied sans sortir de l'immeuble. Le personnel s'est montré très serviable et a répondu à toutes mes questions, en me fournissant un peigne et une balance pour mes valises. Ils ne se sont pas contentés de m'indiquer où les trouver ; ils me les ont apportés directement dans ma chambre et les ont ensuite récupérés. Seul bémol : au départ, il n'y avait qu'un seul shampoing et un seul lait corporel, malgré le fait que ce soit une chambre double. Après avoir fait ma demande à la réception, ils ont commencé à m'en fournir deux. Autre point négatif : les chambres sont un peu vieillottes, bien que très bien aménagées ; un petit rafraîchissement serait le bienvenu.

Stayed with them a few times for extended periods. On of my stays my leg bleeded from mosquito bite and they charged 50k for that. Cancelled all my bookings with this joke afterwards.

It is not quite easy to put a fair review for this hotel. At a very first glance, with the ongoing political unrest in Myanmar, the effort to reopen the hotel and rehire all the staff deserve a great compliment. Nonetheless, the shortfall in service and amenities should not be compromised with the situation and some area such as cleanliness should not fall short especially when the hotel priced themselves at the highest in the city. The management should really consider to focus on guests service and sincere hospitality and that they can have customers who are willing to pay at any price rather that worked any way possible to cut the cost and let the staff to deal with insufficient amenities and services.

Good old hotel with antique atmosphere and courteous service, I liked the room but got dissaponted that the bedsheets and towels are too old and not clean, and it has some more caveats. The hotel is situated inward corner from the main street and need to call taxi every time just to get out, which is annoying if you want to go around the nearby area. Inside the hotel building there's one convenient store but the front desk never mentioned that and couldn't find it on the day of arrival. The biggest problem is there are so many noisy and dangerous street dogs nearby the hotel and they are barking at every car going in and out from the hotel, and when you try to walk back to the hotel it is really a big threat as they swarm and try to bite you even in the daytime. Those dogs are seriously damaging the hotel access and make the guests uneasy.

C'est l'un des meilleurs hôtels que j'ai jamais séjourné. Il est connu sous le nom de Rosewood Yangon et est maintenant réapercé pendant 8 mois. Tout est excellent, très ami, patient et utile personnel, service extraordinaire. L'histoire de l'hôtel date de 1927, c'est donc absolument un bâtiment historique. La décoration est très exquise, le petit déjeuner est délicieux et il y a de nombreuses options. La location est également bonne et sûre, très proche de la place Sule Plaza, du poste général et de l'ambassade britannique. Sur la terrasse vous pouvez voir la vue sur la rivière. Je voudrais tout particulièrement exprimer ma gratitude à Vanessa et Swar, ils m'ont fourni beaucoup d'informations détaillées pour que je puisse en savoir plus sur cet hôtel, cette ville et ce pays. Entre-temps, le bureau de front Moo Thaw, Luca m'a montré l'hospitalité. La prochaine fois que je viens à Yangon, je envisagerais de choisir cet hôtel à nouveau, et je recommanderai également à mes amis. J'espère que vous pouvez maintenir ce niveau 😃

Bien que n'étant pas un hôtel de luxe, il offre le strict minimum que les Japonais jugent satisfaisant, notamment en termes de propreté, de service client et d'espace. Les chambres sont lumineuses et propres, et équipées d'un bureau et d'un coffre-fort. Aucune odeur désagréable n'y est perceptible. Le Wi-Fi est un peu lent et insuffisant pour regarder des vidéos en continu. L'insonorisation est moyenne, mais permet de rester audible même dans les chambres voisines. Le centre commercial Junction City est à moins de 15 minutes à pied ou à 5 minutes en voiture. Vous trouverez des boutiques à l'intérieur de l'hôtel et sur votre gauche en sortant.

Would stay again. Great location, close to area famous landmark by walking distance. Room need sound proof due to noise from street and near by park especially on morning. Also room key needed to be updated. Like old style bulk key chain back in the 80's . Great breakfast buffet and enjoy it. Staff are very attentive and helpful. Overall, very pleased with stay.

Lotte Hotel Yangon is an outstanding place to stay. The hotel is modern, clean, and very well maintained, with spacious rooms and beautiful views of Inya Lake. The staff are extremely professional, friendly, and always ready to help, which makes the stay even more comfortable. The facilities are excellent—especially the gym, swimming pool, and breakfast selection. The location is also convenient, peaceful, and safe. Overall, it offers great value for the quality and service provided. Highly recommended for both business and leisure stays in Yangon.

It's a really great hotel. We had a lake view room, and it was fantastic. The staff are really friendly and helpful. A special shout out to Alainmar in the restaurant - great coffees. The hotel is well presented and clean. The gym is pretty good. The breakfast is top notch. The only issue I had, and it's quite important for me, was the wifi was not very good.
