The room we had was good enough, but we stayed for 2 nights - on 2nd day, eventhough we had hang the ”make up room” signage on the door, they didn't do it, and when I returned to the room at night, they asked to housekeeping to do it, but they didn't, instead, they moved me to another room which was an upgrade, still, they wasted my time for almost 2 hours just for it, and only giving a room upgrade - i asked for late checkout, but they don't want to allow

I was a bit disappointed with the hotel. The deco was like in the 80s. The room is old & need upgrade badly. The stain on sofa & carpet. The damp smell. The room comes with microwave and fridge but both out of order! The whole hotel a bit run down. Such a waste. But as credit I would mention that the location is good. The frontlines were very helpful & friendly. However, I won’t choose this hotel on my next visit.

Friendly staffs, good location, beach is clean & easily accessible. Parking in front of hotel is limited and have to booked ahead based on availability but not a problem as they have buggy service

Le service est très bon. Le con air était froid ici. Le personnel de l'hôtel était ami et adresse à toutes les préoccupations/questions que vous demandez confidentiellement. Place stratégique. Juste à côté d'un centre et situé près de beaucoup d'attractions et d'autres centres.

This is probably my 5th or 6th time staying at The Waterfront Hoteland for good reason! It remains my favourite hotel in the city. The view from the room is simply magnificent, whether day or night, and always takes my breath away. I absolutely love the pool area it’s such a relaxing spot to unwind, especially with the scenic backdrop. Another major plus is the hotel’s direct connection to the mall, which makes shopping and dining super convenient without having to leave the building. The room is well-equipped with complete toiletries, which I really appreciate. Everything is kept clean and comfortable, making each stay feel like a mini escape. One small downside: the toilet floor tends to be quite slippery. Although a small toilet mat is provided, it doesn’t quite cover enough area to prevent slipping, so that’s something to be cautious about.

L'hôtel est idéalement situé et facile d'accès. Il faut environ dix minutes à pied pour rejoindre les attractions du bord de rivière, et les environs regorgent de restaurants et de boutiques. La piscine à débordement sur le toit offre une vue magnifique, la salle de sport est bien équipée et le petit-déjeuner buffet propose un large choix. La chambre est suffisamment spacieuse.

Very recommend this hotel... so nice. from the staff, room, and the facilities. i'm having a nice staycation. will repeat later.

I stayed at Tower A during my recent visit. Overall, the stay was satisfactory , but there are areas that require improvement. The room itself was comfortable and clean but the wall paint was peeling and should be maintained better. On the first day , there was no water supply for about an hour. While the maintenance team managed to resolved it, it was inconvenient and could have been handled more promptly. Asides from these issue, the service was polite, and the stay was generally fine, but attention to upkeep and facility reliability would make the experience much better.

J'adore ! C'est la 5ème fois que je retourne dans cet hôtel. J'avais initialement réservé Sheration mais j'ai annulé car j'ai quand même décidé de retourner au Hilton. Merci pour le superbe service comme toujours ! 😊

The hotel was under major renovation during my stay, so the first day check-in was at level 21. It was a bit confusing at first since my Grab driver dropped me at the side entrance, I had to go through the mall, carry my heavy luggage up one flight of stairs, and then take the lift to level 21. By the next day, the new main lobby was open, and I must say it looks very modern and welcoming! There was still a slight smell lingering and, strangely, quite a lot of flies around, but overall it’s a big improvement. The room itself felt a little old and dated. The corridor had a mild moldy smell, and while the room was generally clean, there was some dust in the corners. Hopefully, room renovations will follow soon. The real highlight of this hotel is the staff. Every single person I encountered was attentive, helpful, and easygoing, just like the wonderful local people I met in Kuching. With updated rooms to match their excellent service, this place would be perfect.
