Boa escolha, boa relação preço qualidade. Nada a apontar. O hotel já tem alguns anos mas é prático e confortável. Tem tudo o que é necessário e está suficientemente atualizado. Ex limpo e grande e quartos confortáveis. Não tomei o peq almoço porque saímos às 5h30 por isso não posso relatar, mas no geral, fiquei agradada e repetiria.

El hotel está en pleno centro de Horta,bajas por una calle y estás en el puerto.Es antiguo pero todo muy limpio y con unas vistas espectaculares. El desayuno es sencillo pero muy rico.LLevaros bañador y gorro ya que tiene gratuitos piscinas exterior e interior,sauna,jacuzzi y gimnasio.Los trabajadores te ayudan todo lo que pueden y hablan español muchos.Hay cerca aparcamiento gratuito

Très bel hôtel. La réception s'est arrangée pour obtenir ma chambre avant 15 heures. Le personnel était super serviable et très sympathique. Tout le monde parle anglais. Lit confortable. Les hamburgers au bar étaient délicieux et le petit déjeuner était super. Proche des commerces, supermarché, station-service et café, ce qui en fait un emplacement privilégié pour ma première fois à Ponta Delgada. Ce n'était qu'une escale mais j'aurais aimé rester plus longtemps.

Уютный, тихий отель. Очень отзывчивый персонал. От аэропорта 10 минут на такси. Есть бассейн, сауна, джакузи, можно погреться после прохладной зимней прогулки. Персонал помогает с организацией экскурсий, это очень здорово. Хотелось бы больше разнообразия на завтраке, но голодным не останешься. Спасибо за гостеприимство 🤗

Le service est bon, le personnel est enthousiaste, le petit déjeuner est également bon, l'hôtel est près du port, face à l'Atlantique, la position est excellente, au centre-ville, il est pratique de manger. La faiblesse est le prix de stationnement, 12 euros par nuit. L'hôtel a une voiture de service et une bonne attitude.

Perfect location on a beautiful island. Better get the room with a sea view and watch the boats come in. Good breakfast plenty of choice and wonderful fresh fruit. Staff all very pleasant and spread the happiness.
Excellent pool kept meticulously clean. Hot tub if rain comes and hot sauna. R3 Restaurant just across the road. Gentle stroll along the front into town and the marina.

The hotel has great facilities, especially the indoor swimming pool which is a huge bonus for children. From the hotel, it's about 10 minutes walk to the town centre where you can find many restaurants. The room furniture is slightly out of date but the hotel offers great breakfast, I have to say the coffee machine is the best.

NNodynessoThe check-in was the most problematic part. I hadn't received any instructions from the host (also not in spamfolder) how to unlock the entry gate to the property. It was already getting dark and the host was also not reachable by telephone. Monica from Trip customer service eventually managed to forward the necessary entry codes to me (many thanks for the assistance!).
++ The room was spacious and convenient, the bed was comfortable, the bathroom and toilet were clean and there were enough towels. For those who like to watch TV: a huge flatscreen with plenty of channels. The shared patio with a little swimming pool is very nice with beautiful sea view. The property is quietly situated at a 15 minute walk from the centre of Angra.
-- No written instructions (e.g. WiFi password) or general information (amenities) available. There are shared facilities in the property and the kitchen can be used for preparing meals (self catering). Although the reservation mentioned breakfast included, there was no fresh bread brought in. Not the end of the world but better not mention it as an option. Also unclear if items in refrigerator belong to other guests (self caterers) or are for general use so we didn't touch any. The host was not available by telephone for questions and also never responded to my initial calls on the day of check in. The room was in the basement and from time to time some smell from the sewer pipes lingers in the room.

IInvitéThe hotel is located in a comfortable position, close to the north cost in a small town, just 15/20 minutes drive from Ponta Delgada & the Airport.
To my surprise when we arrived there were two type of rooms, suites or bungalows, of course according to the price we paid we were assigned the suite.
What surprised me that during the booking process to photos we saw were not the suites, which led us to believe that was going to look different than it actually was.
The amenities were limited, there is no safe or fridge in the suites.
In the bathroom the paper holder was rusted because it has been positioned under the towel rack.
The breakfast included option was fine, but little limited and repetitive, fruits were fresh and good, as well as well various cheese and hams choices.
If you can get a cheap price for your stay is overall a good option, but bear in mind that there are some caveats.
I would suggest to the hotel to update their images on the platforms and separate clearly the type of rooms available in order to avoid unwanted surprises for the guests.

With only 9 rooms, the staff focuses on making every guest experience exceptional.
The location is great, central enough to explore the Island and come back too every day. While the view from, and upon exiting, your room will take your breath away every single time.
All of the accommodations are top notch, the bed was supremely comfortable and even the linens and towels had a plush feeling.
Breakfast options can be slightly redundant but the quality and freshness of the ingredients, along homemade jam and juice, as well as a flexibility to switch things up on the menu, more than make up for it.
We the hotel restaurant is excellent for dinner as well. So much so that we ended up defaulting to it more than once during our stay.
We also appreciated small details like the phone they provided upon check-in that followed us everywhere on the island for spur of the moment suggestions and reservations through the hotel!
All in all, highly recommended, my wife and I know we’ll be back!

IInvitéWe had a lovely stay at ANC. We spent 2 nights there after flying in from NYC. It was nice to have the pool, the terrace and be in walking distance to the beach (even though when we went there was too much seaweed to swim) most of the people at the front desk were very helpful. You can also walk to Caloura. These were all good things as we got acclimated from jet lag. Peaceful. One person in particular helped me with reservations and good details on our plans. The dinner was good and the breakfasts seem to be the usual fare, a good variety. We’d recommend staying here.

IT IS SMALL AND LOVELY AND EASY TO MANUEVER AROUND THE HOTEL OR TO WALK OR DRIVE TO THE CENTER AND WELL BEYOND THIS VERY CHARMING AND BEAUTIFUL GRACIOISA ISLAND. I FELT VERY AT HOME AT THE HOTEL. EVERYTHING WAS MANAGED VERY WELL BY THE ENTIRE STAFF. THE RESTAURANT SERVED A 3 COURSE DINNER THAT WAS BETTER THAN THE LOCAL RESTAURANTS AND COST LESS MONEY. I HOPE TO RETURN TO GRACIOSA TO THE CARAPACHO THERMAL BATHS AND THE HOTEL GRACIOSA INATEL THANK YOU, H.L. USA

PPBMLa location est dans le centre-ville. Vous pouvez marcher absolument au cœur de la ville. Le parking peut être une pesade. La rue sur laquelle se trouve l'hôtel est étroite et coulée. Nous avons eu une bande sur notre voiture le deuxième jour coz il y avait une construction sur le bâtiment qu'il était parqué devant. C'est très bizarre. Cependant, tout le reste est tout bien. Il y a un beau endroit de pizza à côté des portes que nous avons pensé être meilleur endroit pour avoir un repas que le restaurant sur la propriété.

Ana was so friendly and provided a video ahead of time with clear instructions on how to get into the unit as we were arriving later in the eve. She was very welcoming and also gave me info on what to see in our short stay on the island.
