Our stay at Hotel Europejski Wrocław was a mixed experience, with both positives and areas for improvement. Booking the hotel was a breeze, especially through Trip.com. The process was straightforward and hassle-free, which added to the convenience of our trip. The location is fantastic, offering easy access to the city centre and public transportation. One of the highlights of our stay was the mulled wine and winter tea served at the hotel café. They were absolutely delightful and perfect for the chilly winter weather! The room ambience was almost similar to Hotel Hetman in Warsaw—cozy and functional—but there were some issues. Every time we entered, the room smelled like wet carpet, which was unpleasant. Additionally, it lacked basic amenities such as an iron, ironing board, fridge, and slippers, which was disappointing. The room also wasn’t warm enough for winter, although the water heater and pressure were consistent, which was a relief. Unfortunately, the walls were quite thin, and we could hear our neighbours talking, which affected the overall comfort. Housekeeping did an excellent job of ensuring the room was tidy, though they strictly followed the “clean my room” tag system. On one occasion, even with the tag hung, our room wasn’t cleaned, but it was resolved the next day. The café staff were friendly and attentive, even though one staff member had limited English. Their effort to serve us to the best of their ability was commendable. Breakfast, however, was underwhelming, especially compared to our previous stays at Hotel Hetman in Warsaw and Hampton by Hilton Krakow Airport, which offered a more varied and higher-quality breakfast experience. Overall, while the hotel has its advantages, such as its location, easy booking process, and some friendly staff, the room conditions, breakfast, and service inconsistencies leave room for improvement. That said, don’t miss the mulled wine and winter tea if you stay here!

Points positifs : L’emplacement est idéal, juste à côté de la place du marché. Les chambres sont conformes aux photos, le buffet du petit-déjeuner est excellent et la chambre dispose d’une grande baignoire. Points négatifs : Nous avions réservé notamment pour le jacuzzi, mais il s’est avéré que l’hôtel ne proposait ni jacuzzi, ni spa, ni salle de sport en raison de travaux de rénovation. Personne ne nous en avait informés lors de la réservation ; nous l’avons appris seulement en nous renseignant à la réception. De plus, la chambre ne donne pas sur la rue ; elle donne sur la cour intérieure de l’hôtel.

J'ai réservé deux chambres de connexion. C'était très amusant. La chambre était très propre et bien entretenue. L'emplacement est très confortable. Très recommandé pour un séjour.

Mixed feelings and let me explain why. Everything is brand new and very well designed, studios look great, just like in photos, lighting is nice, materials used are good. From visual pov it's all perfect, but there are some things that are crucial for good hotel experience that are lacking here. First of all beds are soft, too soft for me, same I can say about pillows - they lack that premium feeling. Next issue? Water pressure under the shower is low and as it's all brand new, I guess that's on purpose and I don't like it. And one last thing that caught me off guard - even if you have breakfast included, there are ”extra options”, that are freshly made that you need to extra pay for on the spot. Tbh it's a first time I met with such solutions and I don't get it - if breakfast is included in my room rate, why I have to pay extra cash for some poached eggs? Car park has a pretty narrow entrance but spacious spots so plus for that.

I stayed here with a friend for one nights and was honestly surprised by how well-equipped the apartment was. We had a microwave, induction hob, cooking utensils, dishes, and even a proper sink and workspace—it’s the kind of setup you usually don’t get at this price range. The room was clean and bright, the bathroom was spotless, and yes—the air conditioning actually works! It was such a relief after spending a long hot day walking around the city. There was no hairdryer, which is something to note, but overall the comfort level was great. Location-wise, it’s a bit far from the city center—we decided to walk and it took us about 50 minutes on foot (yes, we’re a bit crazy). But it’s also reachable by public transport if you prefer not to go full-pilgrimage mode like we did. All in all, it’s a great spot for travelers who want a quiet, clean, and functional base for exploring Wrocław. Would definitely stay here again!

The room was nice, small but compact. TV was mainly Polish channels, but CNN and Euro News was available. Shower wasn't brilliant (poor head of pressure). Lack of facilities as you enter Lobby - save for a couple of seats in reception, the only other area was the bar which was open at restricted days/hours. Expected room to be cleaned daily, however, this has to be requested. Tea/Coffee very limited,basic - no coffee machine. Wardrobe had few hangers, but rest of room did have enough drawers and places to pop things on. Ordered Taxi at reception 'special taxi' @ 80 Zloty, only to find the Taxi driver wanted 130 Zloty at airport arrival. Clearly this was a bad mistake by the hotel and left us a little stressed, though in the end git charged 80 Zloty. I would put the overall experience as 3 to 3.1/2 rather than a 4*

Perfect location, all staff really welcoming and helpful. Room as described. Breakfast really good lots of variety and vegan food as well.We enjoyed our stay and would definitely return. Wroclaw is beautiful, definitely a must.

Mon séjour à Q Hotel Plus Wrocław a été défini par une excellente qualité et une précision considérable, où tous les détails semblaient guidés par le soin et le professionnalisme. Le personnel a entouré une véritable hospitalité, gracieuse, attentive et sans effort efficace, créant une atmosphère de facilité d'arrivée à départ. Les chambres sont modernes et refinées, offrent un confort sans excès, tandis que les chambres sont en pleine propreté et en ordre calme. Ses lieux à Wrocław ont frappé un équilibre rare entre l'accessibilité et la calme, permettant une connexion sans soudure au puls de la ville tout en préservant un sens de retrait. En général, l'expérience a été cohérente et élevée, laissant une impression de luxe sous-estimé enraciné dans le service, la propreté et la conception conçue.

The hotel is about a 10 min walk from Wroclaw train station, and also about a 10 minute walk to the old town square where the Christmas market was. Perfectly situated I must say. The room was well maintained, and I really appreciated the wall in the bathroom that was heated (warm towel and clothes after shower in winter = bliss). The staff were all very friendly and helpful, sharing with us the map of the attractions and also bringing to our attention all shops would be closed on Sundays l. We had the most enjoyable stay here.
