這家酒店給我留下了非常深刻的印象，整體體驗十分出色。首先，酒店的地理位置優越，周邊交通十分便利，無論是前往機場、火車站還是市區的主要景點，都十分便捷，出行毫無壓力。酒店周邊配套設施也很完善，附近有超市、餐廳、商場等，滿足了我們日常生活的各種需求。 進入酒店，首先映入眼簾的是寬敞明亮的大堂，裝修風格簡約而不失大氣，給人一種舒適、温馨的感覺。前台工作人員熱情周到，服務態度非常好，辦理入住手續時效率很高，還耐心地為我們介紹了酒店的各項設施和周邊的旅遊景點，讓我們感受到了賓至如歸的温暖。 房間寬敞明亮，佈局合理，床鋪柔軟舒適，讓人一覺睡到天亮。房間內的設施一應俱全，如空調、電視、冰箱、保險箱等，且都乾淨整潔，使用起來非常方便。衞生方面也做得非常到位，每天都有專人打掃，房間始終保持乾淨整潔，床單、被罩等用品也更換及時，讓人住得放心。 酒店的早餐種類豐富多樣，既有中式美食，如粥、包子、油條等，也有西式糕點、麪包、水果等，滿足了不同人的口味需求。餐廳環境優雅，服務人員態度熱情，為我們提供了良好的用餐體驗。 此外，酒店還提供了一些免費的增值服務，如免費停車、免費洗衣房等，這些都為我們提供了很大的便利。總之，這家酒店無論是從硬件設施還是軟件服務方面，都表現得非常出色，性價比也很高，我一定會再次選擇入住，並且會向身邊的朋友推薦。

L'hôtel était idéalement situé dans la vieille ville de Wrocław. Le personnel était très serviable, aimable et professionnel. Notre chambre était animée, mais donnait sur une boîte de nuit ouverte jusqu'à 6 h du matin. Lors de notre prochain séjour, nous demanderons une chambre avec vue sur la cour intérieure, car le bruit de la rue était important, surtout le week-end. Nous adorons les hôtels Wyndham et nous y retournerons sans hésiter à l'été 2026.

The location is perfect. And the breakfast is good. It would be better is the hotel can care about the details, for example, no sanitary bad was refilled and the body lotion provided is stuck and the lotion cannot come out from the bottle. Anyway, the hotel is recommended

Mixed feelings and let me explain why. Everything is brand new and very well designed, studios look great, just like in photos, lighting is nice, materials used are good. From visual pov it's all perfect, but there are some things that are crucial for good hotel experience that are lacking here. First of all beds are soft, too soft for me, same I can say about pillows - they lack that premium feeling. Next issue? Water pressure under the shower is low and as it's all brand new, I guess that's on purpose and I don't like it. And one last thing that caught me off guard - even if you have breakfast included, there are ”extra options”, that are freshly made that you need to extra pay for on the spot. Tbh it's a first time I met with such solutions and I don't get it - if breakfast is included in my room rate, why I have to pay extra cash for some poached eggs? Car park has a pretty narrow entrance but spacious spots so plus for that.

Apartament bardzo dobrze wyposażony. Aneks kuchenny zawierał wszystko co potrzebne do samodzielnego przyrządzania posiłków. Jedyny brak jaki mi przeszkadzały to brak suszarki w łazience. Poza tym wszystko wspaniale

Le service de l'hôtel est bon, la réception est enthousiaste et polie. Le service de la chambre est bien, c'est que les installations de la chambre sont un peu relaxées et le petit-déjeuner est également bien,

The room was nice, small but compact. TV was mainly Polish channels, but CNN and Euro News was available. Shower wasn't brilliant (poor head of pressure). Lack of facilities as you enter Lobby - save for a couple of seats in reception, the only other area was the bar which was open at restricted days/hours. Expected room to be cleaned daily, however, this has to be requested. Tea/Coffee very limited,basic - no coffee machine. Wardrobe had few hangers, but rest of room did have enough drawers and places to pop things on. Ordered Taxi at reception 'special taxi' @ 80 Zloty, only to find the Taxi driver wanted 130 Zloty at airport arrival. Clearly this was a bad mistake by the hotel and left us a little stressed, though in the end git charged 80 Zloty. I would put the overall experience as 3 to 3.1/2 rather than a 4*

Perfect location, all staff really welcoming and helpful. Room as described. Breakfast really good lots of variety and vegan food as well.We enjoyed our stay and would definitely return. Wroclaw is beautiful, definitely a must.

Das Hotel ist immer meine erste Wahl, wenn ich in Wrocław bin. Schönes Design, sehr sauber und super Frühstück. Mann kann das Centrum (Rynek)  gut zu Fuß erreichen oder mit der Straßenbahn, Haltestelle direkt vom Hotel. Parkhaus gegen Gebühr. Am Wochenende kostenlose öffentliche Parkplätze  ausreichend vorhanden.

I had a wonderful stay at Hotel Altus Wrocław. The hotel is exceptionally clean, and the design is absolutely beautiful — luxurious, elegant, and truly “wow” from the moment you walk in. The interior details are impressive and give a very high-end feeling. The staff were friendly, warm, and very helpful throughout my stay, which made the experience even more pleasant. All of the amenities feel premium and well-maintained. The room itself was fantastic — stylish, comfortable, and very well equipped. Another big advantage is the location. The hotel is conveniently located close to the train station, making it very easy to travel around the city. Highly recommended for anyone visiting Wrocław!
