Hôtels avec piscine à Maryland, États-Unis

L'hôtel est très bien situé, mais il est très bon de se rendre à l'intérieur de la ville. La chambre a tout ce qu'on avait besoin et a inclus 3 points de puissance sous les lampes de table. Tout le personnel et le service de la maison étaient amis, mais j'aurais souhaité que le bureau de front ait davantage de connaissances pour les voyageurs d'outre-mer. Il est également convenablement situé près d'une zone de shopping. Nous avons nos cartes eSIM voyageurs de la boutique AT&T à proximité.

L'hôtel est très clair, l'apparence n'est pas mauvaise, le siège est suffisant, le personnel a un sourire, il y a beaucoup de délicieux près, il y a Costco et le supermarché chinois, très pratique.

La chambre est propre, les installations sont vieilles, mais il est bon d'utiliser. L'eau chaude dans la chambre est un peu lente. Le restaurant a un petit déjeuner simple et peut être réglé temporairement pour le dîner du matin et du midi. Le personnel est très professionnel. Le personnel du restaurant est très enthousiaste.

It is amazing here the people are great the room is awesome. We were able to put our games up and everything it feels really home like here.

The hotel is an average 3 star one. Front desk gentleman was helpful and easy to work with giving that we check in at mid night hour. The hotel room is ok but lack of newer accommodations like USB chargers. Bathroom venting fan is not working so it’s very damp when taking a shower. The worst problem is the bathtub drainage. We had to take a shower in inches of standing water.

Took the wife out of state for our 10 year anniversary. She was so excited to be staying at an Aloft again as we have in the past! We got into the room, my Flowers were there, which was great. We adjusted the AC to our comfort likings and 4 hours later after being at the beach, the temperature in the room was 78. Called the front desk, they said there isn't anything they could do. Maintenance checked the panel and all is fine but our room was above the indoor pool. The pool room was found to be 80+ degrees but no one agreed to trying to lower the temperature of the pool room. Instead they suggested we open the balcony door and give us a box fan. The outdoor temps were in the upper 80s low 90s. There was a hint of a breeze but when the box fan was dropped off, we came back from dinner and it was tolerable with the door closed. No check up from management, the staff was quite short with our concerns and requests. Overall the stay was amazing but disappointing

Le motel était situé près du centre-ville, le service était amiable, la chambre était propre et bien décorée, la piscine était fermée.

J'ai fait une réservation pour une semaine, mais malheureusement j'avais un problème à l'aéroport et n'ai pas pu check-in le jour prévu. Les participants n'ont pas montré d'intérêt et m'ont attachée sans proposer de solution. En outre, pendant mon séjour à l'hôtel, le gestionnaire m'a instruit de canceller les réservations par l'application pour un remboursement et un rabais. L'hôtel est un hôtel de type 2. Donc, mon avertissement est de chercher un autre hôtel, parce que leur politique n'est pas honnête avec les invités.

The room was very nice. When I checked in I asked about parking. They said I could go around the corner and park, it is connected to the hotel, and it would cost $29 for the night. When I left the hotel and tried to get out of the parking lot, the cost is $69! I drove around to ask about this problem, the girl at the front desk had no idea. She took my email address and said the manager would contact me when he arrived. It has been 24 hours and I have not heard from the manager. Obviously I’m not very important to this hotel so I will never stay there again. They lied to me when I checked in and then never responded to my complaint. I would have booked a different hotel if I knew I was going to be charged $69 parking for one night! Stay somewhere else.
