The location was great! They are close to what you need (shopping, dining, and the water) in the Ozarks. The room was clean. It had a small refrigerator, a small coffee pot, and a safe. I wish it would of had a microwave.
We did take advantage of the pool and the free (weekend) breakfast!! The staff was very nice and helpful.

Ce Best Western est de style motel, situé dans un quartier hôtelier sûr à proximité des stations-service et de la restauration rapide. La chambre était propre, mais sentait la solution de nettoyage. L'air était un peu étouffant. Le lit King était agréable. Les oreillers étaient confortables, mais un peu petits. Petit déjeuner chaud inclus.

Les chambres sont spacieuses et très belles. Le service était bon. Je recommande cet endroit même si vous n'avez pas accès au casino. C'est une bonne valeur pour le prix.

We picked this place for price and location. We didn’t expect to wake up to a broken hose on the toilet and all of our clothes soaked. They did give us a plastic bag to put wet clothes in… but no offer of even a partial refund.

Le lieu est bon. Si vous voulez être au centre de Hannibal, Missouri... C'est une bonne option.
Il n'y avait certainement pas de nouvelle installation Une des deux machines à glace n'était pas en service... Mais il n'y avait pas de signe de dire cela. La disposition de l'installation met la piscine dans le tube chaud au milieu de l'immeuble, qui fait tout assez bruyant loud

NnambismeriFriendly and helpful front desk. Comfortable room on top floor. Large comfortable shared lounge and games area if wanted for a group. Convenient location to universities and train station or town amenities by car or walking. Unfortunately, there is no on-site parking, but you can get advice for where in the city to park.

IInvitéFinding and getting into the motel is fairly easy as it is on Hwy 76. The main lobby is very clean and welcoming as are the staff. I did note that they had a No vacancy sign taped to the door, so that let me know they were a popular spot on the strip. We got there a little early, and there wasnt a guarantee that our room would be ready but the lady was very nice and was able to get us in without an issue. Process was quick and easy and we were assigned room 1121, ground floor, furthest away from the main road, on the backside of the building. We parked, used the key easily (just tap and go), and walked in. The smell made it obvious to us that there had been a major flood or leak because it reeked of attempts to cover the smell of mold and mildew. We could see water damage everywhere and even the sheets on the bed were damp due to excessive moisture in the air. We have worked restoration from flooding and could distinctly smell something reminiscent of an ozone machine. The air unit was black and broken in pieces, but it still worked, for which we were grateful. The carpets were dirty and in a serious need to be cleaned although by the door had the worst of it. The silicone in the bathroom is seriously moldy and, at best, needs to be replaced and at worst scrubbed with a mildew cleaner like Lysol mold and mildew. The in room fridge had serious condensation on the inside so we figured that it had been giving them issues. It wasn't until the next morning that we noticed the patch job in the ceiling over by the door that it occurred to us that that is the bathroom of the floor above us and that there was a major leak that way. Overall, I have paid less for better rooms and if there had been an option, I would have asked for a different room. If not for the fact that we knew we would not be getting a refund, we probably would have left and went somewhere else. The staff were wonderful to interact with, but the room itself was not worth the visit. Its a flip coin or maybe a desperate act that will get us to book there again. Oh! Major gap in the door and the glass in the window to the room was cracked! Shower head was gross and growing stuff too.

IInvitéTwo of the main things I looked for when booking was a pool and free parking. The pool was indoors which was fine. Was surprised to see how small it was and was a big let down that it was so freezing we couldn’t enjoy it at all. So it was a let down that one of the main reasons I booked here we didn’t get to use the pool. This place does have newer furniture in its rooms but the floor throughout and the furniture it the lobby is just stained up and dingy. The signs on 1st floor for ice machine/vending are wrong. Asked a rude house keeper that was upset bc I guess I interrupted her cleaning. She had told me it was around the corner…. The out of order machine was on the other side of the building. I finally found me an ice machine on next floor. The people at the front desk are very nice and courteous. Really nice. But wish they had explained more on their parking so that I didn’t end up with a ticket each day I was there. So they have no free parking lots at the moment. You either have to park in their drop off zone are a section of street parking on the side. The other lots available you have to pay per day. Due to this I found a spot on the side (side street parking as they suggested) and I didn’t move my car. I kept it there the entire time and walked everywhere I needed to go. Well when I went to leave I had parking tickets racked up for several days. I went in and asked them if that was there parking as told previously and they said yes. I told them about the tickets and they said it was managed by the city and u have to back in or get a ticket. That would be nice to know when you offer that as a parking suggestion. I go out to lot to see if there was a sign. There was a sign many spots down that in the direction I was coming from wouldn’t have seen. I also looked all almost every vehicle was parked wrong way so obviously they weren’t told or didn’t see sign either. I started warning those I could. $30 a day ticket city it making a lot of money of that small parking section from out of towners etc that don’t know ST Louis parking laws …. The hotel won’t warn u of this and they know. Besides these couple things everything else was good.

IInvitéDisappointing Stay – Would Strongly Advise Against Booking
I traveled to Festus for a car show and needed a budget-friendly hotel near local amenities. While this property met that basic requirement, nearly every other aspect of my stay was a disappointment—and at times, unacceptable.
To start, the hotel was unbearably hot inside. There was no functioning indoor air conditioning, and the common areas remained well above 80 degrees throughout my stay. Check-in was quick, but the front desk staff seemed unfamiliar with the facility—unable to even direct me to the pool, which I never located due to the complete lack of signage.
The complimentary breakfast was, frankly, insulting. The food options were minimal and unappetizing—particularly the English muffins, which were so hard they could double as hockey pucks. The oppressive heat made it nearly impossible to sit and eat in the dining area anyway.
My room, while clean, was far from comfortable. The mattress was extremely hard—comparable to sleeping on bare concrete—and the cramped toilet and shower area offered no room to move. Several cockroaches were spotted both in my room and in common areas, raising serious concerns about cleanliness and maintenance.
While I understand the hotel is currently under construction and the staff I interacted with were courteous, that alone cannot excuse the overall experience. The current conditions are simply not acceptable for paying guests.
I had high hopes for this location but left deeply disappointed. Unless you have absolutely no other options within your budget, or until after renovations are fully completed (well beyond 2025), I strongly advise against staying here. I will not be returning.

IInvitéNous avons aimé cet endroit !! À part le fait que c'était juste un endroit cool pour rester de la photo, c'était vraiment un endroit cool pour rester. Mes 10 et 14 ans, mon mari et moi avons séjourné pour cette visite. Les hommes ne sont pas si cool, il n'a pas vraiment aimé lol ; mais moi et mes deux filles aiment vraiment rider dans l'ascenseur. Le réveil est activé avec la clé de votre chambre, et vous ne pouvez pas aller au sol que dans votre chambre, le niveau inférieur avec la piscine et le dîner et le niveau principal (entrée), donc pas de plaisir à la pointe du lol. La chambre était propre et spacieuse. Elle ne sentait pas. Les lits semblaient propres ainsi que la salle de bain. Nous AMOUVions la fonction atrium, nous montons à 6h pour nager tout en étant en mesure de regarder le soleil et les nuages étaient si amusants. Les chambres sont très confortables et sont très confortables.
Il y a des places gratuites, mais il y a très peu de places.
L'eau a l'air très nuageux ... Cela m'a fait sentir un peu bizarre, mais nous avons eu en tout cas un blast. Le sol de la piscine est très ...scratchy et facile à se couper sur. Ma fille s'est échappée à son cou sur elle et quand elle est sortie, elle a commencé à saigner un peu. Ils doivent refiner le plancher de la piscine pour sûr. Cependant, la piscine a été chauffée et nous l'apprécions.

RReedPC'est la 3e ou 4e fois que nous sommes restés ici (je dis 3, femme dit 4 😂) et cette fois, c'est certainement notre moins favori.
J'ai réservé le même style de chambre (1 King + Sofa Bed) chaque fois, et nous avons que ... But DANG was it small! There was literally 6-8 inches of walking room. The bathroom was too spacious and the room could have used some of that.
Le petit déjeuner était aussi gros. Auparavant, il y avait des fabricants de waffles, des farines d'orange et d'autres grandes options chaudes. Ce séjour avait des œufs 👍 et fromage rasé 👍. Alors que je donne des suggestions pour inclure un ”sausage sans viande”, le sausage standard de porc a été mal écrit. La sélection de waffles a été mal gérée. Ils ont offert un ”waffle avec sucre de perle”, ce qui est bien bc nous avons eu ceux ailleurs. Les waffles dans leurs poches de service, le employé était là pour les ouvrir et les mettre dans le conteneur de service. 1) C'est inutile de toucher par les employés et les boucles qui ne savent pas quelles sont les langues. 2) Si vous le gardez dans son emballage, ils ne sècheront pas.
Le bureau de la maison, le service de la maison, etc., sont toutes merveilleux.

IInvitéLa chambre est propre et propre, c'est-à-dire que les trois jours de séjour ne sont pas venus nettoyer et compléter le coffre-fort. Il n'y a pratiquement pas de révélation pendant le séjour, personne n'a toujours pas été ajouté. Le téléphone à la réception, dit que personne n'a nettoyé le week-end, attendre le travail le lundi, mais personne n'est venue lundi à partir. Je ne sais pas ce que c'est. Peut-être devoir appeler un autre appel? J'ai entendu dire que je devais donner des petites frais, et que l'expérience pouvait être complétée. Tout le reste est très bon et très satisfait. En particulier, les jours suivants n'ont plus été habités. Après avoir demandé à Trip.com un petit assistant, il est bientôt prêt. C'est très pratique. Je vous félicite de Trip.com. La prochaine fois, il faut encore Trip.com.

IInvitéLocation in proximity to city attractions is amazing 5/5. Location in terms of safety is 2/5. There isn’t a covered secured lot for your car and I was approached by many people asking me for money while taking a walk around the building. Service is hit or miss. When I arrived, and attempted to open my car door, I was accosted by the valet who yelled at me and asked me what I was TRYING to do. I told him I was checking in to the hotel. And he was aggressively unpleasant, seemingly angry that I had arrived. Conversely, the valet attendant the next day was polite and wonderful. The front desk was nice but did not review any of the amenities nor offer any information about the hotel, which is a shame. Nice but inattentive and uninterested. The service at both Idol Wolf and Good Press were 5/5. The food at both were 5/5. The hotel itself is gorgeous. There’s art set in an old gym. The renovation is well done. Enjoyed it very much. The view from the room was also very nice. The room itself was standard with a few attention to detail things needing addressed. Such as broken handles and non working bathroom fixtures. Overall would recommend this hotel because it is unique. Big plus - they allow pets!!! Yes!

IInvitéLocation was fine. Room seemed standard level of clean. Toilet paper is ultra thin, and the soap and shampoo was very watered down, so I left the room feeling dirty. Sofa bed was so substandard that we wouldn't let our 12 year old sleep on it. The springs really dig into your back. Everything seemed clean, but felt so cheap that we felt cheap staying there. Coffee machine in the room was broken and it didn't seem worth the effort to complain about it. Ex-wife complained about the air conditioner next to the bed being too loud and coming on and off all night long that she had issues sleeping. Breakfast was solid, though. Waffle station was a hit, though the oatmeal, like the soap and shampoo, was very watery. Eggs and sausage were above average. No sliced bread, though they offered English muffins and bagels. Staff was very friendly. Best part about the stay was how amicable they all were. Makes me feel bad writing the rest of the review. Would probably avoid the hotel in the future if there were better options. It's passable, but doesn't live up to my standards and doesn't seem worth the price.
