I’ll start with the highlight of our stay: the ski rental team at Yabuloni Hotel. Since rentals are included in the stay, we spent a fair amount of time with them, and they are truly world-class. Led by a charming and compassionate boss, the team of four （photo attached) is incredibly professional and approachable. They don’t just hand you gear; they perform thorough safety checks, ensure a perfect fit, and offer genuine tips for the slopes. They made our trip seamless and safe. They will be the reason why we will come back and stay here Unfortunately, the hotel itself doesn't live up to that same standard. The hallways are dimly lit and poorly ventilated, a theme that continues into the rooms. The biggest issue was the bathroom, a persistent, foul sewage smell made us feel like we are using a public toilet that has not been cleaned for years. If this is 5 star standard, i'm afraid they have to do much much better. To top it off, the reception staff felt poorly trained. Despite having plenty of people behind the desk, no one could answer basic questions about local attractions, slope openings, or even help us arrange a driver for dinner around the area. For the price point, they should think of how they can justify their service other than having a world class and helpful ski rental management team.

Excellent stay at a truly unique historic hotel. Cleanliness, location, service, and amenities were all outstanding. The hotel is very well maintained, with beautiful European-style interiors and a calm, elegant atmosphere. The room was spacious, comfortable, and spotless. Staff were friendly, professional, and always willing to help. The location is convenient for sightseeing in Harbin, and breakfast was fresh and enjoyable. We received a gift a warm welcome upon our arriving and departure. Also they include you in WeChat group and if you have any questions or any requests they will provide and answer your question immediately. What makes this hotel special is its history, including the original 1903 elevator, which adds a memorable and authentic touch to the experience. Highly recommended and would definitely stay again. ❤️

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel and truly enjoyed the warm hospitality provided by the owners, a husband-and-wife team who were exceptionally friendly and welcoming. From the moment I arrived, they made me feel comfortable and well taken care of, which added a very personal touch to the experience. The hotel is well located, with major attractions just about a 15-minute drive away, making it convenient for sightseeing while still being away from the crowds. The rooms and common areas were clean and well maintained, reflecting the owners’ attention to detail. One pleasant surprise was the in-house meals. The food tasted excellent and was very reasonably priced, offering great value and convenience without needing to dine elsewhere. Overall, this is a clean, comfortable hotel with heartfelt hospitality and good food. I would gladly recommend it to travelers looking for a welcoming stay with easy access to nearby attractions.

I had a pleasant stay at Steigenberger Harbin Sunac Land. The hotel is modern, clean, and well-maintained, which is especially important when staying in Harbin during winter. The room was comfortable, warm, and spacious, with good heating that made coming back from the cold very enjoyable. The service was polite and professional, and check-in was smooth. Staff were helpful when approached, although English communication may be limited at times. Amenities were adequate and met expectations for a hotel of this standard. The location is convenient if you are visiting Sunac Land / Snow World, though it is a bit far from Harbin city centre and major attractions like Central Street. This hotel is best suited for travellers who plan to spend time around the Sunac area. Overall, it is a comfortable and reliable choice, especially for families or travellers visiting nearby attractions.

Nous avons séjourné à l'hôtel Dayang Junyi Central Courtyard lors de notre voyage à Harbin avec notre bébé de deux ans, et l'expérience globale a été très satisfaisante ! Nous avions demandé à l'avance une barrière de lit, et le personnel l'avait déjà installée à notre arrivée. Le service est très attentionné, les demandes sont traitées rapidement et le personnel est très gentil avec les enfants. On sent qu'ils se soucient vraiment des familles avec enfants. La propreté de la chambre est rassurante : toute la pièce est nettoyée en profondeur, la literie est propre et douce, la salle de bain est sèche et sans odeur, et il n'y a pas de poussière dans les coins. L'espace est spacieux, ce qui permet à notre bébé de courir librement. Le petit-déjeuner est varié et convient aussi bien aux adultes qu'aux enfants, avec des plats légers pour bébés et des spécialités locales, offrant un large choix. Le hall propose également des fruits et des thés gratuits, ce qui est très pratique pour faire une pause et se rafraîchir en revenant à l'hôtel. L'hôtel est situé dans un quartier calme mais central, avec une agréable cour intérieure, et la rue centrale est accessible à pied. Que ce soit pour la propreté, la restauration ou le service personnalisé, il n'y a rien à redire. C'est parfait pour les voyages avec des enfants. Je le recommande vivement pour les séjours en famille à Harbin, et je choisirais cet hôtel à nouveau la prochaine fois !

Le personnel de l'hôtel est très utile et amiable. Nous avons séjourné pendant la saison de pointe et nous avons une salle de complimentaire et petit déjeuner gratuit. La chambre d'hôtel est également propre et moderne.

Je viens de Taïwan et j'ai séjourné dans cet hôtel le 19 novembre. Je n'avais pas d'exigences particulières concernant la chambre ; elle avait tout ce dont j'avais besoin. Le personnel était très agréable et accueillant. J'avais oublié de mentionner ma sortie de ski prévue ce jour-là, mais ils nous ont quand même emmenés skier, et le prix était même inférieur à celui affiché sur l'application ! Super abordable ! Nous avons même commandé à manger à l'hôtel ce soir-là et avons dégusté des spécialités du Nord-Est. Le ragoût en cocotte était absolument délicieux ! En tant que Taïwanaise de passage, j'ai été profondément touchée par la chaleur des habitants du Nord-Est 👍 Amis, n'hésitez pas, foncez ! Excellent 👍 Je recommande vivement 👍

Booked this room for the convenience and affordability and it did not disappoint. If you’re looking to be well taken care off this is the place for you. The staff was very attentive and accommodative to our requests, they went the extra mile to ensure that we’re comfortable. I contacted the hotel staff via WeChat a few days before arrival to the place. They provide free transportation to all/most attractions in Yabuli and even free pick-up service from yabulixi train station. To save yourself the hassle, you can book the Ski attraction directly from them, 160 Yuan/pax. They will fetch you to and fro the attraction, settle the tickets and take the time to explain to you the processes. Trust me you wouldn’t want to end up lost in that place. We went for the horse sledge ride as well, 60 yuan/pax. Overall it was an amazing experience, very family friendly and I’d recommend it to everyone who is seeking for convenience, comfort and service.

Cet hôtel est également connu sous le nom de James Joyce Coffeetel. Il est situé à côté de la rue pédicure qui est très confortable. Il est un petit hôtel boutique où il y a un ascenseur disponible. La chambre est assez petite avec peu d'espace pour votre bagage. Il y a un petit balcon dans la chambre que j'ai séjournée. La chambre et le lin étaient très propres, bien que la madrague était un peu dur et la cuillère trop douce. Bien que ce soit un petit hôtel, les équipements fournis sont équivalents à un hôtel 5 étoiles.

L'hôtel est à l'autre côté du Templo de Heilongjiang. Vous pouvez voir le Templo de Heilongjiang qui est à l'est. Le Templo de transport de l'hôtel est à seulement 5 minutes à pied de la ville arctique. Lorsque vous voyez que nous sommes âgés, le serveur de l'hôtel nous aide à transporter nos bagages en haut et en bas. Le service du conducteur de transport du parc est bon. Lorsqu'il pleut, le véhicule est directement à côté du parking de la porte du parc. Le petit déjeuner de l'hôtel est très général, de telle sorte que le prix de la maison est infini sans café, lait et saveurs de sucre sont également très épais.
