Hôtels romantiques de Heilongjiang, Chine

J'ai amené mes enfants à Harbin pendant les vacances du 1er mai et j'ai choisi cet hôtel après avoir comparé à plusieurs reprises les hôtels près de Central Street. Ce que ma fille aime : les tentes dans la suite parent-enfant, les poupées, les livres de contes de fées, divers pianos, les machines intelligentes d'éducation précoce qui peuvent chanter, et le plus préféré est le déguisement de la reine. Elle a dit qu'elle voulait vivre ici pour toujours. Ce que j'aime : bon service, une tasse de thé kumquat à l'entrée, bagages envoyés dans la chambre, rafraîchissements et thé de l'après-midi gratuits, petit déjeuner copieux, bien que la pièce n'ait pas de lumière principale, elle est lumineuse et non éblouissante, il y a deux humidificateurs, la chambre est chaleureuse et confortable. Elle n'est pas sèche et elle est très proche du marché matinal de la rue Hongzhuan sur Central Street. Je choisirai à nouveau cet hôtel à l'avenir.

L'hôtel bénéficie d'un excellent emplacement, très proche du parc Zhaolin, de l'église Sophia et du marché alimentaire de Daoli, accessibles à pied. Ce n'est pas loin de prendre un taxi pour rejoindre d'autres attractions. Il y a des centres commerciaux, des supérettes, des restaurants et toutes sortes de magasins aux alentours, ce qui est très pratique. Les chambres sont décorées dans un style moderne, avec des fonctionnalités de refroidissement intelligentes haut de gamme. Elles sont équipées de rideaux électriques, d'humidificateurs, de purificateurs d'air, de sièges de toilettes intelligents et de sèche-cheveux Dyson. Il y a également une lumière nocturne à capteur installée sous la table de chevet, qui offre une luminosité appropriée la nuit. Lorsque vous vous levez la nuit, dès que vous étirez vos jambes, la veilleuse s'allume automatiquement, puis elle s'éteint automatiquement après vous être allongé dans le lit pendant un moment. J'aime beaucoup le design de la veilleuse. . Les fournitures de la chambre sont de bonne qualité et complètes, y compris les cure-fils dentaires et les bains de bouche qui sont vraiment bons. L'huile essentielle de lavande contenue dans les articles de toilette sent bon et soulage le stress. Parce que je n'étais pas habitué au climat sec, mes ongles se craquaient et saignaient. Lorsque j'ai demandé un pansement à la réception, la réception a été très prévenante et m'a donné de la crème pour les mains. Qu'il s'agisse d'installations matérielles ou de services, je peux ressentir le service attentionné de l'hôtel du point de vue des clients.

Pros:  Very helpful reception staff. Especially Yuyue and Jiaqi. It is not 100% certain that my spelling is correct since they do not speak English (along with the rest of the staff at this 5 star hotel in a city of more than 10 million people). Comfortable beds and decent pillows. Clean bathrooms. We had a free upgrade - see Cons! Cons: ”Non-smoking” room is a joke. The guests DO smoke everywhere. There are a lot of fabrics used in the rooms for the decoration, and smoke penetrates them to a great extent. In order to find a room with decent air quality, we had to change our rooms twice. See Pros! There was only a very limited selection of biscuits and fruits available for the advertised ”luxurious afternoon tea.”.

Overall, I would give this a 4 star hotel , with a good location And the room is super neat. There is a welcome wines & fruits. The hotel start on the 5th floor and above of a commercial building. Finding the name of the hotel sign is difficult unless you crane your neck 180 degrees to see it. It's not at the eye vision or door height, and if you are a foreigner, you may miss it 😝. There is only 1 elevator serving the hotel. My phone could not connect to the hotel's wifi though. The subway is about 100 meters away from the hotel, and it can be reached by walking for 5-10 minutes. For breakfast, I give it 90 points based on my taste/room facilities. I am very satisfied and it is worth recommending to everyone.

Overall this is one of the best hotels i have stayed in. Rich cultural history and uniqueness. I shall put the negative part first before I put the positives at the end. Cleanliness I marked down because someone before me put flowers into the bathtub and there were random roses petals coming out of the knob that controlled the drainage of the bath tub. There were stains on the bathtub too. Location I put 5 but actually I would rate it 4.5. The street that the hotel is on is extremely crowded and jam in the late mornings to night. It is highly likely that you will be dropped off near the entrance of the street and need to walk in if you cab. We decided to use public transport and walk in instead on the second time we came to the hotel. But early in the morning it was relatively empty and the cab could come in to pick us up. It is very near the walking streets / zhong yang jie. There was an event literally outside our hotel area. Got a chimney bread plus ice cream on the same street as the hotel but is diagonally on the opposite right. This booking is for a lower tired room. But when we went there we were offered discounted upgrades. Not free but at least it wasn't the price stated. We upgraded to the highest tier, a suite with dedicated sitting area and bathtub. Celebrated my birthday here. They prepared a cake. It was delicious 😋 Many costumes to try but most were too big. For reference i am 152cm 48kg. I managed to find a blue and white costume with a matching hat that was more fitting so I could wear it out of the hotel room to take photos in the reception area. The toilet staircase, the chairs in the reception, outside the elevator, a backyard and the restaurant are nice places for photo taking. The ancient elevator closes at 5pm. I am not sure when it opens. The restaurant had a promotion on dianping or douyin. Recommended for 4 people. But portions are typically huge and if only 2 people come likely to waste. We met another couple on our trip and we decided to share. Non hotel guests can eat in the restaurant too. Just before we left, we had a door gift too^^

非常滿意的一次入住，對爾濱印象也特別好，非常乾淨的城市，非常乾淨的酒店，前台小姐姐知道我是特殊人羣，直接二話不説給升級了房間，還含可兩份早餐，該説不説這房間給升級的實在是太讚了，八樓位置最好的房間了吧，一覽無餘，房間沒有任何味道，也很安靜，熱水洗澡也是超級給力，床墊睡着非常舒服，尤其是貼心的把被子換成了薄的，爾濱暖氣也挺好的，前一天晚上在別的酒店住熱的很，美居完美的解決了這個問題，直接換成薄被，太貼心了，推薦大家去住，以後有機會再去爾濱還會選擇這家酒店！！唯一的遺憾是沒有停車位，在酒店停了一晚加半上午，被勤勞盡職的爾濱交警貼可兩次條……😓還請自駕的小夥伴一定注意，吸取教訓

La chambre a un gris, ce n'est pas important, c'est que le service est extrêmement mauvais. Les deux merveilleux épices de la réception m'ont fait périr l'expérience de mon séjour. Le double matin est prévu, car il faut aller à l'hôpital pour faire un lampe à 8 heures du matin et ne peut pas manger. Alors, consultez le restaurant pour emballer deux pièces. Le restaurant vous demande de la réception, Les deux personnes de la réception ont reçu l'expression froide, et la parole de la parole est ”Non, pas de situations particulières, je peux pas les emballer comme vous, ça ne peut pas être géré, ça ne peut pas être géré.” Aucun service n'a été conscient, cette attitude de service est très réduite à l'image de l'hôtel.
