I’ll start with the highlight of our stay: the ski rental team at Yabuloni Hotel. Since rentals are included in the stay, we spent a fair amount of time with them, and they are truly world-class. Led by a charming and compassionate boss, the team of four （photo attached) is incredibly professional and approachable. They don’t just hand you gear; they perform thorough safety checks, ensure a perfect fit, and offer genuine tips for the slopes. They made our trip seamless and safe. They will be the reason why we will come back and stay here Unfortunately, the hotel itself doesn't live up to that same standard. The hallways are dimly lit and poorly ventilated, a theme that continues into the rooms. The biggest issue was the bathroom, a persistent, foul sewage smell made us feel like we are using a public toilet that has not been cleaned for years. If this is 5 star standard, i'm afraid they have to do much much better. To top it off, the reception staff felt poorly trained. Despite having plenty of people behind the desk, no one could answer basic questions about local attractions, slope openings, or even help us arrange a driver for dinner around the area. For the price point, they should think of how they can justify their service other than having a world class and helpful ski rental management team.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel and truly enjoyed the warm hospitality provided by the owners, a husband-and-wife team who were exceptionally friendly and welcoming. From the moment I arrived, they made me feel comfortable and well taken care of, which added a very personal touch to the experience. The hotel is well located, with major attractions just about a 15-minute drive away, making it convenient for sightseeing while still being away from the crowds. The rooms and common areas were clean and well maintained, reflecting the owners’ attention to detail. One pleasant surprise was the in-house meals. The food tasted excellent and was very reasonably priced, offering great value and convenience without needing to dine elsewhere. Overall, this is a clean, comfortable hotel with heartfelt hospitality and good food. I would gladly recommend it to travelers looking for a welcoming stay with easy access to nearby attractions.

I had a pleasant stay at Steigenberger Harbin Sunac Land. The hotel is modern, clean, and well-maintained, which is especially important when staying in Harbin during winter. The room was comfortable, warm, and spacious, with good heating that made coming back from the cold very enjoyable. The service was polite and professional, and check-in was smooth. Staff were helpful when approached, although English communication may be limited at times. Amenities were adequate and met expectations for a hotel of this standard. The location is convenient if you are visiting Sunac Land / Snow World, though it is a bit far from Harbin city centre and major attractions like Central Street. This hotel is best suited for travellers who plan to spend time around the Sunac area. Overall, it is a comfortable and reliable choice, especially for families or travellers visiting nearby attractions.

Cet hôtel bénéficie d'un emplacement exceptionnel. En sortant à droite, on arrive en 3 minutes à pied au cœur de Central Street. En sortant à gauche, puis encore à gauche, on trouve l'entrée 1 de la ligne 2 du métro après deux carrefours, ce qui est très pratique pour se rendre à Harbin Ice and Snow World, Sun Island, la gare d'Harbin, etc. Il y a de nombreux restaurants autour de l'hôtel. Le personnel est très chaleureux et aide rapidement les clients à résoudre toutes sortes de problèmes. Le petit-déjeuner est varié et délicieux. Il y a aussi toutes sortes de collations et de thés pendant la journée. Le soir, du lait chaud est proposé, et bien plus encore. L'hôtel dispose d'une laverie automatique avec lave-linge et sèche-linge au rez-de-chaussée, à disposition des clients. L'hôtel est également très calme, et la climatisation et le chauffage fonctionnent parfaitement. Je reviendrai ici la prochaine fois que je serai à Harbin et je le recommanderai vivement à mes amis.

Le personnel de l'hôtel est très utile et amiable. Nous avons séjourné pendant la saison de pointe et nous avons une salle de complimentaire et petit déjeuner gratuit. La chambre d'hôtel est également propre et moderne.

Les Thaïlandais. Nous sommes 4 : le père, la mère et les enfants de 5 et 7 ans. Globalement très bien, très pratique. L'hôtel dispose d'un service de navette privé. Si tu veux aller quelque part, dis-le-moi. Le ski est assuré avec un bon équipement. Il y a beaucoup de matériel, neuf et beau. La piste sur laquelle nous vous avons emmené devrait être une piste pour débutants, mais elle est très haute. Si vous ne savez pas comment jouer, je vous conseille de faire appel à un professeur. Ce sera amusant et vous obtiendrez de belles photos. La nourriture à l'hôtel est délicieuse. Le goût est similaire au nôtre. Très délicieux. On en prend beaucoup. L'assiette est grande. Si vous êtes 2, n'en commandez pas beaucoup. 😅😅 De retour des pistes de ski. L'hôtel a recommandé 100 yuans pour l'activité. C'est pas mal. Il y a un toboggan et un traîneau tiré par des chevaux. Le reste est à payer en supplément sur place. En attendant le train pour Harbin à 17h25, je me suis assis et allongé en attendant à Lockby. Quand il était temps d'aller à l'hôtel, nous sommes allés à la gare. Les bains ne sont pas loin. Au cas où quelqu'un voudrait se tremper dans l'eau chaude

Cet hôtel est également connu sous le nom de James Joyce Coffeetel. Il est situé à côté de la rue pédicure qui est très confortable. Il est un petit hôtel boutique où il y a un ascenseur disponible. La chambre est assez petite avec peu d'espace pour votre bagage. Il y a un petit balcon dans la chambre que j'ai séjournée. La chambre et le lin étaient très propres, bien que la madrague était un peu dur et la cuillère trop douce. Bien que ce soit un petit hôtel, les équipements fournis sont équivalents à un hôtel 5 étoiles.

L'hôtel est à l'autre côté du Templo de Heilongjiang. Vous pouvez voir le Templo de Heilongjiang qui est à l'est. Le Templo de transport de l'hôtel est à seulement 5 minutes à pied de la ville arctique. Lorsque vous voyez que nous sommes âgés, le serveur de l'hôtel nous aide à transporter nos bagages en haut et en bas. Le service du conducteur de transport du parc est bon. Lorsqu'il pleut, le véhicule est directement à côté du parking de la porte du parc. Le petit déjeuner de l'hôtel est très général, de telle sorte que le prix de la maison est infini sans café, lait et saveurs de sucre sont également très épais.

At first, i only booked for one night. I requested a ski package that included ski lessons from the hotel operator. He also provided a pick up service for hotel guests from the train station. Upon arriving at the hotel, i was given early check in and went straight skiing. He also suggested that i visit snow town the following day. In the end, i extended my stay one more day. He personally drove me there and took very good care of me throughout the snow town trip, even though i was the only one joining the package. Excellent service was provided by the hotel operator. In the future, if i want to go skiing in yabuli again, i will definitely choose this hotel.
