This hotel delivered top-level courtesy service during my recent 2-night stay. I had injured my leg badly while seeing a local exhibit and the hotel provided me with a change of clothes, a walking cane and dry cleaned my damaged pants to be like new overnight. They checked in on me and made sure I was comfortable. They provided some bandages and medicines without me asking. Upon check-out they helped with my luggage and provided me with a gift bag of fruits, drinks and treats. I can honestly say it was one of the most impressive services I have ever received from a hotel and I am very grateful. Also, great central location and clean and modern rooms. Delicious food at the top floor restaurant. Highly recommend.

L'hôtel en lui-même était plutôt bien et le personnel sympathique. Pourtant, notre séjour ne s'est pas déroulé comme nous l'espérions : 1) dans la description (dans la réservation et dans la lettre d'information dans la chambre), il était indiqué que le spa et la piscine ouvraient à 9 heures, mais en fait, c'est à 12 heures ! En tant que famille avec 3 enfants, nous attendions avec impatience ce plaisir spécial d'une baignade matinale et avons dû y aller très déçus sans aucune baignade du tout ! 2) Nous sommes arrivés au petit-déjeuner à 8h30 et une grande partie était déjà partie et n'était pas remplie. 3) Ils nous ont donné le conseil d'aller à la cascade de Luya mais n'ont pas mentionné qu'à cette saison, il n'y avait pas d'eau du tout dans la cascade

L'établissement Yuntaishan Hermitage Homestay offre un cadre paisible et élégant, avec des chambres décorées dans un style zen et un souci du détail exceptionnel. Ouvrir la fenêtre dévoile des montagnes verdoyantes et des eaux cristallines ; se réveiller au chant des oiseaux et contempler le ciel étoilé le soir invite à une détente absolue. Le service est attentionné et prévenant, et le petit-déjeuner est composé d'ingrédients frais, faisant de cet établissement un choix idéal pour échapper au tumulte quotidien et se ressourcer au contact de la nature.

A beautiful hotel. We were lucky enough to be present for the Peony festival and the streets were magical. You do need to walk a bit with luggage as the cabs cannot drop you to the front door, but it was worth it. There are little bottles of shampoo/conditioner and body wash, but ours were not full so we had to use them sparingly, the quality was very good though.

I have chosen this hotel by recomendation of my friend. It has very good position, not far from the train station and fast to arrive to the Longmen Grottoes. I had a room with panorama windows, spacious and big. With help of translating app we managed to talk to reception. Robot is bringing things to the door. We have received very positive service from the front desk ladies. Special thanks to them for hospitality. Thanks to the manager mrs. Zhu Yan. Only one recomendation is to make at least some floors no smoking for guests who are allergic and cannot support the smell. I would suggest also to add a bell boy or a man to help with luggage, ladies helped us but it is heavy to make them do it. They work hard already. I received very nice gifts: cookies, fans and candies from the front desk. Thank you! I will come back.

酒店位於陝州公園內，緊鄰陝州古城鐘鼓樓舊址，酒店距離天鵝湖和黃河均可步行到達，2號樓有可觀黃河的房間，酒店自身就是美景，房間寬敞舒適，衞生無死角，服務人員熱情周到幫忙把行李送至房間，停車位充足，早餐豐盛因為是端午節還有極具當地特色的槲葉粽，這是來三門峽必住酒店！

Amazing location and I loved the rooftop. They let us use the bqq and later prepared the fire place for us. Absolutely a wonderful experience and super friendly staff.

L'hôtel est très satisfait. La chambre est très large. Le lit est très grand. Il est très pratique de rouler autour. Il est très pratique de rouler à l'endroit. Les attractions à proximité sont très confortables. La fille de la réception a dit qu'il y avait un parking sous-terrain. Le service est également très bon pour laver ses vêtements. La réception aidera également à fonctionner, L'assainissement est propre.

The location of the hotel is inside the scenic area and next to a shuttle bus stop, so it is very convenient for sightseeing. Modern huge hotel with a big spread for breakfast.
