Hôtels romantique de Henan, Chine

This has to be on of the best hotels I’ve ever visited! Christian’s hotel is modern, bright, scrupulously clean and with all the mod cons you could ask for, but their real claim to fame has to be the staff. Many hotels claim their staff are there to give guests a good experience - but at this hotel they really are! At every level, staff went out of their way to check everything was OK for me, put right any issues, and actively look for ways to please me. Examples are: 1) when I dropped coffee at breakfast the girl who came to help wouldn’t start cleaning the mess until she’d made sure I hadn’t been scalded or stained my clothes, 2) my toothpaste was near it’s end - I returned to find a ‘tube squeezer’ to help empty it, 3) I travel with medication and returned to find a very useful pill box put next to the packets! All fairly small gestures, but they demonstrate how the staff go out of their way for their guests. The food at breakfast was of top quality, beautifully presented, and absolutely delicious. My only disappointment was that I had to move on to another city - I would have preferred to stay at Christian’s for longer!!

L'hôtel en lui-même était plutôt bien et le personnel sympathique. Pourtant, notre séjour ne s'est pas déroulé comme nous l'espérions : 1) dans la description (dans la réservation et dans la lettre d'information dans la chambre), il était indiqué que le spa et la piscine ouvraient à 9 heures, mais en fait, c'est à 12 heures ! En tant que famille avec 3 enfants, nous attendions avec impatience ce plaisir spécial d'une baignade matinale et avons dû y aller très déçus sans aucune baignade du tout ! 2) Nous sommes arrivés au petit-déjeuner à 8h30 et une grande partie était déjà partie et n'était pas remplie. 3) Ils nous ont donné le conseil d'aller à la cascade de Luya mais n'ont pas mentionné qu'à cette saison, il n'y avait pas d'eau du tout dans la cascade

A beautiful hotel. We were lucky enough to be present for the Peony festival and the streets were magical. You do need to walk a bit with luggage as the cabs cannot drop you to the front door, but it was worth it. There are little bottles of shampoo/conditioner and body wash, but ours were not full so we had to use them sparingly, the quality was very good though.

I have chosen this hotel by recomendation of my friend. It has very good position, not far from the train station and fast to arrive to the Longmen Grottoes. I had a room with panorama windows, spacious and big. With help of translating app we managed to talk to reception. Robot is bringing things to the door. We have received very positive service from the front desk ladies. Special thanks to them for hospitality. Thanks to the manager mrs. Zhu Yan. Only one recomendation is to make at least some floors no smoking for guests who are allergic and cannot support the smell. I would suggest also to add a bell boy or a man to help with luggage, ladies helped us but it is heavy to make them do it. They work hard already. I received very nice gifts: cookies, fans and candies from the front desk. Thank you! I will come back.

Amazing location and I loved the rooftop. They let us use the bqq and later prepared the fire place for us. Absolutely a wonderful experience and super friendly staff.

Chambre 301 Personnel incroyablement serviable et accueillant. Chambre magnifique, très propre et très moderne. Lit très confortable. Idéalement situé pour profiter du parc en journée et des restaurants le soir. Seule l'isolation phonique n'est pas au niveau du reste. On entend très bien la rue, les bruits de canalisation des autres chambres et les chocs en tout genre aux autres étages. Mais avec des bouchons d'oreilles, j'ai tout de même très bien dormi. Je retournerais sans hésiter

Hotel is very well run, managed and maintained. The reception front desk : Ms Gao, Ms. Guo and Bei Bei were extremely helpful and nice . They helped us with tour recommendation and even gave us a hotel room upgrade. We had a great stay.

Le centre de la ville est situé à proximité de la ville. Le petit déjeuner était plus chinois, mais certainement une place pour l'amélioration.  Un mot de conseil pour ceux qui ont l'intention d'utiliser les services de massage à l'hôtel ; gardez-vous comme si vous payez une heure, le masseur s'est arrêté exactement après 45 minutes d'affirmation que son temps est terminé !

非常周到，不僅提前為我這個一大拖二娃的人提前辦理入住還免費升級房型，小朋友説這是住過的最舒服的酒店，尤其要感謝的是方特夢幻島玩的時，我的手機在玩碰碰車時丟掉在車裡了，我居然玩了一圈以後才發現手機失蹤，我請魔法城堡當時工作人員幫我尋找，工作人員不遺餘力幫我，最後是碰碰車工作人員幫我收着還予。對於工作人員來説可能衹是眾多客户遺失物品之一對於我來説意味着寸步難行了，我當時都要急哭了，工作人員一直盡心盡力且拒絕感謝信。我在此致謝。感謝兩方熱情周到的服務和幫助。會再來。

1. Bien que petites, les chambres sont d'une propreté irréprochable. Les produits de toilette sont bien approvisionnés. 2. Le personnel de la réception est exceptionnellement aimable. La navette est toujours disponible et propose même une aide pour les bagages. 3. J'ai testé le petit-déjeuner, le déjeuner et le barbecue à l'hôtel. Les ingrédients étaient frais, les prix raisonnables et ils correspondaient parfaitement à mes goûts. 4. J'ai particulièrement apprécié les différents cours expérientiels proposés par l'hôtel. Tout le personnel et les enseignants étaient exceptionnellement aimables. C'était vraiment une expérience formidable. Un voyage vraiment agréable.
