« Équipements : Pour être honnête, cela fait un moment, j'ai un peu oublié 😂 mais je me souviens vaguement que la réception m'a surclassé, donc ça devait être très bien, sinon je m'en serais souvenue longtemps si j'avais passé un mauvais séjour.
Propreté : Cela devait être très bien aussi, je ne me souviens de rien de désagréable.
Environnement : C'est vraiment proche des attractions touristiques. Je suis arrivée à l'hôtel dans l'après-midi ce jour-là, puis le soir, je suis allée me promener vers l'attraction d'à côté (celle de la photo, il me semble que c'est le Palais de la Longévité) ; et il y a une rue à proximité pleine de restaurants, à environ 10 minutes à pied.
Service : La demoiselle de la réception était super gentille, elle répondait à toutes mes questions, elle a même réglé le problème du livreur qui ne m'avait pas donné de baguettes ! Et j'avais réservé un avantage offert par l'hôtel pour trois jours, que je devais utiliser le jour même, mais comme je suis arrivée tard, elle me l'a réservé pour le lendemain. Si jamais je reviens, je réserverai certainement cet hôtel à nouveau ! »

I think I’m pretty good at finding hotels. All the way out here in the U.S., I actually managed to find this traditional-style guesthouse that you can’t even see from the road 😄. It’s wheat harvest season right now, so the owners had given their staff time off, but because we were coming, one of the owners traveled all the way from Shanghai just to host us. 🌹 Her name is Ms. Peng—she’s a university graduate from 1981 and a professional architectural designer. She designed the entire guesthouse herself. Every corner here is beautiful, and I can’t even take photos fast enough to capture it all.

The hotel is located in the heart of major attractions in Shaoxing. The staff was attentive, and able to give practical advice on when to visit popular attractions, as well as recommending travel routes. Very good value-for-money.

Stanley The Travel ManThe location is very good . It is closed to restaurants and not too far from the river. It is about 10 minutes walk from the bus stop to go to the train station.
The house keeping is excellent. One morning I requested cleaning earlier and the lady came within 20 minutes to clean my room.
The furnishing is more than adequate although if there is a small fridge , it would have been wonderful as the days were hot and I wanted to drink something cold but it was fine.
The room has a lot of cigarettes burn marks because the clients simply ignored the no smoking sign but is not the fault of the hotel. The hotel could have fine the clients but it closed not to so the floor will probably continue to be damaged or stained by the inconsiderate clients. Some hotel has strict policy about smoking and a warning sign that they will be fined or be charged a cleaning fee. This hotel apparently has no such thing to the detriment of the hotel itself for not having this policy. The floor stains didn’t bother me so much , more than it was ugly. The cleaning lady said it is common to find cigarette butts on the floor .
I paid a little bit more for a room further away from the elevator as the cheapest room is practically next to it.

Mateja BokanThis was a very weird hotel experience. Firstly, the staff is great and were very responsive to any issues I had. That being said, the hotel has seen better days. I changed rooms, but both rooms had very dirty carpets and bathrooms which had traces of molding on the silicone connections, and the windows were, in my opinion, small. The showers were clean, but the hairs were not removed for a long time, and the water drained very slowly. During my stay, I even saw a small gecko run across the bathroom... The AC unit is terribly loud too, and I couldn't sleep the first night almost at all because of it. I later got used to it, but it still gave me troubles during nighttime. On the third day, around 8:25, the cleaning staff barged into the room unannounced. Even though I was awake, this created an awkward experience... Later, when they came again, they only quickly knocked before coming inside again... The hotel's breakfast is minimal, and poorly prepared. I'd recommend skipping it, and getting something from the street in front of the hotel instead. The location of the hotel is good, being only a 5 minute walk away from the entrance to the Mount Longhu scenic area entrance.

J'ai eu une expérience incroyable dans cet hôtel. Le personnel était très attentionné et patient. Nous étions un groupe de 15 personnes et l'équipe de service s'est mise en quatre pour s'assurer que nous passions un séjour agréable. Un merci spécial à 蓝小娟 à la cafétéria et à 曹仿 qui nous ont aidés avec tous les costumes et activités. Nous avons passé un bon moment!

Anonymous3000What a great hotel to stay in! The place is hygienic and lies right in the middle of the village and is right next door to the Jinsha cable car. The public terrace in the morning offers a wonderful view of the Sanqingshan. There are plenty of food options available nearby. Literally less than a minutes walk and there are some fine eateries.
Service was impeccable. The individuals at the front desk including the manager were extremely polite, professional and kind.
I should mention that the room I originally booked had only a skylight for a window which I was fine with. But later I decided to happily pay for an upgrade for windows. I went to the front desk and told this to the two individuals working, the manager included (see photo) and we were delightfully told that we were to be given a free upgrade to a Standard Twin Bedroom which has big windows. I can only assume it’s because the staff and manager are kind and there were not that many guests staying in the hotel at that time. Regardless, I highly recommend the place.

Leesa DaviesLa chambre est un peu datée (les écrans de douche nécessitent une attention), mais elle a toujours eu ce touche de classe. Les étapes frontales sont un tueur, mais il y a un ascenseur pour vous ramener au niveau de l'hôtel, donc nous n'avons pas à nous inquiéter pour ramener nos valises lourdes les nombreuses étapes. Il y a une gare de bus près de l'avant de l'hôtel pour visiter les montagnes de nombreuses zones scènes. Nous aimerions aussi avoir quelques restaurants, cafés et boutiques de confort à proximité de l'hôtel. Nous n'avons pas pu utiliser notre carte de crédit étrangère et comme nous n'avons pas pu utiliser le payer WeChat, nous avons besoin d'un autre moyen de payer la chambre avec l'aide de la famille avec un compte bancaire chinois. Il est très bon de se rendre à l'hôtel, mais il est très bon de se rendre à l'hôtel.

Victoria93We had a great stay here! All the personnel was nice and attentive, we were registered pretty easily. The hotel offers a pick up service , which is quite convenient.
We had a room with a skylight and a balcony, which was the best. In the morning and in the evening you can sit at the balcony and enjoy a nice view. The room is clean and the towels are changed every day. They serve Chinese style breakfast from 7 to 9, see the picture attached. Since we don't know much about local transportation, they gave us a ride to the local transportation hub where we could hop on a sightseeing bus. Once you get back from your trip in the evening, you can have a nice stroll from a busy Guling street area, it's down the hill and it takes you about 15 minutes to get back to the hotel. Overall, it was a pleasure to stay in this hotel, I'd recommend it to anyone who wants to have a real mountain view from their hotel room☺️

HenuojiushinuonuoaNous sommes ravis d'avoir réservé l'hôtel Shaiqiu Meisu (Rizières en Terrasses d'Automne) pour nos vacances de la Fête Nationale ; il a dépassé toutes nos attentes. L'hôtel dispose d'une entrée privée, ce qui nous a permis d'éviter la foule à la sortie du téléphérique. La navette privée et le personnel chargé des bagages nous ont fait gagner un temps précieux, nous ont protégés de la chaleur et nous ont offert un service VIP. Depuis notre chambre, nous pouvions admirer les rizières en terrasses, prendre un bain chaud le soir et contempler le coucher du soleil depuis la source thermale gratuite de l'hôtel. Ce fut un séjour incroyablement relaxant, que je recommande vivement.

InvitéIt’s not very often that I am happy to write a review to praise a place. Usually either it’s a renowned hotel, rather expensive, or a cheaper one with less quality and service. This time, we got both at the same time: a 5 star hotel at an affordable price. We decided last minute to go to Sanqingshan instead of Huangshan and find that place looking good on Ctrip. What a surprise! Once we arrived: warm welcome, spotless big and modern rooms and pool, stunning views from the balcony, diverse and delicious breakfast. We received goodies for the kids and anytime tips from the staff, especially Lin Yan, who was available to assist us and answer all my questions (on WeChat). The location is also perfect: 5 minutes walking from the entrance of the park. When we had to leave eventually, they spoiled the adults with local tea. I definitely highly recommend this hotel.
