Hôtels romantique de Xinjiang, Chine

First and foremost, this hotel accepts foreigners. The hotel is quite ok but not great. I booked a no-window non-smoking room (don’t do it, go for room with window) because I thought there is more chance people still smoke in non-smoking rooms with windows. The first room they gave me, put the key card on and electricity didn’t work. Waited for them to check with no result so I was relocated to another room. It’s non-smoking but I can clearly smell the smoke. Took 2 days for the smoke smell to go away which is a pity. The room is small but enough for a solo like me. Each floor they built 4 lines of rooms, the 2 middle lines stay wall-to-wall to each other and are the ‘no-window’ rooms. I would definitely recommend you to choose the room with window, because it means you don’t share a lot of ‘walls’ to other room and have a window to open at least for circulation if room is smelly or if room is too hot. In my case, my room smells smoke, and the room heater system only allows 34-37 degree celsius which is crazy! Very hot if turned on so I had to turn it off the whole time I stay at the hotel. Even though it is winter time, the whole hotel is already on heater. Unable to adjust room temperature is annoying because it means no air circulation. There is a blowing machine (similar to a fan) in the room but it is not efficient quickly enough. The room feels extremely suffocating. I did really wish for a window. Also because the no-window rooms share 3 walls with other rooms (not counting the upper floor), it’s more bad-luck chances for weird noise. In my case, I had to endure one whole freaking night with 2 loud Uyghur couples who cannot hold themselves back from banging the freak out and making all kinds of terrible terrible noise. Seems like no soundproof for these walls.

La chambre était confortable, propre et bien rangée, et le prix était très raisonnable. J'étais satisfait ; l'enregistrement a été rapide et pratique. L'hôtel est très proche de la vieille ville de Kashgar, et la police est présente à l'entrée, ce qui le rend très sûr. La réception et le service en chambre étaient très accueillants, et le petit-déjeuner était varié et gratuit. Ce fut un séjour très agréable.

La salle des barriques de l'hôtel est vraiment unique, surtout après la visite de la cave à vin souterraine, qui m'a donné l'impression de vivre dans un tonneau. Sur la recommandation de Mila, la réceptionniste, j'ai visité la cave à vin souterraine de l'hôtel ce jour-là. Le chauffeur de la navette m'a expliqué la cave avec enthousiasme, ce qui a véritablement enrichi mon expérience. La recommandation de Mila m'a permis de ne pas manquer une cave à vin souterraine aussi immense (qui mesurerait 2,7 kilomètres de long). Merci beaucoup ! Leur service attentionné vous donnera certainement envie de revenir dans cet hôtel.

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel in Turpan. The hotel was modern, clean, and very comfortable after long days of traveling around Xinjiang. The rooms were spacious, well maintained, and equipped with everything we needed. The staff were friendly, welcoming, and always willing to assist despite language barriers. The location was convenient for exploring the city and nearby attractions. We especially appreciated the peaceful atmosphere and excellent service throughout our stay. The breakfast was fresh and enjoyable, making our mornings even better. Overall, it was a relaxing and memorable experience, and we would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Turpan

Ce fut une étape très agréable lors de mon road trip à travers le Xinjiang. La chambre était impeccable, la literie confortable et l'insonorisation efficace, garantissant une nuit paisible. Le personnel était accueillant et réactif à la moindre demande. De nombreux restaurants se trouvaient à proximité, et l'hôtel était idéalement situé pour se rendre à la vieille ville de Jiaohe et à la Vallée des Raisins. Sous la chaleur étouffante de Turpan, disposer d'un hébergement confortable et sûr a grandement contribué à la réussite de mon voyage. Je le recommande vivement aux touristes visitant Turpan.

Emplacement idéal, chambres spacieuses et lumineuses, propreté impeccable, parking pratique, petit-déjeuner copieux et varié, service au bar aimable et attentionné, et la gare routière de Kuitun au rez-de-chaussée, facilitant grandement les déplacements. Hautement recommandé.

這個酒店真是名不虛傳，服務相當好，停車場大，房間乾淨，前台小姐姐熱情，帶我們看不同的房型，讓我們自由選擇，人也漂亮，大長腿，走路帶風，熱情洋溢。最感動的是，第二天想睡個懶覺，跟小姐姐説了把早飯送到房間，第二天小姐姐帶着一個小哥哥，拿了三種主食，六種小菜，兩種雞蛋，還有粥，送到房間，真的太好了，説了很多謝謝也無法表達我的謝意！推薦推薦！

Service : Parlons-en un peu plus. L'employé en chemise blanche à la réception était très sympathique, et celui qui portait les bagages était tout aussi enthousiaste, mais il n'y avait pas de soi-disant femme de ménage et l'attitude était déplorable. Il pleuvait dehors, et le chariot à bagages pouvait évidemment venir à l'entrée de l'hôtel pour les récupérer. Parfois, ils disaient qu'ils avaient quelqu'un à envoyer, parfois ils disaient que la voiture était privée, ce qui gâchait l'excellent service à l'accueil… Installations : Pas comme un hôtel quatre étoiles. Bien qu'il n'y ait que deux étages, il n'y a que des escaliers, ce qui n'est pas pratique pour les personnes âgées, les enfants et les bagages. Il n'y a pas de parking devant la porte, et le stationnement n'est pas pratique. Il n'y a pas de réfrigérateur dans la chambre, pas de service à thé, etc., et je vis toujours dans une soi-disant suite. Mais les lits d'appoint sont gratuits, ce qui est un plus ! Environnement : Construit à flanc de montagne, il est toujours agréable, et la vue est également magnifique. Il est considéré comme le meilleur hôtel de toute la vallée.

Excellent hotel with hot spring facilities at the foot of Mount Tianshan. Our family thoroughly enjoyed our white Xmas stay at the wujiang resort and it is only 10 mins walk to the tourist centre for the stunning tianchi and bodega peak of the tianshan range. The only drawback is the limited food choices available in the area. There are not many tourists due to the low tourism season but we are definitely not complaining about it at all. :)
