« Hotel is about 8-10min walk from the bus drop off area. Staff were polite, attended to my request promptly. We booked the family room which can accommodate 7 of us, however there were only 2 towels plus 2 disposable towels provided in the room. The hotel staff provided us with more towels upon request. The room was clean and tidy. There were 2 double beds which fit 4 of us, while another tatami bed barely fit the other 3 of us (wished it was bigger tatami), but it is just for one night, so it was alright. The room equipped with a big window which facing the Main Street, which is a plus point, great morning and night view of snow town from the view! Breakfast was great! A lot of variety and it was delicious. The hotel even gave us free frozen foods as supper. There were free 泼水成冰 activities provided by the hotel too. Overall the stay was great. »

I’ll start with the highlight of our stay: the ski rental team at Yabuloni Hotel. Since rentals are included in the stay, we spent a fair amount of time with them, and they are truly world-class. Led by a charming and compassionate boss, the team of four （photo attached) is incredibly professional and approachable. They don’t just hand you gear; they perform thorough safety checks, ensure a perfect fit, and offer genuine tips for the slopes. They made our trip seamless and safe. They will be the reason why we will come back and stay here Unfortunately, the hotel itself doesn't live up to that same standard. The hallways are dimly lit and poorly ventilated, a theme that continues into the rooms. The biggest issue was the bathroom, a persistent, foul sewage smell made us feel like we are using a public toilet that has not been cleaned for years. If this is 5 star standard, i'm afraid they have to do much much better. To top it off, the reception staff felt poorly trained. Despite having plenty of people behind the desk, no one could answer basic questions about local attractions, slope openings, or even help us arrange a driver for dinner around the area. For the price point, they should think of how they can justify their service other than having a world class and helpful ski rental management team.

Mon compagnon de voyage et moi avons adoré notre séjour de 5 jours et 4 nuits à l'hôtel. La décoration intérieure, élégante et raffinée, a sublimé notre expérience. L'hôtel est impeccable et bien géré par un personnel poli et serviable qui nous a accompagnés à chaque étape de notre séjour : demandes de renseignements, bagages, réservations, ménage et petit-déjeuner. L'hôtel est conforme aux photos. Le lit et les oreillers sont confortables pour une bonne nuit de sommeil. Son emplacement est idéal : à une minute à pied de la rue Zhongyang et juste à côté du célèbre restaurant Laochujia et de plusieurs autres restaurants. Vous trouverez forcément de quoi vous restaurer et faire du shopping, de jour comme de nuit. Pour ceux qui préfèrent une journée plus tranquille, le parc Zhaolin est accessible à pied depuis l'hôtel Lizzy.

Excellent stay at a truly unique historic hotel. Cleanliness, location, service, and amenities were all outstanding. The hotel is very well maintained, with beautiful European-style interiors and a calm, elegant atmosphere. The room was spacious, comfortable, and spotless. Staff were friendly, professional, and always willing to help. The location is convenient for sightseeing in Harbin, and breakfast was fresh and enjoyable. We received a gift a warm welcome upon our arriving and departure. Also they include you in WeChat group and if you have any questions or any requests they will provide and answer your question immediately. What makes this hotel special is its history, including the original 1903 elevator, which adds a memorable and authentic touch to the experience. Highly recommended and would definitely stay again. ❤️

Que signifie un bon service ? Si le service est bon, les clients se sentiront désolés pour le magasin s'ils ne lui attribuent pas cinq étoiles. Le prix de l'hôtel n'inclut pas le petit-déjeuner (mais il est surclassé gratuitement dans une chambre familiale plus grande). Voyant que le petit-déjeuner semi-buffet sur Ctrip a de bonnes critiques, nous sommes descendus pour y jeter un œil et décider de l'acheter ou non. Le serveur qui s'apprêtait à commander pour moi m'a dit : « Ne l'achetez pas. En plus de commander des plats fraîchement cuisinés (pour garantir le goût), le buffet vous suffit, alors je vous le donnerai. Les enfants étaient choqués : pourquoi ? Contremaître : Parce que tu es beau. Le petit garçon avait l'air timide. Divers détails ont été loués, comme le pain grillé était recouvert d'un chiffon pour éviter qu'il ne sèche, le café était fraîchement moulu et j'avais choisi le latte, et le jus d'orange était fraîchement pressé plutôt que fini. Oh oui, il existe également une grande variété de thés britanniques l'après-midi à partir de 11 heures. I took a little Galentine's day trip with my friend to Harbin Ice and Snow World and this hotel was the best part of our stay. It was a expensive and the pictures of the views (particularly from the ”cloud” room) were not accurate. The picture shows clouds like you would see from a airplane, but all we saw was very low, fine, gray fog. I'd like to imagine that the pictures they show on the website are possible, but I think it's more likely photoshopped. That said, the hotel was still awesome. Our room was huge, with a great view from the 41st floor, and the heated marble floors felt great on your feet. The staff were super nice. I felt bad for the deer in the lobby because they were very itchy and one cut his own face open trying to scratch his collar with his hind hoof. But again, the hotel was so nice. If we had traveled all the way from Harbin to Beijing just for Ice and Snow World, I don't think our trip would have been worth it. But this hotel was so good it felt like a true relaxing weekend. The sound of the forest that they played throughout the hotel made it seem like you were at a giant spa. The breakfast buffet was open until 1 pm! Free sauna and hot tub. If you can afford it, I recommend it!

Un sans-faute pour le Ritz-Carlton ! Mon séjour au Ritz-Carlton a largement dépassé mes attentes. Chaque détail a contribué à un service d'exception. Je tiens tout d'abord à remercier tout particulièrement le directeur, M. Leo Zhao. Son accueil était chaleureux et professionnel. Non seulement il a spontanément surclassé notre chambre, mais il a également eu la délicate attention de personnaliser notre clé, faisant de notre séjour une succession d'agréables surprises dès notre arrivée. La restauration et les installations de l'hôtel étaient tout aussi impeccables. Le petit-déjeuner était copieux et varié, chaque plat étant préparé avec soin et délicieux, de quoi satisfaire tous les palais. Le souci du détail était également remarquable : les brosses à dents étaient d'une qualité supérieure et les produits de toilette de la célèbre marque Diptyque, pour une expérience luxueuse et confortable. Même les chaussons jetables étaient conçus avec un soutien plantaire, pour un confort optimal. Par ailleurs, Mme Meng Qi, responsable du service d'entretien ménager, était très attentionnée. Remarquant notre préférence pour le thé et le café, elle veillait à ce que nos boissons soient toujours resservies. Tout au long de notre séjour, le personnel de l'hôtel a répondu à tous nos besoins avec rapidité et professionnalisme, ce qui m'a profondément marqué.
