這次雪鄉之行簡直是一場夢幻之旅，而入住的酒店更是為這次旅行增色不少，必須給大家好好分享一下。 酒店位置超棒，出門沒多遠就是雪鄉的核心景區，步行幾分鐘就能一頭扎進銀裝素裹的夢幻家園。不僅能輕鬆欣賞到各種精美的雪雕，還能隨時參與熱鬧的民俗活動，真的太方便了。 從前台辦理入住時的熱情接待，到幫忙規劃遊玩路線，工作人員的服務都無可挑剔。入住期間，有任何需求他們都能迅速響應，還會貼心地提醒早晚温差，提供暖寶寶，讓人心裏暖乎乎的。 房間佈置得温馨又乾淨，床鋪柔軟舒適，一躺下就能睡個好覺。暖氣超給力，在外面凍得瑟瑟發抖回到房間，瞬間就被温暖包圍。而且房間裏的窗户視野特別好，拉開窗簾就能看到外面美麗的雪景，簡直太愜意了。 早餐種類特別豐富，有粥 雞蛋 拌菜 燒麥 核桃包，滿足不同人的口味需求。食材新鮮，每一口都吃得超滿足，開啟活力滿滿的一天。 在雪鄉這家酒店的價格真的很良心。對比其他酒店，它的性價比超高，花同樣的錢能享受到更優質的服務和舒適的住宿環境，真的太值了！強烈推薦給大家，來雪鄉就選這家酒店，準沒錯！

La location était excellente. Le bureau de front était amiable et utile. La chambre était propre. La première chambre qui m'a été donnée avait un très fort odeur de fumée, donc ils m'ont donné une autre chambre immédiatement. La ville est très bien vue depuis le haut de la ville, et vous pourriez voir la ville entière et les montagnes qui la circonscrivent. Le petit déjeuner était une variété chinoise saine. Certains pains et muffins occidentaux étaient également offerts. La seule partie étrange pour moi était les fruits - le petit déjeuner buffet avait des bananes et des oranges coupées en demi-mesures que je n'ai vu personne prendre. En général, le séjour était tout à fait digne de cela.

Pros:  Very helpful reception staff. Especially Yuyue and Jiaqi. It is not 100% certain that my spelling is correct since they do not speak English (along with the rest of the staff at this 5 star hotel in a city of more than 10 million people). Comfortable beds and decent pillows. Clean bathrooms. We had a free upgrade - see Cons! Cons: ”Non-smoking” room is a joke. The guests DO smoke everywhere. There are a lot of fabrics used in the rooms for the decoration, and smoke penetrates them to a great extent. In order to find a room with decent air quality, we had to change our rooms twice. See Pros! There was only a very limited selection of biscuits and fruits available for the advertised ”luxurious afternoon tea.”.

Toutes les chambres sont si utiles et amicales, surtout Miss Gao est super bon. Nous aimons la propreté de l'hôtel. La taille de la chambre est assez bonne. L'emplacement est près de Zhongyang Street à 1 minute de marche. Vous pouvez avoir un thé de l'après-midi sans limitation quand vous restez ici. C'est le point de bonus! Le petit déjeuner est super délicieux!

Super convinience place and friendly staffs for help…walking distances to Chinese Baroque street market within 15 mins ,many popular foods and a lot variety foods can found in this area…I like my family room ,toilet and bath seperated ,no worries about hungry for tourists bcx they hv vending machines for foods and drinks.You can do own laundry and dry by its own. If nt dry,you can hang in room . You can ask the staffs to help if needed and they super super helpful when i lost … Im feel so lucky to be their guest… Nextime i will bring some fruits from Malaysia for them when i visit Harbin again.Worth to stay…and cozy place when bringing kids along.

Overall this is one of the best hotels i have stayed in. Rich cultural history and uniqueness. I shall put the negative part first before I put the positives at the end. Cleanliness I marked down because someone before me put flowers into the bathtub and there were random roses petals coming out of the knob that controlled the drainage of the bath tub. There were stains on the bathtub too. Location I put 5 but actually I would rate it 4.5. The street that the hotel is on is extremely crowded and jam in the late mornings to night. It is highly likely that you will be dropped off near the entrance of the street and need to walk in if you cab. We decided to use public transport and walk in instead on the second time we came to the hotel. But early in the morning it was relatively empty and the cab could come in to pick us up. It is very near the walking streets / zhong yang jie. There was an event literally outside our hotel area. Got a chimney bread plus ice cream on the same street as the hotel but is diagonally on the opposite right. This booking is for a lower tired room. But when we went there we were offered discounted upgrades. Not free but at least it wasn't the price stated. We upgraded to the highest tier, a suite with dedicated sitting area and bathtub. Celebrated my birthday here. They prepared a cake. It was delicious 😋 Many costumes to try but most were too big. For reference i am 152cm 48kg. I managed to find a blue and white costume with a matching hat that was more fitting so I could wear it out of the hotel room to take photos in the reception area. The toilet staircase, the chairs in the reception, outside the elevator, a backyard and the restaurant are nice places for photo taking. The ancient elevator closes at 5pm. I am not sure when it opens. The restaurant had a promotion on dianping or douyin. Recommended for 4 people. But portions are typically huge and if only 2 people come likely to waste. We met another couple on our trip and we decided to share. Non hotel guests can eat in the restaurant too. Just before we left, we had a door gift too^^

J'ai envoyé un accueil lors de l'hébergement, et un déjeuner de nuit, et j'ai créé un sentiment de maison, aussi insensé que possible, quel que soit le grand et le petit endroit. Le serveur de cet hôtel est gentil et attentif. Installations: Les installations d'hôtel sont complètes, c'est vraiment très bon de voir cette petite ville. Santé: la chambre, la salle sont propres et propres, les détails de la chambre sont également propres, pratiquement pas de coin mort. Globalement, ce prix est vraiment très précieux pour un tel hôtel, très recommandé.
