RRobinMowatLes chambres sont très confortables et confortables. Ils ont toujours eu l'odeur mais il était moins épais que les autres.
Le petit déjeuner buffet est bon avec une large sélection de cuisines occidentales et asiatiques.
Il y a une piscine décente, bien que les chambres de change ont besoin de rénovation pour le rendre à la norme des autres 5 étoiles de la ville.
Les tarifs sont actuellement bas pour refléter la situation actuelle des hôtels, comme l'a dit un gestionnaire lorsque l'odeur de la chambre a été rapportée.

SSutaiIt was very western designed. The interior and services were good but somethings were very expensive. like twice the amount it should be.
Also the room's hair dryer was broken. We had to use hair band to make it work again.
Other than that everything was smooth and jazz. The room was really good. There was a pillow menu! My mom only uses latex due to medical reasons, so the pillow menu was really helpful.
The band at the live music section was really friendly. They even sang a birthday song for my mom!
Overall great experience.

UUtilisateur anonymeAfter carefully weighing the options between the Horizon Club Room and the 2-Bedroom Residence, we chose the Residence and could not have been happier with our decision. The enormous extra space, privacy, and comfort made it the perfect choice for our stay. For families or groups traveling together, I highly recommend considering the Residences.
A special mention goes to Mr. KAKI, the Residences Manager. From check-in to check-out, he was warm, professional, attentive, and genuinely courteous. His constant presence and willingness to assist elevated our experience from a 5-star stay to what truly felt like a 6-star experience.
Having spent the previous two weeks traveling throughout Northeast China and staying at several other 5-star hotels, we can confidently say that Shangri-La Dalian stands out as one of the finest hotels we encountered in every respect.
Some highlights of our stay:
• The breakfast was generous, varied, and absolutely delicious.
• Housekeeping was exceptionally efficient and responsive.
• The air conditioning worked perfectly, providing consistently cool and comfortable temperatures.
• The automated toilets with spray bidet functions were a thoughtful touch and added greatly to the overall comfort of the room.
Shangri-La Dalian delivers excellence not only through its facilities but also through its people. Our stay exceeded expectations, and we would not hesitate to return on our next visit to Dalian.

IInvitéL'hôtel est très agréable et le style appartement le rend confortable avec des enfants. La cuisine est équipée de tout le nécessaire, ce qui est idéal pour préparer des repas rapides et faciles avec des enfants difficiles. L'hôtel dispose également d'un restaurant servant une cuisine occidentale. Il est situé à proximité de nombreux centres commerciaux et galeries marchandes souterraines. La gare est à environ 10 minutes à pied et l'hôtel se trouve entre deux stations de métro, chacune à environ 8-10 minutes à pied. La salle de sport est excellente et bien équipée. L'aire de jeux pour enfants est également agréable ; quelques jouets supplémentaires seraient appréciables, mais dans l'ensemble, c'est un bon endroit pour qu'ils se dépensent. Je recommande vivement cet hôtel. Mes enfants ont également beaucoup apprécié le cinéma.

We were deeply touched by the personal welcome from the General Manager, Mr. Wayne Tan, whose gracious presence and attentiveness set a wonderful tone for our stay. It is rare to encounter such hands-on leadership, and his warmth truly made us feel valued as guests.
Our heartfelt appreciation also goes to the Guest Relations team—Adale, Samantha, and Kakakoo—who consistently went above and beyond to ensure our comfort. Their friendliness, professionalism, and sincere care created a welcoming and heartwarming atmosphere throughout our stay.
In addition, we would like to commend the room cleaning lady for her meticulous attention to detail. She consistently ensured that our room was immaculate and thoughtfully replenished our drinking water daily, which we greatly appreciated.
Overall, this stay perfectly reflected the hallmark of the Four Seasons brand: exceptional service delivered with genuine care. We are truly grateful to the entire team and look forward to returning in the future.

While enjoying new coffee blends and refreshments at the lobby bar during my leisure time, the young female staff consistently maintained a polite and courteous demeanor, engaging in friendly and natural conversations that enhanced the relaxed ambiance.

IInvitéWe visited Luneng Hot Spring with our kids and had a great family time. The hot spring was relaxing, and the kids really enjoyed the play areas and child-friendly pools.
One of the best parts of our stay was the excellent help we received from Brynn, a staff member who spoke English very well. Since we don’t speak Chinese, her support made everything easier—from room service to general questions. She was kind, professional, and even checked on us after we left. Thanks to her and the friendly staff, our stay was smooth and enjoyable.

IInvitéStaff service was excellent from the reception to the converge to the restaurant staff. I celebrated my birthday st the hotel and they very kindly welcomed my checked in with a birthday cake made with towels and beautiful vase of flowers. There was also a very well written wishes in Chinese.
On the actual day, they also ordered a birthday cake for me. At Summer Palace, they cooked a bowl of birthday noodles and offered us a complimentary dish of guo ba rou.
I want to especially thank the converge staff that received my delivery of my pair of scissors sent from the train station security and paid the delivery fee on my behalf.
Thank you for a memorable birthday time in Shangri La.

LLele801-La chambre était prête à rester près de Wanda. La chambre était réglée. Les résultats étaient super stupides. La désactivation a été décidée. Il n'y a pas de voiture ici, le stationnement est également pratique. Toutes les faces de la chambre sont confortables, c'est-à-dire que le siège est trop peu stupide, le téléphone portable est très inconvenant de charger l'eau de chauffage, C'est très difficile de faire ça. C'est mieux si je peux le faire.
