最驚喜的是服務，前台全程微笑接待，辦理入住高效又貼心，有任何需求都響應迅速，甚至會分享本地遊玩攻略，親切感拉滿。早餐品類豐富味道正宗，吃飽喝足開啟行程超滿足，部分房型還有特色設計，性價比直接拉滿。 不管是出差還是旅行，這裏都是理想下榻地，已經推薦給朋友，下次來一定還選天興酒店！

Unfortunately had a frustrating stay with everything absolutely disorganised and poorly managed. Check-in took over 40 minutes, and even though I arrived well after the official 2 pm check-in time, I was told my room still wasn’t ready because it was being cleaned (the same went for most people in the queue). The lobby and public areas were constantly noisy and chaotic, with kids running around unchecked which felt more like a theme park than a hotel. Breakfast the next morning wasn’t much better as I had to wait over 20 minutes just to be seated, and by that time the atmosphere had already killed my appetite. The one real positive is the hotel’s location that gives you easy access to the metro station and most of the city’s main attractions. The property itself feels a little dated (90s luxury as you can imagine), but it’s reasonably well kept. Unfortunately the staff all seemed overwhelmed and disconnected from the front desk to housekeeping. There seemed to have no real warmth or sense of hospitality. Overall this will probably be my first and last stay at an IHG hotel.

Il pleut beaucoup et nous restons une nuit de plus. L'hôtel propose un petit-déjeuner copieux. Mon compagnon était malade et ne pouvait pas aller au restaurant. J'ai trouvé le serveur et lui ai dit qu'il ne pouvait pas apporter de nourriture dans la chambre, mais des frais de service de 10 yuans. a été accusé. L'hôtel a des réglementations que je comprends et que j'espère être plus humaines. Ce n’est pas facile d’être loin de chez soi. Vivre dans un gratte-ciel, le coucher de soleil est magnifique !

La location est bonne, il est proche de TaiYuan Walking Street, littéralement juste à côté de elle. Près de la gare aussi, bien que nous n'ayons pas utilisé le train. L'hôtel est très ancien, mais tout est opérationnel! Ils nous ont également aidé à recevoir et stocker nos parcelles de TaoBao, c'est un très bon service que nous aimer. La machine à laver et à sécher fonctionne aussi bien, nous lavons et séchons nos vêtements presque tous les jours! L'eau chaude est également toujours disponible. La salle de bain est bonne, le petit déjeuner n'a pas été pris comme nous préférons l'autre restaurant dans la région. Notre famille de quatre, de Paris à Shenyang, a passé deux nuits agréables à l'hôtel. Nos deux filles de 6 et 8 ans ont adoré beaucoup. Ici, ils jouent à des boules d'océan énormes et à la piscine. Les chambres de l'hôtel ont préparé des collations et des cadeaux pour les invités. Le personnel était très sympathique et nous voulons remercier particulièrement le manager Shawn, qui était très professionnel et très bon en anglais et qui nous a beaucoup aidé pendant notre séjour. Mon chargeur de téléphone était cassé et il était très tard et le manager Shawn a immédiatement organisé le robot pour nous livrer le chargeur dans notre chambre. Les enfants voulaient manger du pain, il nous aidé à recommander de délicieuses collations de la boulangerie de l'hôtel selon nos goûts. Nous remercions le directeur Shawn et recommandeons cet hôtel à tous.

去芭莎拍婚紗照去住了兩晚，很讓我驚喜。 居然跟五星級酒店服務差不多，還有開夜床的時候服務，跟服務員走了個尷尬的碰頭，很負責的還刷房卡驗證了一下。 送東西很快，借了個指甲刀還讓我簽字，避免不必要的糾紛，很多酒店都可以借鑒一下，入店送的兩個蘋果挺好吃的哈哈 停車特別方便，停車場很大 房間乾淨衞生，設施齊全 早餐好吃，種類多

Après avoir séjourné à l'hôtel Xiao Jia, il est très opportun que Cici, le gestionnaire de la réception, me fasse la visite cette fois-ci. C'est une surprise qu'elle me rappelle. Elle m'a également envoyé un plateau de fruits pour me aider à faire une mise à niveau de la chambre. Le seul défaut est que la chambre et le couloir sont trop sombres. Le bébé ne peut pas supporter ses yeux de travail dans la chambre. J'espère que l'hôtel peut s'améliorer.

Good to visit again. I had stayed some years ago so this stay was sentimental. At that time, clearly the Friendship Hotel was the best accommodation available in the city. In most regards it certainly still is. Everything needed in my solid, clean and well equipped business room with a comfortable bed. No smoky odor on my floor at all. Lobby Concierge was very helpful. Staff was attentive and on the spot when I thought I had a light bulb issue in the room. A hidden switch. Their buffet dinner choice was inly fair this time - maybe oily, and, I think, overpriced, but the breakfast selection more than makes up for it. Classiest hotel fanguan setting I have seen here. I didn't really have an opportunity to try the sauna or massage services at all. I will save my money and visit again someday. Xie xie.

We enjoyed a lot the stay at this hotel. Nice location beside a large park, excellent food and service. Wang Jing, service manager at the reception, was especially helpful to book tickets for our visit at the Imperial Palace. The ladies at the Horizon Club Lounge made us the spent time there pleasurable.Thank you all!

️⃣ 家人們誰懂啊😆！這次住的酒店太讓人驚喜啦！房間佈置温馨又時尚，設施齊全，智能馬桶用起來超爽🚽。隔音效果也槓槓的，晚上睡覺一點不受外界干擾。酒店的早餐種類豐富，味道超讚，每天都能吃得飽飽的開啟新一天🥪。工作人員熱情周到，讓人有賓至如歸的感覺。住這兒真的太舒心了，必須給五星好評🌟！
