Hôtels avec Spa à Antioquia, Colombie

La chambre était vraiment trop petite. Je ne comprends pas pourquoi les hôtels d'Amérique du Sud copient tous la Chine maintenant. Ils mettent plein de snacks et de boissons dans la chambre, ce que je n'avais jamais vu auparavant. Beaucoup d'hôtels ont adopté ce modèle cette année.

Very well appointed aparthotel with almost everything needed for a comfortable stay. Checking in was easy. They could not accommodate early check in but held bags until my apartment was ready. Very spacious and clean apartment with kitchenette, living space, bedroom, large bathroom and closet. The bed and pillows were very firm, could have been a little more softer. No cutlery provided in the kitchen. The fridge and kitchen were stocked with mostly paid bar items. The walk in shower only has a rain head attachment and not a handheld device which I did not find convenient. Most of the staff were very nice. The rooftop bar and pool area were cosy. Easy to get an uber to and from the Medellin hotspots. Overall, I had a good stay but a few things could be improved for an extra comfortable luxury experience. For the price, it was just okay value considering breakfast was not included.

Vue imprenable depuis notre chambre, l'espace petit-déjeuner/bar sur le toit (matin et soir), ainsi que depuis le jacuzzi et le spa. - Eau offerte - Boissons non alcoolisées de bienvenue - Massage de 15 minutes offert pour une personne au spa (ajouté à un massage de 45 minutes, ce qui était également très agréable) - Centre commercial Santafe à 8 minutes à pied (avec une épicerie en sous-sol) - Réfrigérateur et bar bien remplis pour les articles payants - Petit-déjeuner buffet avec fruits frais variés, soupes chaudes et un large choix - Personnel attentionné au petit-déjeuner et au bar le soir Un grand merci à Tatiana et Andres, ainsi qu'au chef et au personnel de cuisine qui nous ont demandé si nous avions besoin d'autre chose pendant que je regardais autour de nous.

J'ai été très satisfait de l'hôtel. Les petits déjeuners étaient moyens, je pensais qu'ils seraient meilleurs, et le personnel était très poli et toujours serviable. J'ai appelé Uber, mais la voiture ne nous a pas trouvés. Le portier a demandé un numéro de téléphone et a tout expliqué au chauffeur de taxi lui-même. À notre arrivée, il nous a même grondés pour l'avoir attendu si longtemps.

Emplacement idéal, taille de chambre plus que parfaite. C'est l'un des meilleurs hébergements du centre de Medellin. L'hôte est très gentil et le petit-déjeuner est bon. Le parking intérieur est également pratique. Superbe piscine.

Firstly , the staff are great. Really friendly and helpful with anything you may need. I arrived really early and they were able to accommodate an early check-in for me. The facilities are great, calm shared space downstairs, well equipped gym and free laundry. The room was very clean and the bed was super comfortable.

The hotel is not a 5 star but the associates are! The bellstaff, the front desk and the breakfast staff are all great! The location is good, very close to Santa Fe and Oviedo, the El Tesoro is not far away either. Pool is never being used it is a little unwelcoming or not so private I guess. The hotel could use a refurbishment, like the hallways. Good budget hotel though with excellent staff. I would go back also because it is a little far from all the craziness of Provenza.

Excellente expérience durant le séjour. Les installations sont de très bon niveau et l'attention du personnel a été excellente. Je mets l'accent sur la nettoyage, l'environnement silencieux et l'excellente qualité de tous les services offerts. Très recommandé.

One of the best hotels. For 75can$ a night. I got 2 breakfast included, rooftop pool, dance classes, nice restaurant and bar. I definitely gonna stay there again. Super young vibe and atmosphere. Good location and clean rooms. Stylish lobby and restaurant. Definitely try this place and I won’t be disappointed! Thank you Masaya for ur service!
