Hotel is in the great location, next to the mall. The service was great and have a friendly staff. There’s water leak from the window when it rains in my room and the staff had quick response and action. Breakfast is ok and it located in the rooftop.

La télévision a accès aux canaux gratuits de base, mais rien de prime, donc il n'y a pas de Premier League, etc. La seule défaillance est l'eau chaude, où l'eau n'est pas assez chaude.

Understand that photoshoot are part of facility BUT, so manya people taking photo in the morning makes our morning walk not smooth, many times have to STOP waiting for people photoshoot. Please consider to create specific photoshoot area.
Must relook on food quality, during dinner buffet chicken sausage not fresh, kue putu apek becomes inedible.
Please add paintings or plants on wall, we walk out from lift in 10th floor, head to our room, on right side there’s big empty wall left a depression feeling.
Very nice and quite surrounding, perfect for resting. Big room, king bed, and they provide a baby crib for my child. Tasty breakfast with lots of choices made our stay prefect. Thanks!!
When i stayed at the hotel yesterday all seem fine. The room looked clean. But when I checked the locking system. It did not want to lock only the top part. I went to the lobby to let them know my dissatisfaction. They told me that all the rooms have this issue. I felt an bit of unease Afterwards i went to my room and contacted an trip.com travel agent. They also find it very weird why nobody was notfied about this issue. They contacted the hotel later and told me to wait but nobody came. An hour later I contacted an trip. Com travel agent again and told them i already waited an hour and felt neglected. So the travel agent contacted then again. Minutes later someone came by. He wanted to show me another room and sure the lock does not work properly anywhere. They apologised and since it was late i cant go to a other hotel. I talked to the travel agent again. On their advice they told me to put heavy objects in front and next to the door. So i put an chair and my bag in front of it. The travel agents where very helpful. I also ask them to warn future visitors about this issue as well. Also it is against the law Under the Consumer Protection Law (UU No. 8/1999), you’re entitled to use facilities that work properly and safely—“goods and/or services…must be fit for their intended use”. Government Regulation 67/1996 (Pasal 62 Ayat 2) makes the hotel operator legally responsible for your safety and security while on the premises. Even if “all locks” share the same flaw, the hotel must fix it or offer you an alternative that meets basic safety standards. I felt a bit safer when heaving the chair and my stuff in front of the door but i hope they will fix the issue as soon as possible for the safety of all hotel guest and inform the issue beforehand to hotelguest as well. EErwin Jingga1 booked 2 classic rooms. At the reception, they upgraded my rooms to superior/deluxe rooms at high floors. Service are good and fast. Every needs will be taken care quickly and seriously. The washtafel has a little problem, after they fix it, the manager send a box of cookies to apologize. Bottled water I must say is free flow, cause I got 8 bottles for the first night, and 12 bottles for the second night. Very generous.

The breakfast menu is good, have so many choices from appertisers to desserts. Good job to the staff who gave really nice services to make sure we have comfortable stays. The room was incredibly comfortable, spacious, and well-maintained, offering everything needed for a relaxing and enjoyable stay. The bed was cozy, the amenities were top-notch, and I genuinely looked forward to returning to the room after a long day.
One of the highlights was the fantastic selection of food. Whether at breakfast, in the café, or through room service, the variety and quality of the dishes exceeded expectations, and every meal was a delight.
What truly stood out, however, was the outstanding service from the entire team. From the warm and professional staff at the reception counter, to the friendly and attentive team in the café, and even the courteous and welcoming staff at the entrance lobby, everyone went above and beyond to ensure a great stay.
Hats off to the Hilton Bandung management for cultivating such a high standard of hospitality. You’ve created a hotel experience that guests won’t soon forget.

Il est un endroit moyen propre, mais Mo est très propre, les coins de la chambre sont intéressés, ainsi que l'escalier en bois à la salle de bain, et le toilette a des points jaunes d'eau.
- Les lits et les lits sont vieux, avec beaucoup de points et de bords beaucoup plus grands, ce qui signifie une forme honteuse d'un hôtel avec un couvercle de taille de la corde à main.

JJaseSmith1970Location was perfect for the purpose of our trip to Bogor. Staff are all very friendly and polite; however, daily room cleaning was basic and breakfast service, particularly resetting tables and clearing away was poor. If you’re a westerner, you will have to ask for a knife every breakfast time! Breakfast food was good but spoilt by the fact the lids on the food warmers were kept open and so the food was not hot. Room service food was great quality and cheap. Bizarrely, you could order food 24/7 but not drink. Recommend the all you can eat dimsum on Saturday lunchtime - lots of food and drink for a very low price. Rooftop pool was a great facility, but sometimes overran with kids. Bit of a mixed review but would definitely stay here again as overall was great value for money.
