We really enjoyed our stay at Le Eminence Hotel. The staff are very helpful and friendly. The food at the restaurant for breakfast and meals was of a high standard. The location of the hotel provides wonderful views of the mountains, especially from the sky lounge. The hotel room was of a good size and it was great to relax on the balcony with amazing views of the hotels garden / grounds and the surrounding mountainside. It was also nice to have a morning stroll through the grounds

Nice clean hotel with cosy rooms with an excellent vista of the mountains. Friendly, attentive and professional staff. A short Trek or taxi to the centre of Bogor.

I recently stayed at El Royal Hotel Bandung for a business trip, and overall it was a pleasant and convenient experience. The hotel’s location is one of its biggest advantages—strategically situated in the heart of Bandung, making it easy to access business districts, shopping areas, and dining options. This was especially helpful for a tight work schedule. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped with essential amenities such as a work desk, stable Wi-Fi, and sufficient lighting, which made it suitable for working after hours. The bed was also comfortable enough to ensure a good rest before meetings. Service was generally good; the staff were polite and responsive, assisting promptly with requests. Check-in and check-out processes were smooth, which is always appreciated during business travel.

Last minute same day booking and it was a nice stay. :)

The hotel location is quite strategic, near Yogya Junction and Grage Mall and it has free shuttle to and from train station! The service is great and the food quite tasty while the vegetables and fruits are always fresh everyday.

Aimez-le. Le personnel du restaurant et le contrôle du personnel sont magnifiques. Le hall sent bon. La chambre est grande. Nous l'aimons. La vue est tout simplement étonnante. Le dîner à la nuit au restaurant vaut la peine

Rooms are big but they were dirty, dust at corners of rooms and doors. Stained carpet and bath tub, leaking shower and aircon was not cold until we reported then maintenance came to add freon. Must wait hours for breakfast because not enough seats were available. And when its our time, food were not refilled. Pool are shared with Public. Not very convenience. Staffs were friendly and helpful, location was good despite of the traffic around the area.

Il serait génial que les espaces publics tels que les restaurants et les piscines restent sans fumée pour le confort de tous, tout en fournissant des chambres de fumée désignées pour ceux qui en ont besoin.

Very spacious classic but renovated hotel. Was staying for only one night for a business trip during Ramadan. Everything is spacious here, food was ok - could’ve been better but maybe it was because during Ramadan so they had a more limited options for suhoor meal. But overall experience was great
