« Our honeymoon stay at Swiss-Belresort Dago Heritage from March 31 to April 2, 2026, was nothing short of perfection. From the moment we stepped into the lobby, we felt the warm hospitality that Bandung is famous for. 1. The Room (Room 306 - A Must-Request!) Following some recommendations I saw on social media, I specifically requested Room 306 on the 3rd floor, and the hotel was kind enough to fulfill it. The highlight of this room is undoubtedly the breathtaking view of the Dago Heritage Golf Course. Waking up to the misty green valley right from our bed was magical. But the real ”showstopper” is the bathtub. Soaking in the tub while overlooking the lush greenery was the ultimate relaxation experience. The room was spotless, the bed was incredibly comfortable, and the amenities were complete. 2. Exceptional Service & Honeymoon Arrangement I had been in coordination with the reservation team (shout out to Ms. Ririk!) weeks before our arrival. They were very responsive and helpful. Upon entering the room, we were greeted with a lovely honeymoon setup that made my partner, Ayu, very happy. The staff throughout the hotel—from the front desk to the restaurant—were polite, attentive, and always ready to assist with a smile. 3. Facilities & Dining The infinity pool is a dream! Even though Dago can be chilly, the water temperature was comfortable enough for a morning swim. As for the breakfast, the variety was impressive—ranging from traditional Indonesian dishes to international selections. Everything tasted fresh and high-quality. 4. Location Located in the upscale Dago Pakar area, the hotel offers a serene atmosphere away from the city's traffic, yet it’s still very close to famous cafes and nature spots like Tahura and Tebing Keraton. Verdict: If you are looking for a romantic getaway or a peaceful staycation in Bandung, look no further. This hotel offers the best value for money with views you won't find anywhere else. We will definitely be coming back! »

« We booked a room for family and also ordered extra bed so the room could accomodate for 5 people and it was large enough to still have extra space for luggages and praying. The cleanliness was on top and the amenities were complete. The front desk was also very kind in accepting our request of luggage keeping and extra bed and breakfast, and the location of the hotel is also really close to Tol Pasteur, so I would totally love to visit again. Nearby is also full of food and restaurants! »

« La chambre était ok, je doute si le lit double est 120cm, je suppose que c'est juste 100cm, pas sûr 🤔 n'a apporté aucun contrôleur. Le petit déjeuner était bon, je m'aime leur croissant. Piscine : leur petite piscine (le premier rond, prv était jacuzzi je pense) a de l'eau chaude. Le personnel était ami, Surprisely they have ‘mini market kejujuran' (honest mini market) the price was so cheap considering inside 4star hotel, Et ils ont UMKM CANTEEN qui était bon marché aussi je ne sais pas sur le goût que je n'ai pas essayé. Distance à pied à la rue Braga, J'avais assisté à la masse le matin, près de cet hôtel est la cathédrale, la masse du dimanche est à 6h, 11h et 5h. J'ai marqué à Bandung Indah Plaza il était encore à pied distance pour moi 😁 (1km) et je peux emprunter leur parapluie en cas de pluie, ils écrivent mon numéro de chambre et retourner l' parapluie après im fait. Le parking pour les voitures est dans le fond, le personnel a été très utile. En général, il y avait un bon séjour. »
