Characterful hotel walking distance from attractions like Jalan Braga and the Asia Afrika conference museum. While the decor is a little old, service was great and my loft room had enormous double height windows letting in plenty of natural light.

C'est toujours mon hôtel quand je visite. Plusieurs centres de commerce et de cuisine à proximité. Les chambres elles-mêmes sont bien entretenues et en bonne condition. La télévision a accès aux canaux gratuits de base, mais rien de prime, donc il n'y a pas de Premier League, etc. La seule défaillance est l'eau chaude, où l'eau n'est pas assez chaude.

Stayed in room 1024 Pro: Room clean Efficient check in and check out Nice view of mountain and trees Dish variation were nice, lots of options, i love the kuah bakso so comforting. Cons: Unable to set AC QR in tv to see room dining menu unable to open, sent email to reservation no response. So we cant order food for room service. At night room smells of solar fumes like machine fumes and in the toilet smells like thinner or paint or some chemicals which is significantly disturbing. Please check room 1024. No information on facility or activities during check in, only informed there’s free photoshoot Understand that photoshoot are part of facility BUT, so manya people taking photo in the morning makes our morning walk not smooth, many times have to STOP waiting for people photoshoot. Please consider to create specific photoshoot area. Must relook on food quality, during dinner buffet chicken sausage not fresh, kue putu apek becomes inedible. Please add paintings or plants on wall, we walk out from lift in 10th floor, head to our room, on right side there’s big empty wall left a depression feeling.

Shout out to the front desk staffs Firda and Jenti and everyone else for their excellent service. The location is convenient, especially with shopping and dining options nearby. Overall, a reliable 4-star hotel suitable for both business and leisure stays.

The staff are all very friendly. Location wise for us is amazing as we want a quiet place away from the busy streets. Food is good. Going anywhere is easily accessible by grab. Will definitely come back again in future.

Bon hôtel avec de grandes locations. J'ai séjourné pendant 1 nuit pendant les vacances éid donc il est assez crowded. Le petit déjeuner est bon avec beaucoup de variétés et de désserts. Très recommandé!

Excellent Stay – Très recommandé! Le personnel était très agréable et très bienvenu. La chambre était spacieuse, propre et bien entretenue, avec toutes les installations dont j'avais besoin pour un séjour confortable. J'ai également apprécié l'attention à la conception détaillée de la chambre et de la propreté. Le petit déjeuner était délicieux, avec une grande variété de choix, et le service au restaurant était excellent. En général, je recommande vivement cet hôtel à tout le monde à la recherche d'un séjour relaxant et agréable.

Le séjour à l'héritage Dago de la Suisse-Belresort était pure heureux. La chambre élégante, la brise de montagne et les vues panoramiques ont créé un repos pacifique. J'aimais l'atmosphère confortable et le service de haut niveau. Une combinaison parfaite de luxe et de nature fortement recommandée.

The location of the hotel is near to tourist spot which is Braga Street. The room so spacious and i got connected room as per request. The breakfast menu is good, have so many choices from appertisers to desserts. Good job to the staff who gave really nice services to make sure we have comfortable stays. Will choose this hotel if we come again.
