L'hôtel est abordable pour quelques nuits, l'emplacement est bon pour les touristes qui visitent le magnifique Taj Mahal. La qualité et le goût de la nourriture au restaurant sont acceptables, mais en dessous de la norme internationale.

Hotel is good with all amenities near by But service very very bad or did not expect this from this hotel Very very very slow service n does not respond until 2 nd call Check out cleared but nobody come to help with the luggage even though it was mentioned they will send the support person in 5-10mins n until second reminder reception did not bother to send the guy. After the breakfast nobody there to respond what we need even mentioned they were little reluctant the 2 ladies( one in white shirt n other in red shirt) in the breakfast section. After couple of reminders we got what we need . Thanq for the guys in breakfast session for their prompt response n attention for what is required for my 78years old mom n made her comfortable for her choice of food . Food is good with all sorts of breakfast choices Strange thing which I noticed first time is during check out reception place nobody bothered to ask how was the stay 😃  Finally guys ( red)

L'emplacement est idéal. À 5 minutes à pied du métro et à 20 minutes de marche rapide du Taj Mahal. Les chambres sont vétustes et auraient besoin d'être rénovées. Il y avait de la poussière sur les étagères. Nous avons subi une coupure de courant dans notre chambre et rien ne fonctionnait. Nous avons dû appeler à l'aide. Nous sommes allés nous faire masser. Tout était parfait, sauf qu'une des masseuses toussait sans arrêt ! Je ne comprends pas pourquoi l'hôtel ne se soucie pas de la santé de son personnel ! La nourriture ! Bien que le menu soit international, il est exclusivement indien. Les seules options européennes pour le petit-déjeuner sont des omelettes, des toasts, des légumes et des fruits ! Le reste est incompréhensible et immangeable. Le café n'est pas bon.

L'hôtel a été très confortable et a été très confortable. Le personnel de l'hôtel n'a pas pu prendre une position ferme et désactiver la musique. J'ai eu un vol le matin suivant à 8 h et il a affecté mon travail le lendemain.

Несколько раз останавливался в этом отеле несколько лет назад и сейчас решил остановиться здесь. Номера чистые, кровати комфортные, косметика хорошая. Но вот что изменилось так это завтраки, элементарно нет сосисок и лапши, можно конечно попросить омлет и блины или досу, но где же обычная еда? Три раза завтракал и только в один день было из мясного сосиски, а также фасоль, которых не было в другие два дня. Фрукты нарезает один человек в таком объеме, что даже в 7:30 утра не хватает на 5-10 человек, которые приходят к этому времени. При этом ужины хорошие, большой выбор и разнообразие. Исправьте завтраки! Обслуживание при этом в ресторане хорошее!

Firstly I got late check in because the room was not ready..I had to wait for 45 mins and then even TV wasn't working .They came to check and never came back . Even for just 1 glass of ice they were denying and they took 15-20mins for that . We booked suite room and that's how they treat us. Only good thing about the hotel was breakfast buffet. Guys only people from reservations helped . Not the front office staff.

Very friendly staff, all very kind and helpful. The room was clean and comfortable. The restaurant food very delicious and affordable. Very good location to visit many near sites.

A great blend of luxury and reasonable pricing in Agra, especially if you’re looking for a hotel with a swimming pool in the ₹3,000–4,500 range for two people, including breakfast. The pool is small but a nice facility at this price point. The terrace has beautiful lighting and a bar café where you can relax, enjoy the ambience, and get a great view of the Taj Mahal. However, the rooms at the back of the property don’t offer much of a view, so front-facing rooms are preferable. The room was clean and had all the basic amenities, with carpets, hanging lamps, and attractive wall décor adding a touch of luxury. The service and variety in the buffet were top-notch, although the food menu is slightly on the higher side.
