L'hôtel est très confortable et confortable. La seule question que j'ai est qu'ils ne permettront pas à l'AC de aller au-dessous de 21° et à la nuit il serait chaud dans la chambre, j'ai demandé au bureau frontal et ils m'ont dit que c'était des normes générales.

La première partie de mon séjour avait été très bonne. J’ai prolongé chez eux au lieu d’aller dans un autre hôtel et je n’ai pas regretté, ils sont vraiment super sympa toujours le sourire - l’hôtel est très propre. Le petit déjeuner est très bien. Ils sont très aidants si vous avez un renseignement à demander et toujours le sourire. L’hôtel est aussi très bien situé.

We checked -in the hotel on Saturday night .. there are 2 club that’s very noisy inside the Hotel premises … the music was very (extra) loud  (no soundproof walls )although  our room was on 4th floor still it was not helpful in anyway the music ended at 4.00 am (both on Saturday /Sunday) it was very bad experience staying at the property .

Les installations sont complètes et nouvelles, l'expérience générale est bonne. Le petit-déjeuner est également délicieux à l'hôtel.

It's a very good hotel, with great amenities, and good staff behaviour and great stay. A good hotel to recommend and has a great food.

Elegant and luxurious hotel located in a beautifully renovated palace of royal family of Kolkata. Our room was very spacious, beautifully furnished with old, wooden furniture. The huge bathroom and all floors are made of marble. The hotel is located in multiple buildings of the palace complex. Delicious breakfast can be eaten outside in shaded patio or inside in air conditioned restaurant. Every evening there is a live show of folk dance performers. One of the best hotels I have ever stayed at.

I had been at this hotel earlier in the year & found it to be nice. However, this time round I found d the rooms a little disappointing. There was a mustiness about the place. The bathroom floor was slippery. They kept forgetting to give us our towels. We had to keep asking for them. Breakfast was also not very good this time round, limited choices & service was very slow. However, the front desk staff were good & helpful. Checkin was fast & we got our room fast. Hope they can improve their room cleanliness & housekeeping.

Le logement et la cuisine étaient superbes. Grand endroit avec de bonnes chambres et très aimables et aideuses personnelles. J'ai planifié et réservé pour rester pour une nuit et pour 1 nuit en raison de la gentillesse du personnel avec de grandes services et de bonnes chambres.
