Отель хороший. Отдых отличный. Местоположение отличное. Отель находится на туристической улице Рядом исторические места, музей Индии, мемориал Виктории, рестораны ночные клубы. В отеле чистый большой бассейн, есть отличное спа, большой спортзал много новых тренажёров и гантели и штанги. В ресторане вкусный завтрак в формате шведского стола. Есть нюансы второй этаж для тех кто курит в номерах, но даже в холле на втором этаже очень сильный запах. В номерах на втором этаже нет вытяжки. На четвертом этаже нет запаха сигарет. Номера для не курящих. Постельное белье не свежее, и плохо отстиранное. подушки старые в разводах, в номере плохо убрано, не чисто. Номера подушатанные и требуют обновления. Вода в душе плохо уходит номер 254 и номер 454. Дверь в санузел с большими щелями и плотно не закрывается и все что происходит в санузле очень сильно слышно. Цена номер переоценена. В целом за такой номер на двоих человек 6000 руб. Это дорого, максимальная цена для этого номера 3500 руб максимум.

A flawless experience. Incredibly luxurious stay at a great price for a business traveler. Excellent English skills by everyone. Room serve was prompt, even though I didn't order until almost midnight. Nawab, the *** helping with cars, was a truly phenomenal help. He called my ride and made sure my trip went smoothly, and got me and the car loaded up and on my way.

Le restaurant est un hôtel de qualité, mais il est très bon pour vous. Les garçons à la réception ont essayé d'ajouter des frais supplémentaires à l'entrée, ce qui était frustré quand j'ai payé devant, donc je suis contente de me concentrer!

One strange thing to come accross is they don’t allow Outside food !!!! I.e Swiggy - Zomato etc , so it’s clearly that you have to get abused by their food ….if this the policy of this property then kindly have it posted on your listing also - !!!!!!! All your listings across the online platforms should be mentioned as “NO OUTSIDE FOOD” - you cannot keep the customers in the dark and tell them when they come in for check in !!!!!!! Bad !!!

Overall it was a great experience, small gym but good enough. Had some good coffee and other drinks @1st floor cafe. I loved the bar at 7th floor, its great atmosphere with good music, ambience and very friendly staff who treat you special…will visit again.

The overall experience was good. There were some issues with housekeeping which was annoying.
Service and staff were very good. Mr Raj received us very well late at night.

This hotel is massive, felt like i was living in a modern royal palace. I did get lost trying to find my ways. The staff was extremely courteous. I could see that excellent customer service is their top priority. The hotel room is very spacious and clean. Breakfast was also very delicious and they had too many selections to choose from. I had a great time staying at this hotel. Highly recommended!

EEHSANIl est très bon hôtel.
Certains se plaigneront de la vue et du bruit de la construction de l'arrière.
Mais j'ai une chambre à côté de la frontière, qui regarde dehors dans l'hôtel de ville ?
Mais pour l'hôtel sonore, les fenêtres de l'arrière peuvent changer en options sonore.
Chambre décorée et propre.
Le petit déjeuner est bon, je dirais bien si ce n'est pas très bon.
Les personnes de réception sont très utiles, j'ai reçu un check-in précoce à 12:30PM.
District de shopping.
Comme c'est une zone occupée, préparez-vous pour le trafic de jour entier.

IInvitéCe lieu est devenu vieillissant. Personnel mal géré. Des problèmes graves réduisent le contrôle climatique, en fait il n'existe pas au marié. .Beaucoup de pardons, peu d'action. Il est temps de retirer la marque JW de l'immeuble, insensé!

TTanjilHonestly speaking, the hotel was great. The location was a bit far from the airport, BUT it is located at one of the cleanest places in Kolkata, making it a huge plus. Now for the details:
Room: 5/5. The decoration, the ambiance, the wall art.
Lobby and other places: 5/5. Absolutely loved the design and hotel architecture.
Bathroom: 3.5/5. Honestly, it is a basic bathroom, but I expected more from a 5 star hotel, even on the cheaper rooms. There was no bathtub, which I feel is fairly common everywhere I’ve stayed in.
ONE PROBLEM: A major issue I have faced was after turning on the water. It had a smell, which I am guessing is from the river beside it. I feel like the Hotel should add a water filter to avoid this problem, because the smell doesn’t go away until the water is turned on for at least 5-10minutes. If I wasn’t South Asian, I probably couldn’t have taken the smell as easily as I did. I would put this in High Priority to fix for attracting many more customers.
Bar and Food: 4/5. Good collection, great taste but very expensive.
Lastly, a shoutout to Al Jabbar and Al Sahid from the Housecleaning service, they were extremely polite, fast, very thorough with their cleaning and very well mannered. Absolutely a delight to talk to and learn about the local areas.
I would definitely stay at this hotel again. Very rare to find such good hotels, with some minor flaws.

PPANCHALAs a touring musician, I have stayed at upscale hotels worldwide, and this might be my favorite ANYWHERE. VERY comfortable, quiet rooms. The facility is beautiful and welcoming inside and out with a sharp, modern design. I particularly enjoyed the rooftop pool/spa/gymnasium area -with the excellent view, this was a great place to start the morning! The restaurant and adjacent bar are very nice. Most importantly, every single person who works here, whether front desk staff, security, or ***agement, is OUTSTANDING. They take pride in their hotel and genuinely want you to enjoy your stay. The hotel is also in a beautiful neighborhood. I sincerely hope to come back!
