I had a very pleasant stay at this hotel and overall it was a great experience. One of the best things about it was the location. It was very convenient and made it easy to get around, whether for sightseeing, shopping, or finding places to eat. Everything I needed was close by, and the area felt lively and accessible, which made the trip much more enjoyable. Another thing that stood out was the cleanliness of the hotel. The room was very clean when I arrived, and it was clear that the hotel takes good care of its facilities. The bed was comfortable, the bathroom was spotless, and the common areas were also well maintained. A clean and tidy environment always makes a big difference, and it definitely helped me feel comfortable and relaxed during my stay. The staff were also one of the highlights. Everyone I spoke to was polite, friendly, and very helpful. They were happy to answer questions, offer assistance, and make sure guests felt welcome. Their positive attitude created a warm atmosphere and added a personal touch to the whole experience. It is always nice to stay somewhere that values good service, and the staff here really helped make the visit smooth and enjoyable. I also appreciated the local recommendations provided by the staff. They suggested nearby restaurants, cafés, and places to visit, which helped me experience more of the area beyond the usual tourist spots. Their advice was useful and showed that they genuinely wanted guests to have a good time, not just at the hotel but in the surrounding neighborhood as well. Overall, I would recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable and convenient place to stay. With its excellent location, high standards of cleanliness, and kind, helpful staff, it offers a very positive experience. I would definitely consider staying here again in the future.

I feel a bit conflicted about this hotel because, considering the price, the experience did not fully meet expectations. Our room, number 32, was located directly above the reception area and was extremely noisy. We could hear noise from the reception, the breakfast room, the swimming pool, and the garden. It gave us the impression that better rooms may be reserved for returning guests, while first-time guests are given less desirable ones. The room looked clean at first glance, but it was only partially serviced: the bed was made, but we did not receive fresh towels and had to ask for them ourselves. Also, dust was all over the place and sand from the beach too. Breakfast was good, but the seating system was confusing. Seats are not assigned, yet guests are not allowed to sit at tables with numbers and can only sit at tables without numbers. It was never clearly explained and felt unnecessarily complicated. The swimming pool is very nice, but gardening work was carried out while people were sunbathing, which was quite annoying and not very relaxing. The shuttle to the beach is a nice service, and the beach itself is lovely. However, the restaurant there is extremely expensive so we recommend you eat elsewhere like we did. Overall, it is not a bad hotel, but for the price paid, I expected a better experience. It is not somewhere I would choose to return to.

Amazing place, the hotel was very clean, and the people at the reception were incredibly kind. It’s very close to the Grotte di Frasassi, you can get there by driving down the road for 5 minutes. Incredible the spa area, well worth the €18 it costs. My only sad note is on the quality of the mattress that was a bit outdated, a refresh would be greatly appreciated I believe. Still I would come back and make sure to check out the breakfast and the restaurant, top quality!

Le service est bon, la chambre est inséparable du son, l'environnement du salon et du restaurant est bon, les détails de la chambre sont généralement tels que les fenêtres ont des trous cassés, le bain est un peu épais, etc. Mais l'hygiène est en général OK, le restaurant du haut est très beau, mais super mal mangé, nous avons tous ri, il est recommandé de prendre un verre de vin pour prendre des photos, On va manger ou on va manger.

Good choice for driving with car. You can have a spa for charge. Small n nice swimming pool. Very good breakfast n service.

Location belle, chambre normale , un peu petite en vérité . Pour des problèmes de temps, je n'ai pas pu profiter de la spa, parce qu'elle ferme à 20 h. Le petit déjeuner décevant , surtout sur les boissons horribles , est une autre note négative du garage qui coûte 10 euros supplémentaires .

Honnêtement, l'hôtel ne mérite pas ses 4 étoiles. L'insonorisation est très mauvaise. On entend les conversations dans la chambre d'à côté et il y a beaucoup de bruit dans le couloir. De plus, les femmes de chambre entrent par effraction dans la chambre, alors que j'avais accroché une étiquette sur la porte pour demander de ne pas déranger.

Le personnel est utile. L'environnement est bon mais assez quelques mosquitos dans la salle de repas et plusieurs petits vols dans la chambre des clients.

Il est une structure confortable et bien organisée, idéale comme base pour visiter Urbino et les environs. Les chambres sont spacieuses et propres, l'environnement est calme et le parking confortable. Le personnel est courtois et professionnel. Certains aspects pourraient être mis à jour pour rendre l'expérience encore plus agréable, mais dans l'ensemble, le séjour a été positif. Une option fiable, avec un bon rapport qualité-prix.
