Большой отель со всем необходимым, можно заказать еду в номер. Хороший бассейн на крыше. Персонал всегда готов помочь, хотя не очень хорошо говорит по-английски, и тут необходима настойчивость. Курение разрешено практически везде. Рядом рынок с едой и прочим.

La chambre était propre, confortable et répondait à nos attentes. Le petit déjeuner était excellent, avec une grande variété de choix. Cependant, le service de bureau frontal pourrait être amélioré. Un membre du personnel, Banyan, était plutôt rude et non professionnel, demandant à maintes reprises les mêmes questions même après que nous les avions répondu. Nous avons essayé leur service spa comme il semble dans la photo. Globalement, un grand hôtel avec une excellente qualité de la chambre et un petit déjeuner, mais le service de bureau frontal a besoin d'une amélioration.

Были в марте на 3 дня, этот отель жемчужина! Потрясающие виды на реку, красивая ухоженная территория с обилием цветов и раскидистых деревьев, большой бассейн, очень доброжелательный персонал, может где то не очень понимают в Английском, но всегда стараются помочь чем могут. Отель не новый, скорее остатки былой роскоши, но это только добавляет ему шарма. Очень мало людей, отдохнули душой после шумных городов.

Location, amazing. Ambiance, great. While the service and staff are excellent, but sadly the place is under maintenance. Perhaps it was because of significant reduction of guests in Bagan. Breakfast was good. Room services was good. The hotel graciously allowed us to check in early, but I found that the toilet and towels were not cleaned properly. I alerted the front desk and they immediately cleaned the room. Another issue related to the toilet was the permanent stain on the wall and floor, and also the very low water pressure. For that price and the cleanliness, I got a bit frustrated.

Location is the king. You can walk from the hotel to most places in old bagan. Hotel is just beautiful, gardens are eye candy. Cleanliness is questionable, I guess because throwing things on the floor is just normal in cultural way, as well as dust and spider webs are just part of the nature :) Food is 10-40k, a bit more expensive then average. Massage is good, 30/40k for 1/1.5 hours. Staff is unbelievable friendly and helpful!, they can easily forget something, but would try their best to help you.

Excellent stay here & extended one extra day in Bagan. Staffs are super friendly & helpful, it’s inside the bagan pagodas & backyard is Irrawaddy river, quiet & pewceful. Very thankful that they let me check in earlier at 7.30am & upgraded my room to suite. I had the most wonderful time staying here in Bagan! Highly recommended!!!

I stayed at Holidays Pier Hotel for 2 days during my business trip on November 2025 . The room was beautifully and clean. The location was perfect with city view. The staff went above and beyond to ensure we had a comfortable stay. However, the air conditioning in our room was a bit noisy. Overall, it was a delightful experience.

친절한 직원들과 좋은 경험을 받았으나, 현재 정문 출입구 공사중으로 인해 체크인 카운터가 옆문으로 이동하여 운영중이고, 1층(실제 2층)에서 묵었는데 엘리베이터 문이 열리고 제일 먼자 복도에서 나는 담배냄새가 역겨웠다. 방별 금연으론 냄새제거가 어려우니 층별로 금연층을 제공해주면 좋을것 같다. 아침식사는 시간이 부족해서 충분히 즐기진 못했지만 맛있었다. 단지 블랙커피를 준비하자 않고 믹스커피 봉지를 준다.
