L’hôtel est bien le lit est confortable mais les travaux en plein nuit sont assez désagréable . Le pommeau de douche est cassé et la pression de l’eau est basse . Une fois les travaux fini il sera excellent

Autour de la construction du métro, l'entrée est à grande vitesse, traverser la route est dangereux. En traversant la route se trouve la Tour du Roi.
On estime que la circulation sera correcte une fois le métro terminé
Le petit déjeuner ne correspond pas au goût chinois.
Le personnel de service était correct.
L'air conditionné dans la chambre était très froid et froid, et les tasses étaient matelassées et très fines.
La température du climatiseur peut être ajustée.
La salle a 55 mètres carrés.

Il y a un chantier de construction entre l'hôtel et Starbucks.
La porte d'entrée de l'hôtel donne sur une route principale, ce qui est assez bruyant, mais il est pratique de prendre un taxi.
Les installations sont relativement anciennes, et c'est un vieil hôtel.

Pour ce prix et cette localisation, il est déjà à la hauteur.
L'hôtel dispose de tout, les services sont bons, le petit déjeuner a une variété de plats et la chambre que j'ai été parfaitement propre et sans problèmes.
Je pense à réserver Haven Plaza pour mon prochain voyage à Riyadh.

I recently stayed at this hotel for a business trip, and I must say, the location was spot on—extremely convenient to our office, which made commuting a breeze. The room itself was quite spacious, providing a comfortable environment to relax and work.
However, the building is showing its age and could use some updates to enhance the overall experience. Some of the amenities also left a bit to be desired; they were not as user-friendly or modern as I would have hoped.
Overall, while the hotel’s location and room size are definite positives, the outdated facilities and less-than-ideal amenities might prompt me to consider other options in the future.

MMsMelissaDisappointing experience with serious service issues, partially salvaged by the duty manager.
My stay at JW Marriott Riyadh started off very poorly. I arrived at 3 a.m., and check-in was disappointing — no welcome drink, no upgrade, and none of my pre-arrival requests were met. My room was small, not on a high floor, and the “genius suite” was misleading: the bathtub’s view is blocked by fixed blinds. On top of that, someone was smoking on a non-smoking floor, which made me feel unwell, and reception offered no real solution.
Concierge service was equally frustrating. I had arranged a driver for a trip to the Edge of the World, but I received conflicting information and was quoted a price three times the market rate. When I raised the issue with the concierge, he promised to resolve it and never got back to me. Complaints at reception and with concierge went completely unaddressed, forcing me to escalate directly to the duty manager.
Thankfully, the duty manager intervened and salvaged my stay — upgrading me to a penthouse suite for a few hours and offering a complimentary dinner. While his support was excellent, it shouldn’t have taken escalating multiple complaints to get any resolution.
Overall, the hotel itself is luxurious, but inconsistent service at reception and concierge, misleading room descriptions, and poor handling of complaints make this a risky experience.

The bell service was welcoming and aided us in taking our luggage
Upon my check in the receptionist was very respectful , welcoming , addressed our issues regarding the room with ease
Once we reached our room faisal sulaiman from the bell service helped in delivering the bags , he was fun and made our night. During the breakfast time, an Arab lady that always stand infront of the dining room , I appreciated her that she remembered us and the table that we used to have our breakfast on , I was happy that the waiters pay attention to the details . Moreover , all the waiters were very helpful in aiding us with getting the food that we want , welcoming and smiling . I liked the atmosphere of the dining room , as if you are living in a palace !, Mr,Faizan was always asking about our health and how was our stay , he always made sure that our experience during the breakfast time was fantastic and to the upper limit . We received a hospitality by Mr.Turki from the reception , thank you for your generosity . While we checked out we asked the concierge for a golf car to drop us to via Riyadh they made sure that it arrives early , special thank to them . And during our last moment from our stay , the bell service were always that received us with a smile and farewell us with a smile . Thank you ritz Carlton for the experience

The check-in and check-out process was very fast, making it a hassle-free experience.
Room:
The room was nice and big, providing plenty of space. The bed was comfortable, ensuring a good night's sleep. The bathroom was nice, though it was a bit inconvenient that a toothbrush was prepared for only one person. Additionally, the room card stopped functioning after one night, requiring a trip to the reception to fix it.
Room Service Food:
The room service food was quite good. The grilled chicken was delicious, but the chicken biryani was just nice, nothing extraordinary.
Breakfast:
Breakfast was excellent! A special mention to Nour, who was very helpful, polite, and friendly. The service provided by Nour was top-notch.
Spa:
The spa is available only for males. We had to go to another place for a female spa, which was inconvenient.
Getting Around:
Getting around was very easy using Uber, making transportation convenient and stress-free.
Overall Experience:
A very satisfying stay with excellent service and comfortable accommodations. Would recommend for a pleasant stay, though the spa facilities could be more inclusive, and the room card issue needs to be addressed.

L'hôtel est situé dans une zone en construction et il y a beaucoup de poussière.
Il n'y a pas beaucoup de visiteurs, donc le restaurant ne prépare pas un buffet ouvert, le petit déjeuner est ramené à votre chambre selon ce qu'ils ont.

LLuuujiLe style général de conception de l'hôtel est très élégant, simple et confortable. Le petit déjeuner est très riche, les fruits et les pains seront plus riches dans d'autres hôtels. Le service est très bon, vérifiez nos quatre boîtes, et le portail ne nous a pas aidé à transférer nos bagages dans notre bagage.
La salle de sport est très belle.

L'hôtel Luxury Collection, situé au cœur de l'histoire de Diriyah de l'Arabie saoudite, capture l'âme de la tradition de Najdi avec l'hospitalité de classe mondiale.
De l'architecture de mud-brick incroyable aux courtois serenes et aux intérieurs saudiens guéris, chaque coin de la propriété raconte une histoire. Les chambres sont des sanctuaires pacifiques et l'expérience de manger célébre les goûts locaux avec élégance et créativité.
Bab Samhan est plus qu'un hôtel c'est une expérience culturelle.

Food: great breakfast and dinner buffet - western style with some Arab traditional food.
