The room was quiet big and spacious. The location was great. Breakfast needs alot of attention needs improvement, not much choice to choose from and the quality of food was not even up to the mark. The amenities in the room were of poor quality, the iron in the room was a simple one (no steam iron available) the shampoo n stuff was of very poor quality, the tv in the room was not working properly. I requested the reception to arrange a taxi/ cab to the airport which he simply denied thank GOD i had the cream app other wise i would have struggled to get a ride towards the airport.

Rooms are very large and clean and truthfully nicely decorated! I was very pleased with the cleanliness of the furniture and the premises. Yes the hotel building looks small and the reception area is small but, everything is of premium quality with modern design. It is also designed very practically, with the restaurant on one side of the reception and Costa serving cafe on the other side. Room design/cleanliness and breakfast premises and variety are the two top important things for my travels. Cantonal gets 10/10 for both, in its class. Staff politeness and responsiveness are the second important criteria and Cantonal gets 10/10 for that, too. I don't recommend hotels easily but I can recommend Cantonal with confidence.

Bonne location, pour ce prix dans la zone considérer le meilleur, assez propre mais pas nouveau hôtel, donc l'odeur de bois est là... globalement il est un bon endroit pour rester

Le service hôtelier est très bon, le petit déjeuner est également bon et la vie à proximité est très pratique. C'est un hôtel traditionnel, mais les embouteillages sont assez sérieux. Si vous aimez la ville animée, vous pouvez choisir cet hôtel. vaut la peine d'être recommandé

La chambre paraissait un peu vieille et défraîchie. Des bruits de travaux, liés à des rénovations ou à autre chose, étaient constants et assez forts toute la journée. Le petit-déjeuner était correct, suffisant pour me rassasier, mais il n'y avait pas de fruits.

Had fun because they have a lot of things going on for eid. Hope they'll train the guard to assist guess to speak english, at least ask if we are guess so they can allow us to park inside because we were asked to park outside because of miscommunication. Outdoor pool hours is bad. Until 5:30 only when it just started to cool down. Location is far from city center but food delivery reaches. Dunkin donut by the lobby also helps.

Bon aspect : la chambre est grande, la position est bonne, proche de la bibliothèque nationale, le service est OK. Il y a des améliorations à apporter: les lumières sont très sombres, la chambre se sent plus sombre, le petit déjeuner est généralement.

Dans l'hôtel qui a vécu pendant cette voyage en Arabie saoudite, ce complexe est abordable. L'attitude du personnel de service de l'hôtel est en place, il semble que l'Arabie saoudite a engagé de nombreux étrangers autour de lui. L'hôtel voit les employés avec un peu de coussin et de sol enveloppés.

La chambre était propre et confortable, mais une partie de la chambre de fumée a été entrée dans notre chambre qui est un peu inconfortable parce que nous avons un bébé avec nous.

An outstanding hotel experience. The hotel is genuinely excellent, with a prime and highly convenient location. The level of service is exceptionally refined and professional, reflecting genuine attention to detail and guest comfort.
