الصراحه كل شي حلو حتى الفطور بس النادي سيء بس موب مشكله انا مشترك بنادي برا الفندق بس كل شي حلو مافي شي غلط انا مستاجر غرفتين مختلفه وحده الدور السادس وحده السابع حنا كنا قروبين الصدق الاستقبال مريحين وخدومين ومحترمين جداً

We had a wonderful time here. The room was great. We were able to walk to some places from here and it was central for taxis/ubers. The room was really nice and they couldn’t have done more to be helpful during our stay. We are a couple hours d times at Dish, the restaurant there for dinner and snacks and it was very good. There’s also a nice cafe, bar (non alcoholic) and workspaces and lounge areas. I used the rooftop pool a few times which was wonderful and there were nice clean changing rooms and sauna. Thank you for the welcome.

L'hôtel est meilleur et très proche de l'hôtel Wanhoo. C'est dans cette rue, un peu épais, il devrait être fait de manière générale par l'isolement sonore. En outre, l'hôtel est en général OK.

La zone est très peuplée, à l'inverse de nombreuses parties de riyadh, mais près de nombreux endroits bons que je trouve est un plus.
La réception était fluide en anglais, la chambre est propre et nous avons une mise à niveau qui est très appréciée car notre chambre précédemment disponible était une chambre non-fumeur mais située dans un étage de fumée.

IInvitéL'hôtel est très proche du centre-ville. Bien que la décoration soit un peu vieillotte, le rapport qualité-prix est excellent. Notre chambre n'avait pas de baignoire, mais je l'ai trouvée très confortable. Les transports en commun sont très pratiques, avec un arrêt de bus tout près.

My stay at JW Marriott Riyadh started off very poorly. I arrived at 3 a.m., and check-in was disappointing — no welcome drink, no upgrade, and none of my pre-arrival requests were met. My room was small, not on a high floor, and the “genius suite” was misleading: the bathtub’s view is blocked by fixed blinds. On top of that, someone was smoking on a non-smoking floor, which made me feel unwell, and reception offered no real solution.
Concierge service was equally frustrating. I had arranged a driver for a trip to the Edge of the World, but I received conflicting information and was quoted a price three times the market rate. When I raised the issue with the concierge, he promised to resolve it and never got back to me. Complaints at reception and with concierge went completely unaddressed, forcing me to escalate directly to the duty manager.
Thankfully, the duty manager intervened and salvaged my stay — upgrading me to a penthouse suite for a few hours and offering a complimentary dinner. While his support was excellent, it shouldn’t have taken escalating multiple complaints to get any resolution.
Overall, the hotel itself is luxurious, but inconsistent service at reception and concierge, misleading room descriptions, and poor handling of complaints make this a risky experience.

We were incredibly touched by the effort Jaybie, Kim, and Kelvin put into making our special day so memorable. The surprise prepared was the absolute highlight of our trip, and we are so grateful for the impeccable service and genuine warmth.

The check-in and check-out process was very fast, making it a hassle-free experience.
Room:
The room was nice and big, providing plenty of space. The bed was comfortable, ensuring a good night's sleep. The bathroom was nice, though it was a bit inconvenient that a toothbrush was prepared for only one person. Additionally, the room card stopped functioning after one night, requiring a trip to the reception to fix it.
Room Service Food:
The room service food was quite good. The grilled chicken was delicious, but the chicken biryani was just nice, nothing extraordinary.
Breakfast:
Breakfast was excellent! A special mention to Nour, who was very helpful, polite, and friendly. The service provided by Nour was top-notch.
Spa:
The spa is available only for males. We had to go to another place for a female spa, which was inconvenient.
Getting Around:
Getting around was very easy using Uber, making transportation convenient and stress-free.
Overall Experience:
A very satisfying stay with excellent service and comfortable accommodations. Would recommend for a pleasant stay, though the spa facilities could be more inclusive, and the room card issue needs to be addressed.

1118839****我覺得整個酒店的位置特別的方便，出門大概走2分鐘就可以到展會，如果是來出差的話，其實是一個非常好的選擇，周邊雖然相對不是市中心，但其實還是有很多吃飯的地方也很方便，有咖啡店又超市生活也很便捷，但是在沙特呢，也不需要走路，最好是有量自己的車子，所以其實這個位置也相對不是太遠，我覺得這是一個非常好的位置，但是我在這裏住了十幾天酒店給我的房間是直接朝着大平台的大平台，那個地方是有人晚上看足球的，所以我必須得把窗簾全程拉着，否則會有私隱泄露的情況，一開始第一天我沒有意識到下面有人後麪我才看到原來下面有這麼多人在那裡看足球，我中間有提出讓酒店幫我更換一個房間，但他們也許是沒有聽懂吧，所以就一直説因為我要的是雙人床，其他的雙人床格局都差不多，所以就沒有幫我換，不過總的來説，其實他們的服務還是挺好的，衹不過在沙特本來工作節奏就比較慢，不會像在國內那麼的迅速，但是都有人在正常的服務，停車的話是可以免費的幫我們代客停車，這點非常的方便，酒店的吃飯其實比較貴，早餐如果你提前訂也要差不多100塊錢一個人，然後如果你單獨定的話就更貴了，所以我覺得價格還是偏高的，但是不管怎麼説，在沙特這個物價來説也算是塗一個方面還是可以的吧，但如果有選擇的話，我建議還是自己出去外面吃或者是自己帶一些更符合自己口味的吧，去超市買其實也不貴，其他的就相對來説比較平常，但是是一個非常好的商務出差的酒店，如果是度假的話就不建議選這裏了，畢竟這裏不太適合度假氛圍
