If you’re looking for the perfect Bodrum escape, look no further than Lugga Boutique Hotel & Beach. From the moment we arrived, everything felt just right.
Our room was beautifully appointed — comfortable, stylish, and the kind of space you genuinely don’t want to leave. The balcony made it even better, giving us a lovely spot to wind down at the end of each day.
The beach and pool area were simply stunning. Crystal-clear water, sun loungers at the ready, and an atmosphere that strikes the perfect balance between lively and relaxed. We spent most of our days here and never once wanted to be anywhere else.
Breakfast deserves a special mention — it was an absolute highlight. Fresh, generous, and lovingly put together every morning. The authentic traditional Turkish tea served at the table was a true delight, and the simit — that gorgeous sesame-crusted bread — became my personal favourite way to start the day.
What truly elevates Lugga above other hotels is the people. This is a family-run hotel, and you feel it in every interaction. The warmth here isn’t rehearsed — it’s genuine. The hand-made Turkish coffee offered at reception was an unexpectedly lovely touch, the kind of small gesture that stays with you long after you’ve checked out.
We left already talking about coming back. Lugga isn’t just a hotel — it’s an experience. Highly, highly recommend.

DDoaaTrès bon endroit pour la relaxation avec une vue agréable difficile à atteindre sans une voiture pas de vie nocturne à tout après 10 h 30 rien du tout donc nous avons dû louer une voiture pour aller à la ville . Ils ont changé la procédure de serviettes par la plage sans nous informer qu'ils refusaient de me donner des serviettes très jolies petit-déjeuner mais le personnel refuse de servir des boissons chaudes après 10 h 30 très bon conseiller d'appui parking gratuit

I recently stayed at XO Cape in Fethiye. While the hotel has immense potential and some fantastic highlights, the overall experience fell short of a true luxury getaway, leading me to give it a 3 out of 5-star rating.
### The Good: Rooms, Grounds, and Dining
On the positive side, the hotel itself is absolutely beautiful. The rooms are stunning, modern, and well-designed, and the entire property and grounds are beautifully maintained. Another major highlight was the food—everything we ate was very good, highly flavorful, and beautifully presented. The culinary team definitely knows what they are doing.
### The Bad: Service and Value for Money
Unfortunately, the service is where the experience truly stumbles. For a hotel in this price range, you expect attentive and professional hospitality, but we found the staff to be largely untrained. On multiple occasions, we noticed employees hanging around on their smartphones rather than paying attention to or serving the guests. It felt like we had to wave people down just to get basic service.
＞ **Final Verdict:** Because of the lackluster service, that absolute ”luxury feeling” you expect at this price point never quite kicked in. It’s a beautiful property held back by poor service. However, if they manage to fix these issues and train their staff properly, **we would definitely come back in the future.**

MMomo235The room is quite spacious, well-designed and smell nice. The staffs at the hotel were very friendly and always asked if everything’s okay. However, I still felt like the hotel wasn’t fully ready for the customers. The breakfast option is only Turkish breakfast with eggs. If you plan to stay for 4 days or more, you’ll definitely get tired of it even though I liked the cheese plates with honeycombs so much. I wish the hotel add some more options for guests. Also, the hotel is quite far from everything if you take a taxi to the marina, it would be quite pricy unless you go with a big group of people and no place to eat, only at the hotel restaurant which is super pricey. But, it will be nice if you want to escape the crowd as it was really peaceful. The beach was clean and the water was crystal clear which is a plus. The worst part was just a slow service and they always forgot to put bottle of water every time they cleaned my room and I always had to ask for it ,so on our last night, we didn’t ask cause it was to tiring to just keep asking for water. Moreover, the water is only complimentary two bottles per day which was very weird for the 5 stars hotel.

Ttimmocooper4 stars, once, a long time ago! Perfect location, nicely designed, but long past it's prime. The receptionist said he was tired, when I arrived, they only had 9 rooms occupied out of 78, the 2nd weekend of June. Extensive gardens, overgrown, and dotted with broken hotel furniture. Deluxe room, overlooking the garden mess, and the WiFi didn't work.
I asked for a kettle, but was told the management doesn't allow.....4 stars? An hour later Sumat ( super guy, trying hard) brought a kettle, but no cup. Cup arrived eventually. No water in the rooms. WiFi still not working, despite Sumats attempts. Then, the AC exploded and dumped 2 litres of water on the bed.
Had to wait 40 mins in the bar for a clean room ( and 70 were unoccupied).
My 2nd Delux room overlooked the carpentry work and staff area.
That evening I realised the light bulbs were not working, except in the bathroom. I gave up, and slept.
The following morning I opened the bathroom window, and it came off in my hands, as did the towel rail.
It's so sad to see a beautiful hotel fall apart, staff are demoralised, and have lost interest.
I escaped, as early as I could, and will not return.

OOlgaBorsukОтличное расположение отеля, до центра пешком минут 25. Близко ТЦ Блю Порт. Боковой вид на море, собственный пляж. Вход в море, мелкая колючая Галька, лучше браться специальные тапки. Хороший скромный завтрак в ресторане отеля. Посетители, пожилые иностранцы.в основном англичане. Номер очень маленький. Холодильник и чайник с чаем в наличии. Очень. Удобная постель и подушки. Душевая кабина удобная для полных, есть где развернуться, но двери нет и поэтому вода везде. Это не критично для меня. Самое плохое, это фен. Выключается после 1 минуты работы. Уложить волосы невозможно, огромный минус. Из принадлежностей, только ватные палки и крем для тела. Ну и гель для душа.
Отель не новый, но следят за всем отлично, качественно.

IInvitéВеликолепный отель, чистота, сервис, завтрак, все супер. Жалею, что смогла остаться только на 1 день, здесь хочется задержаться. Совсем рядом с мариной, 5-10 минут до старого города, но при этом ощущается уединенным райским уголком. В субботу вечером была слышна живая музыка концерта в марине и матч в спортбаре напротив.
Есть хамам в соседнем отеле Yacht Classic, там же вечером работает ресторан с видом на яхты

IInvitéL'hôtel était bon, propre et assez nouveau. Le personnel était ami et utile. La nourriture était moyenne. Il y a vraiment des clubs hauts à côté de l'hôtel qui jouent vraiment de la musique haute jusqu'à 00:30. Les fenêtres n'étaient pas grands et il était impossible de dormir jusqu'à ce que les clubs ferment chaque nuit. Trouver un parking de rue dans la zone peut être difficile. La situation est grande. Si ce n'était pas pour la musique loud dans la zone, je n'aurais rien à manquer.

Le petit déjeuner de l'hôtel est magnifique.
La qualité du service est excellente, vous ne pouvez pas trouver le sens de la nettoyage ici dans de nombreux hôtels, les salles de cuisine, les services de l'équipe fonctionnent parfaitement, ils nettoient toujours le plus petit débit.
Je vous propose de faire une bonne idée.
C'est pourquoi je donne 4 étoiles à l'hôtel, il faut des petites touches et des petites innovations dans les chambres d'hôtel.
