Hôtels avec Spa à Samarcande, Ouzbékistan

We were very satisfied with our stay at this hotel. Although it’s rated 4 stars, it offers amenities and service comparable to some 5-star hotels. Our room was spacious, featuring a balcony, a spotless bathroom, and four complimentary bottles of water although we are a couple. The reception staff were friendly and helpful, arranging our private visit to the SPA and swimming pool, which we thoroughly enjoyed. Breakfast was delicious, with a wider and better selection than some nearby 5-star hotels. The only downsides were the location of the rooms, which are separate from the main building, the absence of an elevator, and open-air corridors connecting the rooms to the dining and SPA areas. This can be uncomfortable during colder months like February, so dressing warmly is advisable. This hotel is definitely THE BEST DEAL you can find in the area and it's just 10 minutes walk from the main attraction in Samarkand.

We are so happy and satisfied with this hotel until the day we checked out. We were accused of taking the laundry bag which is worth 300k Uzbek SUM. I went up with 2 staff and it turned out it was in the drawer all the time (the funny thing is I never even touched it.) I don’t blame these 2 staff as I know it is their responsibility to make sure nothing was missing/stolen (though next time it would be appreciated if they can check it more thoroughly.) What truly pissed me off is the attitude from another female staff at the reception named Zarifa. From the moment we checked out, she just looked grumpy and when my friend said “we never used it”, she reacted with “I am sure you did” in a very rude way! Even later on, it turned out to be in the drawer in the room, she was not even apologetic (the other 2 staff at least said “sorry for the mistake.” This is one of the 2 five star hotels in Samarkand and I just hope what we paid at this hotel is equivalent to the amount of respect you show to your customers. The hotel really NEEDS to put more training in your staff’s service. By the way, we had a really nice chat with another staff named “Firdav” at the first floor bar (if I remember his name correctly, he is tall and bit skinny). He had worked in Hilton for 2 years and the professionalism and politeness he demonstrated is just another level. PLEASE LEARN FROM HIM THAT HOW A STAFF AT 5 STAR HOTEL SHOULD BEHAVE AND TREAT THEIR GUESTS!!

レギスタン広場まで徒歩15分くらい。ミニショップまで7分くらい。旧市街の奥まった住宅街にある。 中庭が気持ちよく、テラスの席で風を感じる。朝食は個別にサーブされる。果物を結構盛ってくれる。 室内は廊下で靴を脱ぐ。4泊したが3日目に掃除とタオル類の取り替えがあった。 部屋には歯ブラシはあるがコップがない。 冷房の効きも良い。シャワールーム、適温水流良し。 帰路チェックアウトしオーナーの手配した車で鉄道駅まで無料で送ってもらう。 宿のオーナー、長男はフレンドリーで英語でいろいろ話しかけてくれる。

[Hébergement de luxe à Samarcande] Cet hôtel est situé à environ 5 minutes à pied de la place Registan à Samarkand, et il y a également une salle de mariage pour les locaux à côté. L'intérieur luxueux correspond au décor de l'hôtel et votre impatience pour votre séjour augmente dès l'instant où vous entrez dans le hall. Un des membres du personnel de l'hôtel parlait un peu japonais et m'a salué gentiment en disant « Bonjour » dans un japonais approximatif. Les chambres sont élégantes et les lits sont confortables. De plus, le buffet du petit-déjeuner proposait une grande variété d'options et était très satisfaisant et délicieux !

Изначально, мы расстроились из-за местоположения - до всех памятников архитектуры нужно ехать на такси. Но нас второй день мы всё поняли, насколько ошибались. В Самарканде нет какого-то старого города, по которому можно в 6 утра встать, и гулять пока нет жары. А Хилтон есть Хилтон. Шикарнейшие номера, супер гостеприимный сервис, завтраки на 10 из 10. У нас даже был включён лаунж почему-то, это место с прохлаительными напитками, кофем, вином, а с 18.00 еще и горячими блюдами, всё бесплатно. По утрам комплименты в виде орешков и фруктов. Унитазы как в японии, с попомойкой, на пультике. В общем, бомбяо!Бассейн и на улице, и внутри. Есть спа, есть сауна и хамам. В +35 спасало нереально. Вечером можно гулять вокруг ”острова”. Такси в город 25-35тыс.сумов, это очень недорого. Всем рекомендую!

Отличный вариант для остановки в Самарканде. До Регистана можно дойти пешком минут за 15-20. В соседнем доме по улице находится кафе, где готовят Самаркандский плов. Номера просторные, есть спа-зона с небольшим бассейном, хаммамом и сауной. Правда, сауна и хаммам были не сильно прогреты.

C'est principalement le choix de la position pratique, le rapport coût-efficacité, l'aide à la réservation des amis, il a déjà vécu avant, je me sens pas mal, cette fois, il a désigné cet hôtel, la belle ville du paysage

Gem in Samarkand , love the service , ambience and cleanliness. Room is huge , bed comfortable. The staff attitude is marvellous and customer oriented. Love this place. To the right of hotel , there is barbeque restaurant , cheap and delicious. Both staff that i attached served me , they are humble and very helpful.
