Deceptively spacious villa, with private swimming pool, decking and BBQ area, all set in secluded cul-de-sac location, just 500m to the beach and Caribbean sea. Close to main Holetown retail and night-life centre, while retaining its own private, peaceful location. Three en-suite air-conditioned (plus fans) double bedrooms. There is also a 4th separate bathroom. Secure veranda overlooking very quiet maintained park area. Satellite TV, internet access and all usual kitchen and household utilities provided. Off street parking. Large well-maintained gardens. The property now benefits from Solar electric panels with battery storage, making it resilient to any power issues as well as environmentally sustainable.Our aim is to provide a clean, functional and hospitable location at an affordable price so you can enjoy this wonderful island, and so far this has been endorsed by the guests who have stayed.The Barbados government have introduced a Tourism Levy that everyone who rents (both hotels and private apartments) has to pay, and therefore we have no choice but to pass this on. Porters Court is an exclusive gated development of eight luxury chattel style villas nestled around a swimming pool set in tropical gardens. No 1 is one of the largest open-plan villas with a private garden. The exotic planting is representative of the Caribbean and Barbados. Our gardener visits Mon -Fri to look after the gardens and empty the bins. Please bag all food waste. The pool is serviced twice a week to keep everything in order. The price you pay is fully inclusive of electricity water etc. No hidden bills.Number One Porters Court is a Barbados holiday rental with a touch of luxury. Its high ceilings of traditional 'pickled pine' offer two en-suite king-size bedrooms that can be made up into either twin or king-size beds and sleeps, four people. An extra bed can be hired at $20 BDS per day. This will fit comfortably in the second bedroom. The beds are fitted with cool crisp white Egyptian cotton sheets. Air conditioning and ceiling fans will keep you feeling comfortable. The wraparound veranda is perfect for outdoor dining. Harpers ( Refreshed in March 2024 and the photos show the refreshed state) is a beautifully furnished, luxury, 4 bedroom 4 bathroom, holiday villa, situated just north of Holetown St James in the Westmoreland area of Barbados. There are 4 large covered terraces, all have see views. Harpers is located next to Sugar Hill and Royal Westmoreland, just 2 miles north of Holetown where you can find all the amenities you need for your stay. The Villa has a 26ft x 12ft pool, so you can swim and look at the sea view.There is a flat screenTV with streaming stick with many many channels, an Amazon stick with free US and UK channels, a multi region DVD player, ultra fast WiFi.The villa is a self-catering holiday rental with a fully equipped kitchen including, a large fridge-freezer with ice and filtered water, oven/hob, microwave, coffee maker, large toaster and grill/pannini maker.The bedrooms are air-conditioned. There are three with king size beds (which is on the ground floor), and a bedroom with twin single beds. All bedrooms have en suite bathrooms/dressing rooms.Our wonderful housekeeper visits once a week and is a mine of local information.Extra Maid or Cook services can be provided if needed.All linens are provided, including bath and pool towels.Local area: Harpers is in the Westmoreland area just north of Holetown, with the Royal Westmoreland Golf course at the end of the road as well as Sugar Hill Tennis club next door.
