Pour trois personnes voyageant, ce type de chambre est parfait. L'emplacement est très bon. C'est en ville, c'est pratique pour aller partout et on peut garer sa voiture. Il y a une salle de sport et une piscine, le petit déjeuner est également bon et le rapport qualité/prix est bon

Lovely fully equipped apartment. Was surprised to see such a gem just 5 mins away from the city centre. Endless supply of coffee, hot chocolate and water from the reception, and fresh Croissant provided for breakfast. This can be for long or short stays as it has all required kitchen equipment. The air conditioner works really well, iron, ironing board, a safe for keeping items, and multiple wall socket points. Parking is £10 overnight and wifi with good strength. A study/work table is also available . Truly loved it and can't wait to stay here again

This is the second time we have stayed at this hotel, and our choice was primarily due to its convenient location and excellent breakfast. It is very close to the airport and very quiet at night, surrounded by farms and grassland. We love the breakfast because it is not a typical buffet. Instead, you can choose from a menu with a great variety of options, all of which taste wonderful. The restaurant's decoration is also lovely, and you will be more than satisfied with the portions. The restaurant staff are passionate, friendly, and helpful. One point to note is that the reception area often has guests around, which is just an observation and neither positive nor negative. The receptionists always do their best and are very nice and professional. However, the room design is a bit outdated.

I thoroughly enjoyed my stay. A building with a history, Victorian era. Staff were friendly and the paintings around the walls are beautiful. The room was clean, large and the bed was just right, not too soft. Great location, just across the station and convenient to walk to town and other sites of interest. I would stay there again.

Le personnel est incroyable. Le personnel est étonnant - surtout le petit déjeuner. Chambre propre et fraîche et petit déjeuner hors de ce monde. Ils donnent également de la nourriture de poulet pour nourrir les cochons et poulets après le petit déjeuner. Ils nous ont déménagés dans une chambre tranquille quand nous étions près de l'ascenseur. Pas de questions. Le prix était étonnant pour 5 nuits avec petit déjeuner. Ne peux pas attendre de revenir.

We have had a lovely stay, and it would only take a few tweaks to make this hotel better. Good: *It's in the perfect location, we took an uber into the centre of Chester for less than £5. *Breakfast was relaxed with a great selection as a buffet service. *Spacious room with all the amenities you need. *Plenty of free parking. *Beautiful grounds and really quiet at night. *Great value for money Needs Improving: *Cleaning standard is average, black mold around the taps in the bathroom that could be easily resolved. *Bathroom floor was desperate for a good mop *Bed wasn't the comfiest as 2 twins fastened together leaving a gap in the middle. *Staffing levels affecting customer service levels, we decided to order room service, took an age to answer the phone and then said could be collected from reception, kind of goes against the point of room service, so we left it, not great for the hotels add on sales if that happens everytime. *No enough bar staff, we ordered food but it was cold and one meal was not what we ordered but too hungry to wait for it to be replaced, apparently fish finger sandwich is identical to fish and chips anyway according to the waitress! Like I said it won't take much for this hotel to raise it's customer service standards to an excellent level, more staff will fix most of the issues, despite everything mentioned we would probably stay again.

L'hôtel est très confortable et très confortable. La taille de la chambre est adéquate avec des lits confortables et des pièges de qualité qui assurent un bon repos. L'hôtel est très propre et bien équipé, seul le bas est l'emplacement qui ne se trouve pas à pied au centre-ville mais ce n'est pas un démarrage parce que le parking de cet hôtel est beaucoup plus facile aux alentours du centre-ville.

We arrived to a very warm welcome, the room was clean and cosy, very happy for the price paid. We will return
