L'emplacement est très bon. Il est à 0 distance du Skytrain. Il est très pratique d'acheter une carte de métro d'une journée pour aller partout, y compris l'aéroport, les magasins urbains, l'hôtel est très propre et hygiénique, et il y a un lieu de divertissement. Il y a un délicieux restaurant pour le déjeuner en face du hall de l'hôtel. Il est fortement recommandé.

Well run, the rooms were ready for us, clean. Although small the rooms were, we were busy all weekend and we were there to sleep in them not host a party etc.

This hotel is under Marriott and is well managed by friendly staff at the front desk. Check-in and check-out are quick and smooth. Indoor guest car parking is just across the street for $9.45. The spacious rooms and bathrooms have significant counter areas decorated with bright lights. Ice machines are on every floor. Washing and drying machines are available for $3 each. The indoor swimming pool opens from 7am to 11pm, and the gym is open 24/7. The only downside was the coil of the air conditioning was installed in the room, so you will hear the big noise when the coil starts to work the room temperature colder.

Amazing location with beautiful views and can enjoy Emerald lake when there is fewer tourists. However, amenities in room is more dated and has a damp smell. 

Very old style hotel. Dated rooms and layout. Reception area is shabby. It’s clean and housekeeping is good. Staff friendly but the hotel is a bit dilapidated and needs a facelift.

Hotel in good position for visiting the city, very easy access from Seattle ferry, hop on bus tour and museum etc  walkable to main shops and restaurants.  Front hotel rooms would have great views of the harbour etc.  room comfort was ok but furniture dated.  Main issue was problem with the service lift which was immediately behind the room.  We had specifically asked for a quiet room.  Front desk took care to make sure we were away from the public lift, which was fine….. but didn’t take in to account the staff service lift right next to room 829. Constant ‘clunking’ and machinery sounds right next to the bed. Front desk sent up ‘maintenance’ who initially said it was the ice machine but then agreed and admitted there were previous complaints about the lift noise. New room found after a worrying wait and all ok but hassle and repacking etc all unnecessary inconvenience. Especially having asked for a quiet room location .  Otherwise a good hotel and location.

J'ai séjourné ici avec mon partenaire pendant 3 nuits alors que j'étais en ville pour un concert, l'emplacement de l'hôtel était génial car c'est comme à un pâté de maisons du port et si vous êtes à l'aise pour marcher, c'est à 45 minutes à pied de English Bay et à environ 15 minutes. ou moins jusqu'à la rue Robson. Ils ont un restaurant situé dans le hall et la nourriture sentait toujours bon, mais comme nous n'étions là que pour 3 nuits, nous étions plus concentrés sur l'essai de différents restaurants autour de Van, même si nous prévoyons de revenir et d'essayer la nourriture au salon. . Les lits étaient confortables et la chambre était pittoresque et tout ce dont nous avions besoin puisque nous avons passé la plupart du temps hors de la chambre d'hôtel et sommes revenus nous reposer. L'enregistrement et le départ ont également été très simples et rapides.

Super séjour tout est au-delà de la réception jusqu'aux piscines le restaurant est merveilleux Surtout l'hospitalité et l'étonnant clair elle a fait mon matin w son merveilleux sourire Gayla à la concériation elle est si amicale et étonnante

The resort and the room we had were soo Beautiful, we really enjoyed our one day here! Amazing view on the golf court, a big room and bathroom and everything was well decorated, very modern. Also, if you’re a light sleeper, do not worry, it is very well soundproofed. Anyway, everything was perfect so 10/10, will recommend!
