« The hotel is located in a convenient location in the tourist center with restaurants, souvenirs shops and supermarkets nearby. However, the car park on the ground level was insufficient and we needed to park on the slope which were quite difficult. As compared with the hotel charges, the price performance ratio was not that good. »

J'ai demandé une chambre tranquille et a été placé au 1er étage mais dans une chambre la plus proche de la route principale avec beaucoup de bruit de trafic et il y avait la construction qui se poursuivait près avec un bruit et des forages constants jusqu'à 4 heures, donc je n'ai jamais réussi à dormir pour la plupart des par nuit, ce qui signifie que je ne pouvais pas monter tôt pour utiliser les installations.
Ce n'est pas la faute du personnel, mais soyez prudent lors de la réservation.

Excellent food , both at breakfast and in the bar area in the evenings. Also very fast service. never waited more than 15 mins for my evening meal. Friendly attentive staff. Room a little basic but functional. No handheld shower, to compliment the overhead one) and the lighting was a bit dim. Good selection of in room morning hot drinks and biscuits. Swimming pool a good size and warm. Male changing rooms could do with some renovation, Overall I really enjoyed my stay

InvitéThis is a genuinely nice hotel sat right on the banks of the River Ness and a few minutes walk from the center of Inverness. Our room was comfortable and spacious. The breakfast had a good range of choices and was delicious. The staff were polite and friendly and were very happy to fuss over my small child!

The hotel is situated some 20 KM south of Forth William in a small village, located at the loch with views across the water.
The rooms are large and comfortable and clean but not modern, the hotel has a restaurant and pub. I used a room in the main building there are also pods outside near the water.
Was disappointed that the London like rate did not include breakfast, if you charge £285 per night in the country side I would expect breakfast.

The hotel was easy to find, located right by the main road. The rooms were quite small, and with luggage, the space felt a bit tight. However, there was a small outdoor balcony with a table and two chairs, which provided a nice spot to sit and eat.
The rooms looked modern and recently renovated. The bathroom was well-designed, featuring sleek black tiles and gold fixtures, and the hot water worked perfectly. One of the best features of the room was the separate sink area, along with a microwave and fridge. This was especially convenient for heating up food or enjoying ready-to-eat meals from the nearby Aldi if you’re too tired to head out. The room also came with a kettle, coffee, tea, and even a chocolate wafer as a thoughtful welcome touch.
There is no reception desk at this hotel, so it’s important to have internet access as check-in is fully digital. You’ll receive your room number via email just before your arrival. Make sure to complete the online pre-check-in to confirm your stay and receive further instructions.
Overall, it was a comfortable and convenient one-night stay.

Questions emailed to the hotel prior to our arrival was answered quickly and was very helpful.
A very warm welcome on arrival by Miss Mary who was also the one who wa replying to our emails.
Friendly staff. Gave us great suggestions on what to see and do in the area.
We highly recommend this place to everyone.

K T Richard TanStayed here recently when i was touring Scotland. A very nice hotel. Location quite far from Inverness city centre. There is no expressway to and from this hotel at the airport. So the drive can be slow due to the small roads.
The close proximity to the airport does not present any aircraft noise problem. But I could hear my neighbour's hair dryer.
I like the size of the room and the bathroom. Larger than most hotels. I particularly like the walkin shower as my wife and I can't climb in and out of bath tubs.
The breakfast was great even though the variety of choices may not be as large as other Marriott brands of hotels. Fried eggs need to be ordered. The sunnyside up was the best i have eaten.
The staff were all wonderfully friendly and helpful.
You must register your car to avoid being charged. But I am sure with the many talents in the entire Marriott group, I am sure they can think of a better way to manage the parking system without their customers complaining on Internet.
Overall my wife and I enjoyed our stay.

I had a good time here in hotel. The hotel has everything mentioned in it. The room & bathroom was clean and nice. Had powerfull hot water in the shower. Staff were helpful. Very less hotel in this area so it was good one. Food looked like they brought it from outside. It was not that much good. I prefered to eat outside.

Utilisateur anonymeLa chambre était très bien et propre, mais on entendait tous les bruits de la chambre du dessus. À 6 h du matin, une personne en particulier a décidé de faire ses 10 000 pas quotidiens dans sa chambre, et on aurait dit qu'un éléphant marchait. Impossible de dormir, nous avons donc dû nous lever et avons quitté l'hôtel à 7 h 15. Je m'étais plaint la veille, mais comme l'hôtel était complet, je n'avais pas d'autre solution. On m'a dit que c'était à cause de la structure en bois, donc c'était visiblement un problème connu et ils ne devraient pas réserver les deux chambres en même temps.
Il y avait aussi deux chiens derrière la réception, qui était sans personnel, et l'un d'eux a aboyé sans arrêt pendant une heure, pendant notre dîner. Une fois le dîner terminé, ils ont commencé à apporter des céréales pour le petit-déjeuner du lendemain matin, sans les couvrir ; je trouve ça très peu hygiénique.
Les prix des boissons alcoolisées étaient également exorbitants (35,50 £ la bouteille de vin). Bref, une mauvaise expérience que je ne recommande pas.
