For what we paid for the night including Breakfast we were over the moon! Great location, staff very efficient and friendly, breakfast was lovely with great selection of cereals, fruit etc followed by full breakfast of the usual trimmings warm and tasty!
The room was on the small side but that’s what we booked and paid for so it wasn’t a surprise. Everything we needed was provided and the room was warm when we checked in. Lovely modern bathroom!
Our only “negative” was the mattress, it was very firm and may suit some people but not us. Otherwise we would have gave top marks!!
The young gentlemen in charge of breakfast during our stay were very attentive.

L'emplacement de l'hôtel est assez bon. Il est pratique pour se rendre à Sky Island. Cependant, la chambre n'est pas grande et l'isolation phonique est moyenne, mais dans l'ensemble elle est relativement propre. hébergement de groupe touristique.

L'hôtel est vraiment très bon, très confortable. Un peu de vieux pour Aviemore si pas de conduire. N'y a pas mangé, mais le grand restaurant a été bien utilisé pour le petit déjeuner et le dîner, donc je suppose que tout va bien. Il y a une piscine même si je n'en ai pas utilisé. Le salon est très confortable et très confortable. Je vais à cet hôtel de nouveau.

Excellent hostel! Great common self-catering facilities; there were two full kitchens with plenty of tables and seating so multiple parties could be cooking at a time. Staff were very helpful and let me leave my bag before check-in and after check-out to accommodate my bus times.
The room (4-bunk female dorm) was very spacious so plenty of room for sorting through my bags. Bunk was large and included a USB plug and power outlet there. Room had large attached shower and toilet rooms.

L'emplacement est bon, juste à côté de la gare, la gare routière est à 100 mètres de l'hôtel, c'est très pratique pour aller au Loch Ness. Derrière l'hôtel se trouve le supermarché M&S, pratique pour faire du shopping. La réception a une bonne attitude. La chambre est propre et confortable.Des rafraîchissements tels que des biscuits et du café sont fournis, mais il n'y a pas d'eau en bouteille et la salle de bain est petite.

Location was perfect, Decor in room requires freshening up, Back of the door and part of facings were fresh painted but not completed. Shower requires cleaning (Black mould just needs Bleaching ) and the plastic seals replaced They were yellowed with age. Staff were Very efficient and Friendly 😀

Excellent location and cool swimming pool. The fitness centre is quite limited. Getting something to eat in the evening at the bar or getting a coffee in the morning is impossible. Also the bathroom was a little filthy, especially the shower cap full of mold. For 150 pounds per night I wasn't impressed at all. Staff not particularly friendly. It also looks past it's best days. I feel like management of this resort is weak and lacking and should be much better.

L'infrastructure hôtelière n'est pas conviviale pour les voyageurs avec de grosses valises. Les installations et la décoration de l'hôtel sont un peu vieillottes, mais combinées au prix, c'est très rentable. L'emplacement est toujours à environ 15 minutes en voiture de la ville et il y a une vue sur le lac devant l'hôtel. Assurez-vous de prendre le petit-déjeuner. Le petit-déjeuner est riche en plats, réapprovisionné à temps et offre une belle vue depuis les baies vitrées ! Grosse poussée

Loved this hotel , right in the middle of Inverness with lots of pubs and restaurants round about . Also close to train station.
View of the river was great ! We had a privilege room and it was fab .

IInvitéWe were supposed to stay a night on the 3rd, however due to total disaster with the snow (police closing roads, snow gates shut, buses not running, train cancelled last minute) we were unable to travel and had to cancel the onwards travel plans. We explained the situation providing evidence that it was not possible for us to get anywhere and kindly asked if possible to amend to another date, but were refused.
Stayed in the hotel before, not a bad place, but very disappointed that they had not been more understanding of our already disrupted start of the 2026.

IInvitéThe hotel is looking and feeling very tired and dated and in serious need of upgrading. They’re charging 2025 prices for 1980 standard services. They clearly cater for bus tours and large parties which are not there to appreciate where they are and their surroundings. There was serious problem with running hot water in the room as well as in the showers in the spa. I overheard many guests complaining about no hot water in their rooms at reception.
Breakfast was very disappointing, they offer a continental selection of one type of cold meat and one type of sliced cheese with pan loaf bread! Fort William boasts artisan bakery’s so no excuse there. During breakfast very loud 80s movie themed music is blaring, the dining room is so big there’s practically a speaker above every second table. When asked to turn it down we were met with a standard reply, “I was just asked to turn it up”. Totally unbelievable. Due to the large parties tables are not cleared fast enough nor cleaned, we had to clean and set our own table before we could eat and this is where we were directed to sit. Waiting staff are clearly not trained nor directed appropriately for a hotel boasting a high standard. We were not encouraged to dine in the hotel at all.
The exterior of the building is not only showing signs of disrepair but is also very dirty. They are missing the B in the main signage and is the first thing you see on arrival.
Positives: the room was clean although all views from most rooms do not look out onto anything nice. Temperature of the pool, steam room and jacuzzi excellent. The lounge bar appeared to have the best atmosphere and felt like a highland hotel.
Would I recommend this hotel? Definitely not!
Would I stay there again? Definitely not!

IInvitéC'est un hôtel avec des avantages et des inconvénients évidents. L'emplacement est génial. La vue est juste après avoir ouvert la porte. Vous ne pouvez pas arrêter de prendre des photos. Le service du petit-déjeuner est également très bon. Les installations de baignade ne sont pas bonnes et j'ai dû prendre une douche froide.

IInvitéTrès grand hôtel. Les plus chers autour aussi, ne vous trouvez pas vraiment quand les gens réservent des hôtels bon marché et se plaignent qu'il n'est pas 5* 😂. Location est étonnante. Le lac est beau. Le personnel est vraiment sympa. Les chambres ont tout ce dont vous avez besoin et sont assez spacieux. La nourriture est vraiment bonne, bien que peu coûteuse mais encore bonne taille.

MmunirahThe hotel was easy to find, located right by the main road. The rooms were quite small, and with luggage, the space felt a bit tight. However, there was a small outdoor balcony with a table and two chairs, which provided a nice spot to sit and eat.
The rooms looked modern and recently renovated. The bathroom was well-designed, featuring sleek black tiles and gold fixtures, and the hot water worked perfectly. One of the best features of the room was the separate sink area, along with a microwave and fridge. This was especially convenient for heating up food or enjoying ready-to-eat meals from the nearby Aldi if you’re too tired to head out. The room also came with a kettle, coffee, tea, and even a chocolate wafer as a thoughtful welcome touch.
There is no reception desk at this hotel, so it’s important to have internet access as check-in is fully digital. You’ll receive your room number via email just before your arrival. Make sure to complete the online pre-check-in to confirm your stay and receive further instructions.
Overall, it was a comfortable and convenient one-night stay.

KK T Richard TanStayed here recently when i was touring Scotland. A very nice hotel. Location quite far from Inverness city centre. There is no expressway to and from this hotel at the airport. So the drive can be slow due to the small roads.
The close proximity to the airport does not present any aircraft noise problem. But I could hear my neighbour's hair dryer.
I like the size of the room and the bathroom. Larger than most hotels. I particularly like the walkin shower as my wife and I can't climb in and out of bath tubs.
The breakfast was great even though the variety of choices may not be as large as other Marriott brands of hotels. Fried eggs need to be ordered. The sunnyside up was the best i have eaten.
The staff were all wonderfully friendly and helpful.
You must register your car to avoid being charged. But I am sure with the many talents in the entire Marriott group, I am sure they can think of a better way to manage the parking system without their customers complaining on Internet.
Overall my wife and I enjoyed our stay.
