Vous pouvez voir la belle lueur du matin tous les jours dans l'hôtel et le cadeau de bienvenue est constitué de bonbons gommeux Habao. Les brosses à dents, dentifrice et autres articles de toilette ne sont pas fournis, mais des chaussons sont fournis, vous devez donc quand même apporter les vôtres. D'une manière générale, c'est bon. La qualité de l'eau en Allemagne n'est pas bonne. Une fois l'eau minérale chauffée, il y a des particules de sédiments.

Stayed for a short 1 night layover, location was great, near the train station and just 1 stop from the airport. Check in was quick, and the room was great considering the price paid.

Il devrait y avoir de l’eau potable dans des endroits accessibles dans votre hôtel. Les serviettes doivent être changées quotidiennement. La qualité du savon, du gel douche et du shampoing est médiocre. Il y avait du savon dans la zone de gel douche de notre chambre, mais pas de shampoing. (Nous recommandons de renouveler un article tel qu'un kit d'hygiène.) Nous avons trouvé que le groupe fromage dans le contenu du petit-déjeuner était insuffisant. Nous avons particulièrement aimé les shots de vitamines. Concernant le transport, l'assistance en taxi (véhicule) a été rapide. La communication avec les clients et l’intérêt du personnel nous ont laissé une expérience positive. Le coin jeux était très agréable. Les cafés et les boissons étaient délicieux. Merci à Lenox, le membre le plus travailleur de l'hôtel, pour sa gentillesse et sa chaleur. À part cela, nous étions globalement satisfaits. Merci et amour à Carlos et à tous les employés concernés...

La chambre est belle et propre. Pas trop spacieuse mais suffisante pour 1 personne. J'aime la tête de douche, mais la douche est loin de la preuve de fuite et la moitié du sol de la salle de bains est humide chaque fois. La salle de sport était la plus simple, mais il est bon de continuer à se déplacer quand même sur la route. Les personnes étaient amicales, mais j'ai demandé un check-in précoce dans ma réservation, mais je n'ai pas reçu de confirmation de réception, et bien sûr une chambre a été refusée quand je suis arrivé à 10 heures après l'atterrissage à 7 heures. Ce serait bon si j'avais été informé du refus d'entrée précoce, comme je l'aurais réservé pour un jour plus. On ne peut pas dire beaucoup pour la localisation, mais comme nous avons eu des réunions pleines de jour et nous voyageons toujours par bus ou Uber.

This hotel is nice and modern with an excellent breakfast. We booked the hotel knowing that it had a great location for walkers because we had planned exploring Frankfurt by foot. It is conveniently close to Frankfurt's Central Station which allows quick access to the airport. The front desk was hit or miss. We arrived very early and were able to store our luggage but when we came to check in and check out they had difficulties determining if we had paid or not and we did pay in advance of our stay. The rooms were compact but still enough room for all of our things. They have metal shelving and hangers in the room for our items, a large TV and a Bluetooth speaker. The bed was comfy for me and had two good pillows for each side but my wife found it was too soft. The room had a large window that opened both ways to keep the room at a good temperature but it gets a bit noisy at night so we appreciated the temperature control in our room with good air conditioning. The bathroom is also compact but the shower stall is a good size with good shower pressure and a nice all in one shampoo/hand wash/body wash. The bathroom had a fan that turned on with the lights and it worked well. Everything was very clean. We really enjoyed breakfast. There was a good spread of deli meats, cheeses, and breads. They had some good juices, ginger shots, a variety of looseleaf tea and two coffee machines. They also had some unique items that were good like tapas, meatballs, and a pancake making machine. The breakfast area is at the top of the hotel and was not too busy when we went and converts into a bar later in the day. If you can get a deal where the breakfast is included in your stay it is worth it. The hotel's location seemed nice at first because it is tucked away and is on a pretty quiet close in the daytime but that changes around dusk. Turns out the area just to the northeast of the central station is where people hang out to get drunk and do ***** on the street. I saw more needles than my grandma's cookie tin. There is a big police presence and we never felt unsafe as people kept to themselves but we wouldn't recommend this area to a family. It is a short walk to Frankfurt's main attractions and some good restaurants. There are some convenience stores and grocery stores nearby too. The front desk sells some snacks and drinks and that might be better if you aren't keen on going out. When we stayed in Frankfurt the price was right at this hotel and the location seemed good for our itinerary so we didn't think much of it. We would consider this hotel again if the price is good and the breakfast is included but we may also consider elsewhere for peace of mind.

Das Hotel liegt sehr zentral. Wir waren zum Musical da gewesen. Von dem Hotel aus nicht weit. Die Zimmer sind schön eingerichtet. Das Frühstück lässt keine Wünsche offen. Nur das Hallenbad ist etwas klein. Da es geregnet hat, wollten es viele Gäste benutzen, gibt aber nur vier Liegen.

Very happy with our one night’s stay. The front desk staff Zachary was very friendly and helpful. We arrived early with three little kids and two large suitcases, and he kindly let us check in early. The breakfast was good and the gentleman in the breakfast room was very helpful and kind as well. He helped us use the waffle maker. We walked from airport T2 to the hotel. Just in case you want to walk there also, please refer to the picture below. Find this ramp near Gate #8, which is also where hotel shuttles pick up people. The hotel room was very quiet and new. There’s even central air-conditioning!

We stayed here for 2 nights for the convenience of being close to the airport, as I had a long international flight to catch out of Frankfurt. The shuttle bus service from the airport was confusing as many buses were picking up from the same spot, but we eventually got it. The shuttle bus back to the airport was straightforward, one every 20 minutes. We particularly appreciated the service of the staff - the number of passengers who come through the door in crowds can be overwhelming, but they always stayed professional and calm. We had an issue with our first room, the air conditioning didn't work (it was 35C during the day) and they offered to change rooms for us. After another similar experience with the second room, they very generously upgraded us to a nicer room, and the air conditioning was much better. The beds were very good. Sadly, we didn't get to try their traditional German restaurant even though I really wanted to, as it was closed on the Sunday evening. The lady at the pool change rooms was very sweet and kind, she helped to show us how the lockers worked. The bar restaurant lady manager(?) was also very nice, she sat us at an outdoor table when we asked to change seats as it was very hot inside. Overall, we felt very well taken care of, and the service staff made up for the non-working a/c.

J'étais juste là pour une escale. L'endroit était charmant et confortable. Globalement, c'était bien pour le prix. Les fenêtres étaient très fines… J'ai été réveillé à 4h30 du matin par des supporters qui hurlaient d'excitation pour la victoire de leur équipe. Je venais de débarquer d'un vol de 12 heures et je devais prendre un autre vol de 9 heures le lendemain, j'avais donc vraiment besoin de repos. Le lit était très confortable. Je désapprouve aussi fortement le gel douche et shampoing 2 en 1 👀
