Hôtels avec bars à Puerto Plata, République dominicaine

Tout va bien dans les installations, le problème était la pénalité que j'ai reçue pour être dominicain. Je devrais tout payer pour la même réservation et ne pas avoir le moment désagréable au moment du check-in.

Pros: beach front, easy access to the beach, tranquility around the lounge beach chairs. Friendly staff Cons: hotel is dated, shower was too small. There were cucarachas coming off the AC vents. Staff came to address it right away, however. There are not elevators and it is difficult to bring luggage to 2nd and 3rd floors. The place was not design for people with mobility issues. Also people are allowed with dogs unleashed. One small dog came after me. When I approach the dog’s owner to ask if he could put his dog on a leash, he became belligerent, disrespectful, and a kind of racist. The hotel staff watched and did nothing. When I ask for the manager to complaint I was told she was on vacation (?) when I ask for whoever was in charge, I was also told that person was also unavailable. It was frustrating and disappointing as that was a safety issue that remained unaddressed.

Playa Bachata resort is a 3 star experience. If you want a low cost all inclusive getaway, this place works. Don't expect high-quality food, drinks, or activities and you won't be disappointed. The staff, as in all DR resorts, are very kind and helpful. The check-in process was a little slow; which is odd because I was the only one at check-in. The room was clean, but the furnishings were very dated. I was disturbed to find about a dozen flies crawling at the cold salad bar. The beach is the highlight of this resort. I loved sitting under the palm trees and observing the beautiful sea and sky. Overall, it was a good experience at the price point I paid.

Birthday celebration- location was perfect. Off season - Weather in the 90's - more staff than guests. Breakfast at the pool everyday with spectacular views, no one else was there. Take the classic car tour for 3 hours - well worth it. Rooms were ideal - spa was most accommodating - booked 2 different massages plus the Romantic Getaway package - Itself a great deal. Ana - our reservation specialist was responsive and to the point on all requests. Greilly our concierge handled all requests even on short notice and gave great advice, Looking forward to a return trip in the Fall!

J'ai aimé mon séjour à Casa Marina. Bon service amiable. Convenablement situé à quelques pas de Playa Alicia. Il a aussi son restaurant sur la plage privée. Le restaurant buffet ne pouvait être placé mieux pour profiter de la beauté de la mer en profitant d'un délicieux repas. Le petit déjeuner et le dîner étaient toujours bons vous trouverez toujours quelque chose qui vous plaît. La seule chose que je ne suis pas d'accord avec est la politique de l'hôtel, l'hôtel ne permet pas ”hospitalité extérieure”.

Das Hotel liegt sehr zentral im Ort Cabarete man kann alles gut zu Fuß erreichen, Cafés, Restaurant, Bars und den langen Sandstrand. Das Hotel hat zwei Pools und ein Whirlpool. Die Gartenanlage ist sehr gepflegt und man fühlt sich sehr wohl in der Anlage, es gibt genügend Liegestühle und Sonnenschirme um sich an der Poolanlage zu erholen. Die Zimmer sind sehr hell und freundlich eingerichtet das Bett ist sehr groß und man hat einen großen Schrank mit Spiegel im Zimmer. Es gibt eine Terrasse oder Balkon pro Zimmer. Im Bad gibt es immer warmes Wasser zum Duschen.

L'hôtel est encore nouveau. Le buffet est trop épais que les salopes et les salades. Vous ne pouvez pas vous laisser régler ?

La salle a deux zones, ancienne et nouvelle. Le nouveau bâtiment est correct. L'ancien ne fonctionne plus du tout. La nourriture à l'hôtel dominicain est juste moyenne, rien de spécial. La vue n'est pas mal, à côté du terminal de croisière.
