The hotel is good, and the service was very nice. There was a wide spread of options in the buffet. The initial room we were given had a damp smell, but as soon as I reported it, the staff promptly swapped it for a better one. Overall, it was a good experience.

J'ai été en train de me rendre au lobby le dimanche après-midi et j'ai attendu près de 40 minutes avant que personne ne m'ait rencontre. J'ai attendu que le personnel de la concierge ou du bureau de front de la ville notifie la situation et aide les invités à l'ordre qu'ils ont arrivé, mais malheureusement, cela n'a pas été le cas. La chambre était très confortable et très confortable. Je ne suis généralement pas particulièrement attentif à l'environnement des chambres d'hôtel, car je trouve qu'il n'y a pas de différences significatives entre les hôtels, quelle que soit leur qualité de étoiles. Ce que j'ai trouvé particulièrement injustifié était le prix de l'hôtel. Les articles disponibles dans la chambre, tels qu'un bar Snickers prix à 155 et un paquet de Lay's prix à 55, ***** avec des noix et des boissons carbonisées, ont été listés à plusieurs reprises leurs prix de détail normaux. Le marquage était si excessif que je me demandais si l'hôtel voulait vraiment consommer ces articles ou simplement essayer d'imposer une charge inutile et inflationniste. Le même s'applique au transport. L'hôtel a cité 1800 plus les taxes pour un sédiment à l'aéroport. J'ai réservé un Uber pour le même voyage pour 699. Charger bien plus de deux fois le prix du marchéet ensuite ajouter des taxes sur le top de cela est franchement absurde. Le confort de l'hôtel peut raisonnablement être obtenu à un prix, mais cela se sentait moins comme un service à prix élevé et plus comme une tentative de profiter des clients. Le petit déjeuner accueillant a cependant offert une grande variété d'options et était probablement la partie la plus récompensante du séjour.

Stayed 4 nights at The Residency Towers, Chennai early May 2026. Hotel looks grand and clean. Very convenient location if you are a shopper! 'Off' pick drive to International airport about 20 mins. Staff are very kind, polite and helpful. Staff at main door entrance always greet with a smile and are willing to collect your luggages. Breakfast spread with commendable! Many options from South Indian (fresh and on the spot) made dosa, roti, Mediterranean food staple like hummus, pita bread, healthy sandwiches, juices, filter coffee! pastries, cakes, porridge.. more than one can ask for! Special mention about Mr Deeraj. Deeraj made every effort to make my stay memorable after I had issues in the first room assigned to me. Dheeraj personal inspected the next room and assured to make my stay a good one, and he definitely did! Dheeraj visited me in the restaurant to speak to me personally about my dissatisfaction about the first room which is very commendable in ensuring guests are well taken care of. Dheeraj even gave me an upgrade! which was very kind of him. Another mention is Anand who collected my luggages. He was on full spring and energy in his work! He has very good working etiquette. Another shout out to Krish and Ashwin from the restaurant! They were very sweet and friendly to make our mealtimes enjoyable and their lightheartedness full of spirit really made my day! Myself and my husband had a truly wonderful time at The Residency Towers, Chennai! We will surely return. My only comment is, I expected all rooms to have been updated and renovated as advertised on their website, but unfortunately only couple of floors.

The room is a total disappointment. Check in on 3-June-2026 for room 2066 (not to sure), change to 1004 and on 5th night, change again to 1020 due to beeping noise as the door is unable to close properly. My colleagues, Rasal PM and Muhamed Ali (2064 to 2020) either have only hot water and disappointing room.

We enjoyed our stay in esthell resort. We have been upgraded to newly constructed executive rooms. It was awesome. Amenities, games were enjoyed by myself and my kids. A wonderful place for kids to stay and enjoy.

Stayed at The Residency Towers, Rameswaram for 3 nights from May 9th to May 12th. The hotel is conveniently located near the temple and other key attractions. The check-in and check-out process was smooth and hassle-free. Some of the staff were exceptionally courteous and helpful. The breakfast buffet offered a wide variety of options, and we thoroughly enjoyed it. We also had dinner at the hotel once — the buffet was excellent. The security personnel and hotel driver were very friendly and even helped us arrange local transportation for sightseeing. The rooms were neat and clean, with housekeeping done regularly and efficiently. We also used the swimming pool, which was clean and well-maintained. Overall, it was a delightful stay, and we truly enjoyed the experience.

Le restaurant est très confortable et très confortable. Le service est très utile et aimable, mais aussi à Essie et Giresh du spa pour leurs excellentes compétences. Tout le personnel est très bon, du porte-honneur au garçon de cloche aux gardiennes et aux gardiennes, aux nettoyeurs et au personnel de la table frontale.

Overall, I had a good stay, as I usually do at this hotel. The rooms are always clean, comfortable, and very well maintained. Most of the staff were warm, professional, and went out of their way to make my stay enjoyable. A special shoutout to Vijay, who always checks in to make sure everything is going well. He always has great recommendations on places to visit and genuinely makes guests feel welcome. There were a couple of issues this time that made my stay slightly disappointing. Our room key cards stopped working a few times during the stay. The staff resolved the issue quickly each time, but it was still inconvenient having to head back to the front desk after a long day out. The biggest issue we had was with room service, when I ordered tea and found a fly in it. While the staff eventually waived the charges for the entire meal, the service recovery could have been handled much better. The following day, I developed food poisoning and was violently ill for the next week. While I can’t say for certain it was related, the timing after the fly incident left me slightly concerned about the food hygiene standards. I hope these were isolated incidents, as I’ve generally had very positive stays here and would still consider returning the next time I’m in India.

This is an excellent hotel. I stayed in other Tajs in Chennai  before. The hotel is the best value for money among Tajs in Chennai. This hotel does not offer guests any unwanted attention - which I always prefer. The breakfast was outstanding. Special thanks to Ms Ipshita, Mr Madan and Mr Tapas at the restaurant. They offered remarkable services. I will prefer this hotel in my next trip to Chennai.
