Le meilleur hôtel de Mindo est situé dans le centre de Mindo, et grâce à Marco et à l'équipe pour le service de qualité, vous pouvez toujours répondre rapidement à toute question sur WhatsApp avant même que je sois arrivée. Il a également organisé un chauffeur pour me prendre à/de Quito, qui est venu dans une porte 4wd, mais malgré l'anglais limité, était vraiment gentil et conduit en toute sécurité. L'hôtel était très bon, j'ai vu 20 espèces en 2 jours avec 2 espèces toucanes, la paroisse de bronze ailes et la guane creste particulièrement mémorable pour moi, mais les hummingbirds sont rares. La salle de bains est très productive, mais la salle principale de hauts rangs est très variée. J'ai séjourné dans la cabine de luxe qui est sur une zone plus ségrégée et légèrement plus élevée que la cabine de luxe. Généralement très calme, sauf pour des moments bizarres où la musique est entendue pour quelques chansons en temps de jour et aussi pour une raison à environ 9h00 le bark des chiens pour 5-10 min. Mais dans l'ensemble, vous êtes très relaxé et reposé et vous avez recommandé de rester ici.

The entire property is beautifully maintained, quiet, and filled with elegant touches that make it feel both luxurious and welcoming. The staff were outstanding—warm, attentive, and truly professional. They offered excellent local recommendations and always treated me with kindness and care. The location is ideal—tucked in a peaceful part of La Mariscal, just a short walk from Plaza Foch and some of Quito’s best restaurants and shops. My room was quiet, stylish, and very comfortable, with a serene garden view that made me feel instantly relaxed. Breakfast each morning was fresh, generous, and thoughtfully prepared. The entire experience felt safe, polished, and perfectly cared for. If you’re looking for elegance, cleanliness, and world-class service, Hotel Villa Lafayette is simply the best choice in Ecuador. I would return in a heartbeat!

I stayed at ibis Hotel Quito for a three nights and really enjoyed my time there. The hotel is clean, modern, and in a super convenient location — close to restaurants, shops, and easy access to main attractions around the city. The staff were all really friendly and helpful, always ready to answer questions or give local tips. My room was comfortable and had everything I needed — comfy bed, good Wi-Fi, and hot shower (which I really appreciated after a long day out!). Breakfast was tasty with plenty of options, and the coffee was great too. The hotel also felt very safe, which made my stay even more relaxing. Overall, it was a great experience — simple, comfortable, and excellent value for money. I’d definitely stay here again next time I’m in Quito

The reason I booked this hotel was because of the superb reviews. I can confirm the accuracy of those reviews. This is a fabulous place to stay. The staff are great. The facilities are exceptional. The restaurant is wonderful and has such a variety of delicious food. The health pool has crystal clear water. My room was much larger than what I'm used to over the last five weeks of traveling. It is easy to get the concierge to book excursions. There are airline check-in machines in the foyer. This is easily the best hotel I have stayed in over the past five weeks and comes with my highest recommendation.

The facilities at this hotel are somewhat outdated, and the decor feels a bit old-fashioned. It would be great to see some modernization in these areas. That said, the view from the upper floors is fantastic and definitely a highlight of the stay. Additionally, the breakfast was quite good, with a decent variety and tasty options. Overall, the experience was pleasant, but upgrading the facilities and decor would significantly improve the stay.

The hotel gave me a much larger roon than last time and it was really fantastic with great views of the mountains. Breakfast is still a bit sad as not much hot food choices. Location is very convenient.

Good customer service. My single occupancy room wasn't huge, but it was big wrought and had a big windows that could open for fresh air. HOT WATER in the sinks and showers (thank heavens!). The wifi was slow, but it worked well enough. The front desk is 24/7. The location is also good with many shops, restaurants, grocery stores, public transport stops, ATMs, and more around. I'd stay here again.

L'hébergement est OK, Kido n'est pas développé dans son ensemble, cet hôtel est toujours plus recommandé, dans la ville, la chambre est relativement propre et la visite commerciale est relativement élevée

Le personnel était très agréable n utile, surtout le Front Office n dans le restaurant. Le petit déjeuner était excellent. Nous avons également dîné là et nous avons eu de la meilleure qualité de nourriture. Vous ne pouvez pas demander un meilleur emplacement. La chambre était magnifique, spacieuse avec un magnifique balcon.
